The Entire staff was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and professional.I knew the issues I had to face and they made it so easy. It is so difficult to find a Dental office that performs all the aspect of dentistry and Aspen is a prime example of how valuable they are to people looking for a competent staff who are attentive and honest.They could not have been more helpful and pt me at ease. Overall good experience, but I will not be returning. Dr. Emily Newton was beyond helpful, knowledgeable, and great! Other staff was friendly and polite.Definitely would have returned, however.... the assistant recommended an upgraded cleaning. I said I would consider it, and talk with scheduling person regarding costs. I did, and it was $250 out of pocket for the special cleaning (after insurance). I politely said I would work on the issue of flossing more and keeping my gums more healthy, and would like to make a normal cleaning appointment, and we could revisit the issue of possible mild gingivitis at my next checkup. They flat out refused to book a normal cleaning covered by insurance, and at the end of it I felt like I was at a timeshare sales meeting and was not welcome back unless I scheduled paid for the $250 special cleaning. So I politely declined and booked a normal cleaning back at my other ok dentist.

The entire staff at the Delray office is absolutely wonderful! All of my kids go to this location and every appointment is very thorough, staff is always professional and caring. Highly recommend!

I agree with a previous post which states that it looks like the associates are walking around aimlessly at the office with little care to the patients that have been placed in open-door offices. Very bad experience even after paying off 100% of my bill due and still receiving treatments. I was left alone in an Open Door office assured that a dentist would be seeing me shortly. It never happened. I dont even know who my dentist is. On top of that herd a staff member arguing with a patient with very little respect. A recommendation at this particular facility would be negative.

This was a most pleasant visit even though I had a tooth pulled. I wish I could remember everyones name - but Dr. Emily Newton was so pleasant, efficient and caring, as were all the employees I encountered. I came in for an emergency visit with a broken tooth. I was very distraught and unsettled---bc it was such a bad day. Alberson was incredibly attentive and kind on my initial xrays--I was quite tearful and he waited several times while I caught my breath--and never made me feel pressured. Then he and Jong followed by Dr. Newton did an exam, checked out my broken tooth, and gave me a treatment plan. Finally, Alicia and Shamar were very personable and sweet as they checked me out. Honestly, I dont know what I was expecting, but I came out feeling much better and cared for. So thank you to this Delray team for your care and kindness--especially to Alberson who was so patient and extraordinary. I highly recommend.

I used aspen dental many years ago for a broken tooth, and I am using them again for a broken denture. They are very good the only thing I dont understand is that I had an appointment so I dont get why the wait was so long but other than that everything worked out well

My husband went for a simple tooth extraction. They have the price of $71 his cost. Then receive an invoice for an additional $224. While theyre they took EXTENSIVE unneeded XRays. Had the XRays done at regular dentist. They charged $144 for that then $90 for comprehensive exam, which they tried to upsale 2 implants for$14,000. Then$186 to pull the tooth. Which thats what we expected. Why these unnecessary charges? The work they did was good the cost horrible.

The delray location is terrible. I came in for an evaluation and cleaning. I waited in the lobby for an hour even though I had an appointment. I then waited another hour for the evaluation and the doctor. The doctors walk around as though they are lost in their own facility. I couldnt even get the cleaning that day, because of the two hour wait. I couldnt wait any longer. It then took so long to schedule another appointment, I decided to do it on my own for another location. Unfortunately, theyre the only ones that take my insurance.

The Aspen Dental of Delray is AMAZING. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of dental care. For this visit, I saw Dr. Newton.In addition to the building being fresh and clean and the staff being so warm and welcoming, the service is beyond compare. I was way overdue for a visit to the dentist and was anticipating a grueling cleaning, but honestly Jong, the hygienist, did such a wonderful job and was constantly checking on my comfort level. Dr. Newton came in after my cleaning, she checked my teeth, looked at my X-rays, and discussed a couple questions I had. Dr. Newton gave me her full focus and attention, I felt like I was the only patient in the office.I really can’t say enough good things about Dr. Newton. She’s a meticulous and caring dentist. Her patients are clearly her top priority. I also noticed her degree hanging in the waiting room, she went to Tufts which is one of the top dental schools in the country! What more could you want?

Im glad I found the Delray office. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and I did not wait long to see the doctor. Dr. Emily was very thorough and seemed to care about my wellbeing and long-term health. We game-planned a treatment plan and am very happy with the results.

Delray Aspen Dental did an extraction today at 2pm and it is after 4pm still waiting at the pharmacy for the doctor to send over the prescription after calling 3/4 times. If you go there it would be a good idea to ask for a copy of the prescription.

I am so happy I found Dr. Newton! She is so patient and takes the time to listen to my concerns. Going to the dentist was always a nerve wracking experience for me, but now that I’ve found Dr. Newton I feel so comfortable and at ease.

My Dad is 101 years old and needed new dentures. The staff members were extremely lovely, according to my Dad, and very helpful to me, as I was on the phone and my Dad was with a caregiver. My Dad has some specific issues pertaining to his swallow and they were very careful.I would definitely recommend them.

