I went to Medical Solutions Center for a potential Covid scare. They were able to get me in right away. Staff was very friendly and I received negative test results on the spot. Recommend Medical Solution Center

I have been a patient of medical solutions centers for over five years. I had an issue with my mother who lives out of town. I frantically called the office the staff was very kind and got me in right away for my mother. The staff was very caring and went out of their way to get medical records from my mother’s-hospital. The doctor was able to see her and she was very happy with the treatment. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who needs care in the Delray area!!!

Ever since medical solution center took over all my refills are done on time, I can get appointments easy, there’s more providers to see. Complete turn around on staff everyone is so nice and polite!! Highly recommend :)

This practice is under new management and it has improve dramatically.The staff is very pleasant and caring. All of my refills are done on time.They have added additional providers who are very knowledgeable and take the time to address all your needs.

I have been a patient for quite a while. The staff is recently new and fully competitant and most of all friendly. I have had no issue with last minute accommodations to the schedule. PA Patricia takes the time to help me fully understand and answer any questions I may have. Feeling value, valued and cared for is what is important, I am content with my choice for healthcare.

We trusted our families health to Dr. Bruce Berenson and that turned out to be a fatal mistake. He was a friend of the families for over 30 years and if he treated a friend the way he treated us then I could only wonder how he would treat his patients who have not have a long history with him.

Doctor Bruce Berenson is great and very knowledgeable and always have time to find what are your needs. Very professional and nice staff. I only have one recommendation – please create office email where is possible to leave the massage and get response. Phone system you have in place is absolute and need a lot off time to get in touch. Mostly you need left voice massage and than if you are not at the phone when office calls you back you must start from the begging.

Dr. Berenson and the staff are always very thorough and responsive to all of my needs.

My 91 year old dad has been a patient of Dr. Berenson for close to 8 years--over the past two years Ive been the conduit between Dr. Berensons office and my dad. I have found his staff to be friendly, responsive, and caring. In addition, Dr. Berenson himself has called me directly on occasion when needed to review vital information.I was surprised by the negative reviews as their experience has been nothing like my positive experience at this office.

Bruce Berenson should not be allowed to practice medicine. Do not trust you or your familys health & well being to this doctor.

Left his care several years ago. When I asked him personal health questions, he would not even respond to me. I would rather have a nurse practitioner as my primary care if they are someone who will talk to me and treat me like a human being.

We were not happy with my mothers doctor who misdiagnosed the same illness twice. We found Dr. Berenson and only wish we knew him earlier. He showed incredible patience and compassion for seriously ill mother and helped put the family at ease.We are confident in all of his medical skills, but truly appreciate his bedside manner and time in this day and age when patient care has become a liability in many offices.Thanks Dr. Berenson for being in the right place at the right time for us.

So far I agree with the rating above me. If I could give this zero stars I willI have called three times today. I left two voicemails and I also have tried dialing the other menu options in hope of getting anyone. No one answersNo one called back.......A family member uses him and all I needed is a doctors note for him.....I am sitting in the hospital with said family member. Which is why I have not been able to drive down there my self and get it personally.But the point is. I cant even reach them

Unsympathetic individual. Has no time to speak to patients. Don’t know if his medical license came from Walmart or Walgreens. Time you listen to patients and families. You won’t loose your license. Better off going to an urgent care for care.

As bad as it gets. Berenson, without ever looking at or introducing himself told us a story of how he treated his mother-in-law and said we should do the same. Berenson said he tricked his mother-in-law into thinking she was going out to dinner, then without any preparation she was shipped to an unknown facility. Gone, problem solved, put your mother somewhere. Abhorrent, inhumane, rude and useless.

Dr. Bruce Berenson is rated the #1 Internist in Palm Beach but in my opinion, his appointment/office management staff is not an extension of this rating. I tried making an appointment this morning and since I recently changed my insurance, I did not know whether I now had a PPO or HMO – this was a big problem for the staff trying to make my appointment. My communication with the office staff was for approximately 15 minutes and in the end they hung up on me. Below is my recollection of the phone call.10:05 – Spoke with a Hispanic accented female: She needed to know whether I had a HMO or PPO because they did not accept PPO. I said I wasn’t sure which, was it possible for her to check. She said “Please Hold” and put me on hold and while on hold, the line was picked up and then put back on hold – no one came to the line.10:09 – She came back to the line and explained she was doing me a favor by checking whether I had a HMO or PPO and that her system was down. She said “Please Hold” and put me on hold again.10:12 – She got back on the line and I told her how disappointed I was with our phone call so far and that because the doctor was rated #1 I expected exceptional and friendly service. She explained that usually clients know whether they have a HMO or PPO and that’s what is causing this delay in making an appointment. I said “ma’am, I have an HMO”. She said “Please Hold” and put me on hold again.10: 15 – I hang up and call back. A second younger lady answered and I was explaining to her how disappointed I was with my experience so far just trying to make an appointment and as I was talking I realized I was once again on hold – no warning this time.10:17 – I hang up and call back. A third older lady answered and because they have caller ID she immediately began to explain to me that usually clients know whether they have a HMO or PPO and that’s what is causing this delay in making an appointment. I told her the only reason I called was because they were rated #1 and that the service so far was very disappointing and mid speech she hangs up on me.I am certain Dr. Bruce Berenson is a great physician but that was my experience with his appointment staff - maybe I expected too much.

The office manager is a noncaring individual who screens the doctors calls and doesn’t relay messages to the doctor.

Excellent diagnostician.
