Excellent service from Start to finish!!Lori at the front desk was friendly, attentive, and professional. We were called in within minutes of completing the registration. The nurse collected the history and was friendly and detailed. John, the P.A. on duty, was one of the most knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind physician assistants, I’ve ever met. Who actually took the time to listen, assess, and diagnose, and of course, prescribe.We had to leave to complete another test, and we were welcome to come back to finish the visit. The convenience of picking up the medicine with Adam, the friendliest pharmacist I’ve ever met, in an Urgent Care Center was the icing on the cake!I work in health care, and I was honestly so impressed with their excellent patient care that I had to take the time to write this reviewHighly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💯

I went to doctor G quick care on the weekend feeling like I had a sinus infection. My.lymph behind my ear war swollen and complain to my primary Physician. She did feel much of anything.I developed sometimes Vertigo and knew it was lymph behind my ear.I seen Nathalie Vachon that immediately took action. She knew right away my lymph noids were swollen.. Within 24 hours I became a new person.Worked out harder then ever. She is very sharp and intelligent. She told me she had my back.All of Doctor Gs staff is highly trained on the cutting edge.. There is no clinic like this..The Best Of The Best.

Dr.G’s is the perfect medical facility to head to, when it’s after hours at your general practitioner’s office. The wait is generally short, and the staff is very personable and helpful. The practitioner who sees you is generally on point, and if they are unsure of anything, they will ask a colleague. They also have an on site pharmacy here that is open till 7:00pm. You can get the medicine you need right there, and not have to make that extra trip to the drug store when you don’t feel good. That’s an added convenience that I really love. So, Dr. G’s gets my vote!!!!

I went there assuming I have sinus infection and I had my 1 year old with me. I waited an hour and a half. When I asked finally when is it my tirn I was tolt there are more important patients in the clinic. (This isn’t the hospital’s emergency room, is it???) Why am I treated as non-important?But ok, I am being prescribed antibiotics and the provider tells me I have to wait for my prescription but he needs to see a few more patients before he can give it to be. By then my 1 year old is very impatient and hungry. I asked him if it could be any sooner, he finally agrees to have it done right away and pick it up at next door pharmacy.I go over there after another 15 minutes they present me a $20 prescription (My insurance covers basic meds!)Baby now screaming and I am fuming, asking them to send it to my Publix but they vannot do that I have to wait another 15 minutes the provider finishes with the patient and signs my prescription. (Of course Publix fills it free).Omg I will never go this place again. If your time is prescious do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Noone gets an award from me. 😡

I’ve been at the Delray Beach location twice and great experiences bot time. I didn’t wait long, the staff and Doctor were very friendly and professional. I’ll be back!!

Seth was excellent! Provided excellent care and attention in a less than ideal situation (but thats how urgent care visits happen) Ive been here several times and Ive not had one bad experience. Yes there is waiting around but we are in a pandemic and the wait times are significantly less than an ER. I highly recommend this place... way way way better than any other urgent cares in my opinion

Came in at 8:00 Saturday night was greeted very kindly by the 2 receptionist up front. Was taken care of almost immediately. The doctor here takes her patients seriously and made me feel like she actually cares about my Heath. Super rare for a drs office let alone a urgent cafe facility. I’ll just go here when I’m sick from now on!

Sluggish, lethargic and apathetic service overall. I waited at least one hour in the room for a doctor or attendant after completing the forms and documents. That is inexcusable considering when I was led in from the waiting area there was only one other person waiting. The place was not busy at this particular time. They need to rename the place and remove URGENT. Nonessential, optional or unimportant seems more fitting, considering the lingering delays. For a second I must have been back in Canada. Bring a book...........or two but do not be in any kind of emergency which requires uregency!

Over been satisfied going to Dr. Gs Urgent Care for my covid experience. Id read that Dr. G prescribes 3 medicines of treatment for covid, which I took. I was treated with respect, questions answered, lab tests completed quickly. I never had to wait to wait very long to see the doctor.

Sorry to have to leave a bad review after I’ve been coming here for a couple years and have referred people too. After my 3 year old son was prescribed medication in pill form, I called 4 times and the pharmacy called 3 times to try to get the doctor to change to a liquid form. They also prescribed eye drops instead of ear drops. We were told they are busy there seeing patients. Meanwhile my child is miserable and in pain 15 hours later. We have to take him to another appointment elsewhere now. Really disappointed with the lack of customer service. It would have taken moments for the doctor to make this change and my son could be on his way to feeling better.