I was very disappointed... all I wanted was bottom partial and you woy wouldnt let me order unless I sign for a program that I didnt need every 3 months. You guys are not affordable, in fact shame on you for trying to con me into it. My boyfriend has been seeing you guys and you charged him just a little more than what you gave me and you guys pulled all his teeth on the top and made him uppers that stay in his mouth...I will let everyone know about your service😪😪😪

Being from Canada it was great to have a place for any dental emergencies. The staff and team at Aspen were great and I would recommend to anyone should you need any dental work.

Watch out for sketchy billing practices. I have stellar insurance and they still say that it is their policy to charge customers up front the full price of even large procedures just to schedule an appointment.They might be good people, but in my experience good business doesnt work this way.

I had a great experience with Aspen Dental Delray. It’s been a long time since I’ve been to the dentist. Christine did a great job on my consultation to help me understand the pricing of everything. Elsie & Emily were very instrumental in helping me prep prior to surgery as my blood pressure was extremely high. They were able to keep me calm and reduce my pressure before my procedure. Dr. Newton did a great job as I was having 2 extraction of my wisdom teeth. Painless & effortless. I will definitely recommend this office to my family & friends. 🦷

My whole experience with Aspen Dental in Delray Beach was EXCELLENT!! The office staff were friendly and professional. Shamar and Emily were very accomodating and so kind. Kathe was so sweet taking xrays and Jong gave the best and most gentle cleaning of all. The most impressive member of the team is Dr Emily Newton. She fitted me for a crown and did a perfect job.She also went out of her way to talk to me and showed such compassion when she saw that I had a trauma and have metal plates in my place. I will never change dentists after meeting her. I also had a root canal that was painless by Dr Spot who did a quick and professional job. Its very hard to find a good dental office these days, and i was absolutely blown away by this office. What a wonderful diverse lovely professional staff. My dentist Dr. Netwon made me feel very comfortable and she understood my concerns and prioritized my needs in a way that was affordable to me. Emily the office manager helped me find a payment plan that worked for my budget without judgment and also was very transparent about the costs. John my hygienist was gentle with my much-needed deep cleaning and took the time to answer my questions and clearly explained things I needed to do in order to keep my mouth cleaned properly. Sheena my dental assistant was kind and helpful in every area of the process. Lets face it nobody likes going to the dentist and it can be very expensive if you dont take care of your teeth properly and come often enough. I put off much-needed dental work because of financial reasons and coming here was such a relief. I feel that I was reasonably charged and totally respected and never blindsided with hidden fees. I highly recommend this wonderful office and its very clean and up-to-date. Also update, Dr. Spotts is so awesome at root canals. He was nice and gentle and quick!

This is the first time I’ve given a dental office 5 stars ever with the exception of Aspens office in Wellington. I treated 4 years ago at their Wellington location and thought they were amazing. Then I moved and sadly had to use a different dentists office due to distance and work schedules which I was not happy about. Found out that they recently opened a practice with the same owner Dr. Griffe in Delray, only 5 miles from where I relocated. I had my first appointment on 6/19 and as expected, they were amazing. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I am recommending your office to my co workers in Boca and my sister who also resides in Delray. It’s extremely hard to find a great dental office with dedicated and professional staff.

I went to the Delray Beach Fl Aspen Dental and had a tooth extracted ... every one there was so polite and caring. And such an up to date new office with TV screens in each room. I would highly recommend this office in Delray Beach I was a pleasure to go to the dentist.

Overall good experience. The staff is very friendly at the new Delray location. The only complaint I have is that my appointment was at 5:00p and I wasn’t taken back until 5:40p. I was told that someone came in at the wrong time earlier and it made everyone else late. I would’ve rescheduled and enjoyed dinner with my family if given the option.

Everyone I had communication with was not only professional but truly cared about my well being.Everthing about the procedure was explained with total transparency including exact price with out any pressures or up-sell.

Dont be fooled by the youthfulness of this team. Highly competent, knowledgeable professionals across the board, from reception staff to the staff handling exrays, the hygienist and of course Dr Newton.I came in suffering from tmj. They noticed I had a bad tooth infection from a crown I had placed about ten years ago. Rather than just treat the symptom, Dr Newton suggested a tooth extraction (very last molar) and she felt that by removing the tooth (the source of the infection) the pain I was feeling in the joint would dissipate.This is the morning after my evening treatment and the tmj symptoms I was experiencing feels about 80 percent better. She estimated that we needed to give it about 3 days to see if further treatment of tmj symptoms would be warranted. Im hoping over the next 2 days it goes completely away.This is a no pressure, clean, modern new office. I was given options - even a referral to an outside specialist if I wanted to try to save the tooth. I declined and opted to go with the extraction. Im glad I took Dr. Newtons advice.I had a painless tooth extraction during the procedure, some very, very mild discomfort in my mouth (much less than the terrible tmj pain I have been suffering with) and again - this is LESS than 24 hours later. If youre searching for a new dentist, particularly if you are in pain, my advice is to run not walk to Aspen.I will be a returning client for regular maintenance. Thanks Team Aspen.
