Great dentist that knows their teeth! Defiantly recommend!

Dr. Martin and staff were so wonderful. I felt like I was part of their sweet little family. I was laughing and enjoyed my time in the office. I felt Dr. Martin was extremely knowledgeable and kind. The hygienist was gentle and friendly. The receptionist was sweet and helpful. I am really happy I found this office and recommend it highly!

Outstanding service, staff and dentistry!!! I met with Dr. Rodriguez for an evaluation and consultation for the extraction of remaining bottom teeth and the subsequent insertion of implants. He and his staff were thorough and precise in scanning my entire lower jaw, evaluating what I needed to satisfy my goals (both for the sake of appearance and functionality). We interactively decided how we would proceed and I do not regret my decision at all. This dentist (and his staff) are extremely knowledgeable, seem to be up to date with all the latest developments, have extensive experience and have incredible attitudes. They explain even the most mundane details of each step of the process. And I found his pricing to be very reasonable and affordable compared to most of the dentists and surgeons I contacted and actually consulted with. I am very pleased with the services I have thus far received and I highly recommend this dentist and his staff. This dentist and his staff truly care about their patients.

Dr. Martin and his staff are absolutely fantastic. I have had many procedures done with Dr. Martin and his staff over the course of the last year, around 20-30 appointments, for a wide range of issues that include but are not limited to deep cleaning’s, regular cleaning’s, dental implants, crowns, fillings, extractions, etc. With each visit they are courteous and professional. I am in and out of their office extremely fast, and I am always seen on time for every, single, appointment. They show a higher level of compassion and expertise than I have ever experienced from any previous dental office that I have been too. I would also highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a new primary dentist office.

I love this place! I have been going here for almost 2 years now. I had my first root canal last year after I came in there with so much pain. I had them put on the crown after the canal. Since then, I get all my teeth cleanings done through here and they are the fast and efficient. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with dentist offices just trying to scam me for more money, these people are honest. They also always have the same 3 people working here which I really like. There is no where else I’d rather go or trust for my teeth!

My visit at Brilliant smiles dental was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and caring my cleaning was worth it. My teeth are very white base on the treatment Dr Martin did with the clear correct and the whitening. I had the best experience.

Dr. Martin and his staff are the epitome of professionalism! Today I had a Deep Cleaning done at Brilliant Smiles. Dr. Martin and Norka, the Dental Hygienist did an excellent job. Before during and after the deep cleaning, they double checked to make sure I was comfortable. They both possess a delicate touch when applying novocain and while doing the cleaning. When you arrive, Marie will greet you. She is extremely organized and will take care of any questions you have pertaining to insurance, payment information and scheduling. Dr. Martins x-ray equipment is state of the art and noninvasive. Dr. Martin has been my Dentist for three years. He and his staff are friendly and make you feel like part of their family. I have recommended Brilliant Smiles in Delray to family and friends and I recommend them to all reading this review!

Dr Martin and his wonderfully staff are professional, accommodating and extremely concerned about patient care. All problems are handled in the most timely manner possible. I recommend my friends and family to Brilliant Smiles all the time, and they are appreciative for that.

Would not recommend. They never see you on time. You will most likely wait at least 30 min past the apt time. They dont work with very many insurance companies. The office is basic nothing special and they use old equipment. Dentist is friendly but otherwise office needs new staff and upgrade

Had a really bad tooth ache and they saw me the same day. The staff was really nice and the doctor was very caring and professional. He did a root canal and I was able to get out of pain. thanks!!!

I searched I feel so extremely lucky to find this place. Dr. Martin is very professional, gentle, warm, and easy to talk to. He really took the time to listen and speak to me. The receiption lady is very efficient to handling allapaperwork and cheerful to talk to. Overall, this practice feels honest, organized and considerate. I am in love with this place and immediatly know I found THE dentist for me and my family.I went to see a different dentist yesterday for agreed teeth cleaning, but instead they want to do deep cleaning on me and quoted 1200usd! So I came to see Dr. Martin for a second option after researching over 50 different doctors and read their reviews online. Every dentist had some horrible review s except for Dr. Martin. Now after I saw this practice in person, I know why.They made me really feel well respected, considerately treated and super comfortable. Oh， for the same kind treatment they only charged me half of the price that my first dentist was charging me , and here they can finish it in one visit instead of four visits the other practice was asking.So if somehow you wondered into this place in South floFlor and, consider yourself lucky!

Two main things things I say to describe my experiences with Brilliant Smiles Dental:1. this dental group neglects their patients healthcare needs2. they provide less than minimal customer serviceAfter spending $1,500+ for dental needs I only received some of the services I paid for. Within that cost included a mouth guard. When it arrived, it broke the FIRST time I tried it on.In scheduling a follow up appointment to have the mouth guard replaced, the dentist canceled our scheduled appointment SEVERAL times.When I arrived for my scheduled appointment after having them cancel several times, I waited an hour and still had not been seen.When I asked how long it would take, I was told that I had no grantee of being seen, regardless of having an appointment. I was told their policy that a patient must call back to confirm their scheduled appointment, otherwise the scheduled appointment is not valid. When I explained that I have a job where I am not able to take phone calls or return calls to confirm appointments that I have already set, I was told, too bad.When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told there was not one on site, nor anyone to speak with as, the dentist is with two other patients.When I requested a refund for the services and equipment that I had paid for and not received, I was told I would have to wait to request it from the manager and that it will take several weeks to process my request.All in all, my dental/health care needs have been neglected and this dental group clearly does not care about the treatment of their paying patients.