This was a great experience. I had to go for my mma bout medical clearance and was quite please with the help and customer service. There was a guy there named Mike, he was awesome. From cleaning 🧼 spills to taking blood 🩸, he did it all and made the experience enjoyable.

Barbara Denicola provided amazing service and took great of care of me when I visited Dr. G’s Urgent Care. I followed up with my primary care and Barbara was spot on with her diagnosis and treatment. She provided exceptional care. Her caring nature made me feel well cared for and in good hands. I would highly recommend her services to anyone!

No one who arrived before me had been called. I left. Plus VERY small and crowded waiting room. Unpleasant staff. Overlooking people without insurance! Dont go there.I went today for a covid test for a teen, there were a clerk calling/helping people, while completing the covid paper form, I told her that I did not have insurance, she told me that I had to pay for the test. But I told her that I was qualified for the free test and and the government do pay for it in this case. That lady was just smirking at me, I insisted that the test is free for people within a certain category and that I was not making that up. She just replied, we dont do this here. I felt very embarrassed.

I went late last minute on mon night, and able to see dr right away , he is really kind and considerate, better than most dr i went in my past that i went to MD now, they not know as much and the dr able to save my life which is he directed me to the emergency room right away ( and even recommended me the good one) for an operation coz i had i appendix, everything come out good and i recovery fast able to went back to work &run my salon soon , happy with dr urgent care and the office every single time, and highly recommended if u want good service and dr with no wating time!

I cut my finger wide open a few days ago and I immediately went to the only open clinic at 8:30pm Saturday night.I was treated like gold and got 8 stiches from a very caring staff.Dont let the rough neighborhood exterior sway you from the medical emergency gem.

I have already posted about why this place gets one star. However, they Keep deleting the post. I will continue to post it and check this periodically. Ever since these so-called doctors prescribe me too many antibiotics for my system I have had bumps on my skin. I’ve always had perfect skin and now that is ruined. How many months have gone by and I am going to begin a lawsuit. I am so sad. They ruined my life.

I really had a bad experience at this place. I took my brother there because he wasn’t feeling well and was also having breathing issues. They said that they didn’t take his insurance and had to pay out of pocket which I totally understand but what I don’t understand is why they charged for something that they didn’t do. We were charged twice. First they charged his card I guess for the visit and then they charged for an X-ray that they didn’t do. When I called them and asked why we were charged for the X-ray which wasn’t done and the response was that they had tried to do the X-ray but couldn’t do it due to the breathing issues that he was having. While there, I ended up calling the ambulance because my brother was getting worse and guess what... He had spent over a week in the ICU incubated. Thank God he is doing fine now. All the glory to God.Okay so you couldn’t do the X-ray why can’t you refund the money? Their response was, we had tried to do it but unfortunately we couldn’t do it because your brother was having severe breathing issues. We can’t refund you the money because we had tried to do the X-ray. The lady that I spoke to told me that her boss made the decision and said that the money can’t be refunded and when I asked to speak to her boss she said that her boss wasn’t available, which was a complete lie. Okay your boss is not available now so when will she be available? When can I call back to speak with her? She said she doesn’t know her schedule... Which also was another lie.This was my first and last time there. Never again...

When I left Dr G’s in Delray Beach, I said to my husband, who was waiting in our car, “If I didn’t have have Covid when I went in, I probably have it now.”The place was crowded. No seats were sanitized after use. No one guided incoming patients to use the portals to sign in nor did anyone, other than other patients waiting to be seen, assist people who had questions using the portal. The portals weren’t sanitized after each use. There were more than 20 people standing and sitting, with no social distancing. There wasn’t room for that.Once in the exam room, the person who swabbed me for the Covid test was professional and very pleasant.But the lack of attention to sanitizing and Covid protocols in the waiting room were totally lacking. I would hope they improve because urgent care is so needed. But until they do, I strongly recommend you avoid Dr. G’s.In response to owner’s response:When I read your response to my review, I knew I could cut and paste “Really?” many times. I will restrict my responses to your comments.You are NOT a municipal facility with limited funds. You ARE PRIVATE. How expensive would it be to hire one person who directs patients where to sit, where to sign in and then that person sanitizes the portals and chairs? It isn’t a patient’s responsibility to sanitize your waiting room.Wait outside? I would have if I had the least bit of confidence that someone would call me when it was my turn.Compare your office to a supermarket? Are you kidding? You’re a medical office. There are different expectations entirely.Obviously, I am able to go somewhere else.I will do just that.

A rapid antigen test was $160, which from cvs or Walmart is 2 for ~$25. Just seems exorbitant to be charging people that.Also, front desk woman was very cold and dismissive.The nurses and doctors were wonderful, though.

