The tech cleaned and disinfected all of the equipment in front of me before the exam began . The exam was very thorough and the doctor/staff treated me like family. The two brothers at the office Dr. Chapmans Sons helped me choose a pair of frames that fit perfect and matched my personality. I would highly recommend this office to everyone. Everyone here is incredibly nice and I have been going here for years. Sadly, I walked out today without my exam. Despite being fully vaccinated, as a healthcare provider they should be setting the example of masks being worn. Too many people saying they are vaccinated who arent, including healthcare providers. The pandemic isnt over and numbers are going up. I was told they are a private business and they can do what they want and if I wasnt comfortable to cancel my appointment. So, I left.

Love all of the staff in the office! Doc has been taking care of my husband with Keratoconus and all of my four children for over 15 years! JM is so patient with me when I keep changing my mind on what glasses I want, he works within my budget and is knowledgeable about my insurance. RD and Doc Chapman have also been patient with me when I have needed to change my contact prescription. The receptionist was very helpful with accommodating my schedule to make a triple appointment for my kids and I. I am very thankful to all of them. Even at the beginning of the pandemic, when we were due for our annual, we felt safe in the office with the CDC guidelines.

I’m concerned that on the same day my sister Natalia shared her traumatic experience in the office, that a series of positive google reviews were almost immediately posted.My sister has yet to have been contacted about the issue, despite leaving the feedback 6 days ago (all of her contact information is on file), which says a lot about your lack value of your customers and patients.The first thing they teach you about Online Reputation Management is that trying to “cover” online honest accounts of poor business practices is damaging in the long run, also unethical, and isn’t nearly as effective as reaching out to the customer privately, opting for more ethical business practices, and promoting that transition online. So even if you can’t be bothered to “genuinely” care, for the sake of your business, I would advise you to at least pretend to!Maybe before posting a slew of strategic google reviews to cover this one, consider reaching out to the both of us to discuss what happened and your plans to prevent unethical employee behavior from now on.You have officially escalated the situation into a series of inappropriate behavior from this office that the public has a right to be aware of.

Be warned that Dr. Chapman at Eyes on Linton does not follow CDC guidelines for safety during the pandemic. He wears only a face shield and will repeatedly push his hand underneath the face shield to rub his nose and eyes during your appointment -- while you are 1-2 feet from him. He will only put on a mask (a dirty looking one pulled from his pocket or hanging from his ear) when he has to get extra close to you and even then, he will not wear it over his nose. He will not wash his hands between touching his face, his equipment, and your face. He will not properly wear a face mask. Even if you ask, he will refuse. He should be embarrassed as a medical professional to have such little regard for the safety of himself, his patients, and his staff.

I have been going to Dr. Clyde Chapman for 6+ years now. I was referred by family after moving here from Western NY. I have personally referred my daughter and husband. We all feel Dr. Chapman and his sons that run the eyeglass-contact part of the business are extremely knowledgeable and would never try to sell you something that didn’t need or look good wearing. Dr. Chapman also has up to date equipment that makes an eye exam easier than it has ever been. Also, they do a thorough cleaning of equipment, chairs and surfaces, which is very important these days.

Nice people but carpets need cleaning. Why even have carpets? Otherwise sales persons and tech were all super awesome. Dr was personable and really great. Id go back. JM helped me find a pair of glasses I liked so much Id wear them even if I didnt need prescription glasses. Thanks dude!

3 years ago I was in search of an eyeglass provider willing to provide just decent customer service when I stumbled upon Eyes on Linton. JM has helped me select frames with the utmost attention to detail and fit. He never tries to upsell and has been kind enough to even direct me to special offers on Yelp for a better price. His opinion is always honest and he is patient throughout the selection process. Accessibility is great as well as he is accessible via email and is quick to respond to queries. Lastly, the shop carries a carefully hand picked array of cutting edge frames that range from artsy to classic. There is something for everyone. Definitely check out the Vernon Gantry Line- a far more affordable line similar to Oliver People’s. Their sunglasses are a steal of a price (179$ frames and lenses). Costco can’t even beat that.

Dr Chapman is a real pro at his job. He recently prescribed a Toric contact lens for me which has improved my vision 100%. His staff are friendly and very efficient. Recently on my visit strict precautions were taken to protect the patient due to the Covid virus. I highly recommend Eyes on Linton.

Very unhappy. The doctor could not get my prescription right. I wasted my time and money and he just couldn’t get it right. I felt that he was annoyed when I asked for help just going though the motions. At one point I had to pay for a new exam and he still did not get it right. I was so frustrated that I ended up going to a new doctor and he was wonderful. I walked out of there with my correct prescription. Wast of time and money!!!!

