Someone needs to teach them the definition of an appointmentBeen coming here for several years never really an issueof other people trying to be responsible. When I went to the website to do that like I know you used to be able to do there was nothing there to do that even though there is something to make appointment. I called up and said Id like to make an appointment and the person answering the phone said you could just come in I said of course I can but Id like to make an appointment so I dont have to wait as long so she took my appointment down. I walked in at the state of time put in my information and she said itll just be a little while... I said I have an appointment how long is a little while then she said there are six people in front of me...I dont know where she thinks six people in any doctors office is going to be a little while she did seem a little young but Im sure shes been the doctors office before and theres no way six people in front of me is going to be a little while especially since I made an appointment.Going to ask her what the point of making an appointment was her and the other girl behind the desk just left very professionalOf course it starts at the top and if you make an appointment then have six people in front of you seems like nobody seems to understand that so why shouldnt the girls laugh.Youd think Id be a little more responsible at this time and if you actually have the idea to make an appointment maybe they would try to keep it otherwise as I said why would I bother making an appointment very poor customer service at an at a normal time but with the middle of a pandemic to have to sit in the doctors office when they dont know what my medical issues are that Im coming in for irresponsible sounds better than just poor.