DO NOT GO there if you care to be seen by professionals who really care about what needs to be done and not the money they can get out of you.They have given out false positive covid results - which was not good at all as it affected a lot of things.Then when I needed a routine physical, they wanted me to go through extra tests I didnt need. I know this because I was told by other medical professionals that I didnt need the extra tests.The 4.5 reviews are not accurate. Beware!Update:Theyre now trying to say that my job had a requirement when thats absolutely not true! They actually refused to speak to the professionals who were going to tell them otherwise about the test they insisted on. Theyre the ones who set the same process year after year so there was no requirement from my job. And thats a fact.They know very well they refused to talk to the people they needed to talk to and to try to say its slander is just shameful.Lets not even get into the facts of the test they want done for whatever reason. There was no basis for it and they didnt want to hear it.To say that patients try to get around a payment is just disrespectful. You certainly care about tne charges right?The payment wasnt going to be an issue whatsoever if it was a test that was necessary. I went in for a physical - which I passed per the Dr. and when they insisted on a test I knew I didnt need, they just didnt want to hear it or talk to other professionals who actually knew about the situation. Great experience from front desk all the way through. This place runs like a well oiled machine, everyone has their job to do and they do it well. I went quickly from scheduling to triage, giving them everything they needed from me so the doctor could focus on my issue. Professional and nice- exactly what an urgent care should be.

I went there for a uti normally they put you on Cipro and of course they did and sent out of culture. Said test would be back in3 days. 3 days past and I called they because I knew I was not on the right meds. I called and spoke to. I spoke to Danny told me to just stay on the cipro it was the right one. I explained it’s getting worse and to please make sure that is the right answer. After keeping me on hold 10 mins hung up on me… I called back and they just kept hanging up one me So finally someone calls me and now all the pharmacys are closed Only one i found was Walgreens on jog and lint on and they told me they sent it…. Went to the store and there was nothing sent in….Then this after 1 hour I have to go there. One Ther was there I speak to Melissa. She was the best one there. She. Told me that I am Immune to Cipro and not what I should be on I got there they gave me the script. I was livid. Never again. Skip this one for health’s sake

Absolutely amazing staff and service. I have been to Dr. G’s for a few sprains and most recently was treated for a kidney stone. The front desk staff were kind and considerate, getting me in as quickly as possible because I was in excruciating pain. The ARNP was absolutely fantastic. She treated me promptly and with so much kindness. The male and female nurse who helped me were also 10/10. I would recommend them to anyone! They really helped me get through an extremely painful, difficult situation. Thank you Dr. G’s!!!

Avoid this facility at all costs. They take advantage of car accident victims during the worst pandemic in the history of the United States of America. Their billing department is extremely unprofessional and nasty. They got paid 80% of their exorbitant charge and that wasnt enough.Since their response was completely without merit, I would add the following: I would avoid a Dr. and their office that doesnt pay attention to details. It was 17 months ago that I went here, not several years or two years. Secondly, I was only made aware there was a balance today and contacted them immediately. I have seen and continue to see 4 other medical professionals due to the injuries I sustained. Funny, I dont have a balance with any of them.

This place price gouges customers. They have increased pricing of covid testing to 200 after it being 150. Theyre taking advantage of peoples insecurities. You never see a doctor but charge the rates you would charge if seen by a doctor. I am here right now waiting to understand why prices have increased.

The NP wrote the prescription wrong once I filled and realized they were wrong l called the office the lady who took the cal was very rude. Never got a phone call back. Went in the office and asked if they could resend the difference if medication and they said no.. Another lady came to the window already had an attitude come to find out she is the VP. Very unprofessional and I will make sure the Inpatient Rehab does not refer people to them anymore!

If i can give no star i would. The nurse practitioner is good. The front desk girl CRYSTAL has an attitude. I asked if she can email me my COVID results and she told me NO. I have to come in and get them. I asked why? I previously tested at this place and the results were sent to my email. Crystals response to me was my supervisor makes those decisions. I asked to speak to the supervisor and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. This was at 6:16 pm. She then disconnected the call. No returned call back. I call back and told Crystal i been on hold waiting to speak to the supervisor. Guess what the answer was???? All supervisors leave at 4pm. Well it was after 4pm!! Then why was i on hold for over 30 minutes. Crystal had an attitude, and very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!