I loved the service I received when I went to Eyes on Linton. I moved away from Delray but I will still drive down there to get my eyes check and get my glasses. I have never been anywhere that knew my insurance so well and was able to get me the best deal with my insurance. Everyone was so friendly and if you have an emergency and just walk in, they do whatever they can to accommodate you.When I was there, a guy visiting from Canada walked in because he lost his glasses at the beach. He apparently had such an odd prescription that they couldnt get him a pair made that same day. But the people at Eyes on Linton did all of the leg work to find him somewhere that could get him his glasses made that day so he could continue his cross country drive.You guys are the best!

Ive been coming here for years. Theyre very nice and understanding. However, they do take quite a while to do an eye exam. I spent 3 hours getting an eye exam. However, free coffee!!!!!

I have never bought glasses from EOL but about 3x per year I go into the store on my way to target to get my glasses adjusted. They tend to get crushed from not properly taking care of them and just shoving them in my purse....R.D from EOL is so kind and helpful with adjusting my glasses at no charge. Thanku !!! I highly recommend.

Ive never written a review but for Eyes on Linton I feel I must. I cant say enough about this family owned and operated business. I went there for the first time and had my eyes thoroughly examined by Dr. Chapman, and his son RD who did some pre-exam stuff and some fancy 3D thing that Ive never had before. I bought two pair of glasses with great ease, thanks to JMs great advice and good taste. I usually second guess everything and am never happy with my choices. I thought JM was great, helpful, honest, efficient, and so nice!! I left there feeling very confident that I got a proper and thorough exam and picked great glasses. They know what theyre doing there!! Great people, very professional. Its a good feeling to walk away with confidence.Well, I picked up my glasses today and either Ive been wearing the wrong prescription for ten years or getting poor quality lenses but I feel I can see sharper and clearer than I have in ten years. No exaggeration! Truly life changing!!Aside from being able to see again, I would have to say the customer service is outstanding from the lovely young lady at the front desk, Nancy, to the beautiful cases I have to put my glasses in!! Five plus stars from me!! And I will highly recommend them....and look forward to returning next year!

Eyes On Linton is the spot for lenses & frames.I have worked in Construction for 10 years now and hated every pair of safety glasses Ive ever owned, bought hundreds, lost most of em, discarded even more because I was so unhappy with how they fit. This is sad because as with most professions, eyes are critical.I bought a pair of good safety frames and lenses from EOL almost a year ago. These glasses are comfortable, they don’t scratch half as easy as the discardable cheapies, and because I like them so much, they stay on my face almost all day every day. They’ve become such a part of my work I sometimes forget they are only safety glasses, my wife has to tell me to take them off.Oh, and while I’m here, my wife bought frames here two years ago, loves/needs them so much, now when she forgets them in the car, I have to sprint back out to snag them before the movie starts, lol.

The staff was all very friendly and patient with me as I tried to find the contacts that fit the most comfortably and the glasses that I liked the most ... Thank you team for your great service!!

Dr Chapman and his staff are awesome! They were all so helpful, knowledgeable in their jobs and my family has always received excellent customer service!

The staff was friendly and they did have some very unique frames so I had to give them some credit but I was not a fan at all of the optometrist. He dilated my eyes without any discussion about what he was going to do and why or if I was ok with it- he just kind of quickly slipped the drops into my eyes as he was telling me he was going to dilate them. There was also a barrage of other exams and tests that werent explained very well. I did ask questions but it felt like I was pulling teeth to get him to explain everything. I dont like to jump to conclusions but it felt like he was just going through the motions to rack up charges for my insurance company. They also didnt provide me with my lens prescription- I had to ask for it multiple times because they initially blew it off by saying oh, it didnt change much from last time. I will point out that I believe this to be common practice, presumably because they believe people are more likely to buy glasses or contacts from them if they just keep the Rx on file but the customer might be more likely to purchase them somewhere else if they actually have a copy their prescription. I understand this practice from a business standpoint but from a healthcare provider standpoint it is unacceptable.

Update: the lack timeliness seems to be a reoccurring theme in this office. I order my contacts lens with them a week ago today. I call them to ask if I could pick them up as they said they said that they have arrived last week. They said that they didnt have them and that it would take another week. This lead me to believe they forgot to place the order as they did before. I do not know why I keep going to them. I will have to order somewhere else next time. (Reduced one star)1st time I went very nice, polite, timly.... 2nd time very nice and polite but completely lack follow and timeliness. If you are like me and need your glasses its not a matter of been a jerk I need them to get by. They 1st said it would take a week and a half. After the week and a half they been saying next day like 3 times already and now they said next week. They blame my insurance but my coworkers went to target optical and got the same glasses on the same week he got them! We have the same insurance! This is unacceptable, next year Ill be going to target or Walmart, they may not be as polite but at least they are timely.

I had a great experience at Eyes on Linton. When I showed up to my appointment, I realized I was a week early. Woops! I already had care arranged for my little one, so they did what they could to fit me in, which was extremely helpful! They were very understanding. Dr. Champan was very kind and thorough, and I thought they had a great selection of eyewear to choose from!