Recently, my son went to Dr. Gs Urgent Care facility in Delray Beach to get a Covid test, after he was exposed to Covid at work. Upon arrival, this facility had my son sign a document agreeing to a charge of $200 for a Covid 19 Rapid Test. My son called me, after signing the document, while he was still at the facility. He had not received the test and was still in the waiting area. He asked me why the test would cost $200. I advised my son to ask for his money back, because he had not been seen by anybody yet, and that he could get the test for free elsewhere. Dr. Gs refused to refund him back his money, stating that he had already signed the document. I subsequently called the facility to speak with them about their refusal to refund his money, since he had changed his mind before he was seen by anyone, and before he had been administered the test. I was told the same thing, that there was nothing they could do. My son left without having the test done and without receiving his money back.This facility is a scam and they are taking advantage of scared and vulnerable people during this Pandemic. This facility also has an armed Security Guard on the premises that was hired by the business to stand guard, I wonder why? I have been to several urgent care facilities to get tested for Covid 19 over the last few months. None of them had Security Guards, and I was never charged for a Covid test. These strong arm tactics being used by Dr. Gs are unethical to say the least.American Medical Professionals are responsible for the Stewardship of this Nations health. Unfortunately in many cases, Greed seems to take precedence over Ethics and Professionalism. I have to wonder if the staff is getting paid a commission?Its businesses like this that give the Medical Industry a bad reputation.

I went here last night for a rapid Covid test and the whole experience was exceptional. From the receptionist Lori letting me in the back door and taking me directly to my own private room to Seth who actually did my test and reassured me through the whole process. To the PA who delivered my positive results to me and explained all the medicine that I would be given. To finally the pharmacist who had all my medicine ready by the time I was ready to leave and explained everything to me thoroughly.I took all my medicine last night and woke up this morning with no fever. Thank you Dr. G’s Urgent care, I’m telling everyone that suspects they have Covid to see you immediately.

Last night I went to Dr G’s and although they were super busy they took excellent care of me! I will be sending my family here and I will also return if needed!

Although friendly it is unbelievable how slow they are. It took them over 2 hours to take an xray and give a shot. There was only 1 person ahead of me. Absolutely ridiculous.

I went to Dr. Gs office for a COVID antibody test. Just to clarify, the nurse and PA I dealt with were 10/10. Super sweet, fast and efficient. But this is about the front desk and overall management. I was told that my insurance was out of network so I needed to pay $50 something dollars for my visit. Which I then questioned because my employees who have the same insurance as me didnt pay anything and she said that whoever saw them that day told them the wrong information and that theyll get a bill in the mail most likely. So whatever, I just paid it. Come to find out a month later my insurance paid for my visit. I called my insurance to verify it was all paid for and that I did not need to pay anything on my end. She said correct. So I called this office to state that I was not supposed to pay for any visit. Her response was yeah, well we charge the patient in case the insurance doesnt pay us.. because sometimes they dont. And I asked her how this was my problem? Now that the insurance paid I would like to be refunded the money and she stated that there are no refunds and now that I have a credit. I understand I signed an acknowledgment form that I paid for the visit and will not be refunded for any services rendered but my insurance paid for those services rendered so I should not be responsible for their misinformation. Obviously I will not be back here. This place is nothing but a money grabber.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. They charged my friends son 200 dollars for a covid test and when he asked for a refund they ignored him. Disgraceful

My father went to get a COVID test done and he didn’t speak English I was on the phone with my little brother who didn’t speak much English and the Staff was very friendly help them with everything thanks so much, great experience. Highly recommend this place for everyone.

Horrible expierence with billing charge co pay for covid wasnt suppose yo refuse to refund also charge medications $100 never ran one of 5 meds thru my insurance and refuse to refund me money owed would never go there again.

I cut my foot open at the beach and had to make a visit to Dr Gs Urgent Care Clinic and was thoroughly impressed with the service. I received great care and would have been in and out within 30 minutes if not for continuous bleeding that needed to stop before further care. I also spoke to the nurse and he graciously wrote me a letter to give to my airline later that night describing the nature of the wound in hopes that the airline would comply and offer priority boarding/seating (spoiler: they did not, but I was flying Spirit..).Overall: 5/5 stars across the board. Due to this being an urgent care 1,500+ miles away from my home I wont say I hope to be back there soon, but if youre reading this just know that you will be in great hands at Dr Gs if you need immediate medical care.

Went for a COVID-19 test today got put in a room and put on the pay no mind list. Spent over an hour waiting in that room for a simple 15 second nasal swab test. Insane considering that they werent even that busy.

We had a great experience from the moment we walked in the door! I would highly recommend this place. We went on a Sunday and first I called for a price and they were very polite and once we arrived everyone was very helpful and courteous! Office was empty so we had no wait. We went to rule out a fractured ankle. Praise God there was no fracture, just a sprain. They put in ace bandage around it and sent us home. So happy. Would definitely go back here in the future.

Best urgent care around!!!

Service was great, doctors were awesome. However I had a slight issue with a woman named Karen. She was highly unprofessional, and overall made my experience unsatisfactory. Karen, idiotically, thought holding/bringing a dog into patient rooms was acceptable. I even heard the dog running around the hallway at points. I found this exceptionally unprofessional for a medical office. If this women wasnt there, my appointment would have been highly satisfactory.

Doctor gs urgent care is the only place I would go if I could not see my own primary doctor. I found her about 3 years ago when I had just moved here and every experience I have there has been an amazing one. Doctor G herself is not only a good doctor but shes a good person and that makes a difference when you are dealing with doctors. And thats also reflected in her staff. They are very caring kind and accommodating every single time I bring my own parents there so I believe that saying something. Trust her!

While eating at a nearby restaurant, I swallowed a fish bone. It was painful and kind of dangerous. They saw me at 7:30 pm, on a Saturday evening. Registration went smoothly, and I was seen in a timely manner. The PA that tended to me was pleasant and competent. The rest of the staff was caring and competent. The bone was removed, a follow up regimen was suggested, and I left a happy man. Best of all, they accepted my Advantage plan, with a tiny co-pay. Kudos

From beginning to end, the staff is well organized. The PA was very polite and well spoken, he explained everything with clarity. The nurses came in and checked my vitals several times until they were normal. I will definitely keep them in mind if I ever feel sick!

I called Dr. G’s office after reading the reviews and I can’t be happier! The office staff was very helpful and friendly. I didn’t have to wait long before seeing the doctor. I was able to get an appointment the same day. He ordered a CT and I was able to get that done the next day. I highly recommend Dr. G.

I would give no stars if possible. I came in on July 19th after a car accident. They were arguing with me about what X-rays I wanted taken and I was denied x-rays I wanted .They were more concerned about the paperwork that didnt matter than me as a patient. Nothing was being sanitized or cleaned. The x-ray technician had problems - I spent an hour-and-a-half taking 4 x-rays.Communication was horrible. After leaving this place I had to go somewhere else and do everything over again. Dr Gs prescribed me large doses of steroids for no reason and I was later told by my new doctor to throw out immediately it was dangerous for my weight and size and unnecessary. When we called to complain I was given the excuse that they had a lot of new transfers. Horrible. Do not go here.

This medical facility Is very clean, professional, and very caring. I have had my share of urgent cares and hospitals. They are by far the best... highly recommend 🙌🏼

I get my medications filled at the pharmacy here. Kate, the pharmacist is always very kind and nice to see.I recently had to get medical forms done for school. I brought them in and the doctors and nurses took care of everything for me. Made my experience enjoyable and easy. When I had to get my shots, they worked with the fact that I am terrified of shots and made me feel comfortable.I would highly recommend to people and have already suggested Dr. g’s to my classmates.

Went for a COVID test, only there about an hour. Great team and left with a plan to fight COVID.

Dr. G’s is the BEST urgent care! Everyone makes you feel Comfortable and very cared for. I went in 10 minutes before they were closing (sorry!!) on a Friday night, I was worried it was too late, but I was seen very quickly after checking in. I did not feel rushed at any time and everyone I spoke to listened and answered all of my questions as well.On top of the amazing staff, they also are not overly expensive! If you need urgent care in the Delray area, I would definitely suggest going to Dr G’s 🙂

Best experience I‘ve ever had at an urgent care. The Staff are so nice and funny. They really do take the stress away from going to a doctors office!

The place is dirty and there are no precautions taken during the pandemic. You have a better chance of getting COVID here than if you didnt come at all. Go find a cleaner place with a nicer staff

I had a better experience here than I typically get when seeing my normal doctor. Dario took care of me, and had a great mind and heart. I’ll definitely be returning.

As a healthcare professional I can attest that Dr. G is truthful, trustworthy and top notch at what she does. She has taken time to transform my areas of care as I age. It looks natural and she doesnt do too much at 1 time. I look forward to future visits with her and her amazing staff.

WORST PLACE EVER!! The service is terrible. Nothing is being cleaned during pandemic. They are not following CDC guidelines. All of the nurses or office ladies are RUDE!! They are degrading and have no interest in helping you!! Shut this place down!!

Very professional and experienced staff. Everyone is kind, virtuous and caring. Pharmacy right there, so prescriptions are filled on the spot. The drawback - fairly small waiting room, hard to social distance.
