What an incredible dental office! The minute you walk in the door, you are so well attended to. Living in such a stressful time, it is so REFRESHING to find such a friendly caring staff. My son was so well attended to and the work was perfection. Where ever you live, this dentist is worth the drive😃.

My first visit to the office was for a second opinion (Ive worked in the dental field for over 14 years myself). And I must say Dr McCauley definitely knows his stuff! And his staff is outstanding. They finish working on me today and I must say Im very satisfied. Looking forward to my upcoming dental cleaning.

This is the best dentist I have been to in palm beach county. The staff is super nice and welcoming. I went here for second opinion from another dentist that quoted me $8k in work and turns out my teeth are just fine. After searching for a new dentist I’m very pleased with Dr McCauley and his entire staff. They are very professional, caring and clean, and I really can’t praise them enough. I dreaded going to the dentist. For my procedure I needed shots and I didn’t even feel them. It was painless. I was treated very well and I’m very happy with the results! I highly recommend Dr McCauley and his staff (Diana and Kim and Lynn).

Dr. McCauleys office was extremely clean and I had my temperature taken as I entered the office. That was important to me. I waited less than 5 minutes before I was called in for my appointment. The dental assistant (Im so sorry I forgot her name) was professional and put me at ease immediately. And she was friendly too. She took care to make sure I was comfortable. I saw Dr. McCauley briefly for this visit as I was just having a permanent crown placed. But my previous visit when he had to prepare my tooth was a very good experience. I would recommend him to friends and family. I dont know how Dr.s prices compare with other area dentists, so I cant comment on that. Everyone in the office seems to be very caring. Kimberly is super nice too.

This is the best dentist within 50 miles of Delray Beach. Trust me. I have been searching for a quality dentist in Palm Beach and Broward County for 10 years. Thank god I found these guys two years ago.I have had a ton of work done, it has been as enjoyable as a dentist visit can be.Beverly, Vicki and Dr. McCauley are an amazing team. I had a dental emergency this AM. My neighbor recommended that I contact Dr Macauley’s office in Delray Beach. I called the office @ 9 AM, was in the dental chair @ 11:30 AM & was as good as new by 12:30 PM. What a fantastic experience! The staff was attentive, kind, & professional. Dr MaCauley could not have been nicer. He apprised me of the options to rectify my situation, giving me information on the pro’s and con’s of my treatment options. He answered my questions and listened to my concerns. An overall 5 star experience. I will be moving to Delray Beach full time in the near future. Based on today’s experience Dr MaCauley will be my new primary dentist moving forward!

They rescued me the day before Thanksgiving!! I called them just because I had seen their mailings-my previous dentist closed her office- but I was in severe pain that had been escalating over a year. SO I DIDNT HAVE A DENTIST! They kindly SQUEEZED me in the day before Thanksgiving—a new patient!! And saved me!! I owe them!! They are the greatest office ever!Now the perks... first there is a “pre-medication station” in the lobby, an assortment of Bourbons for those over 21 and a little nervous; the office is small and wonderfully decorated with horses! The staff is SO KIND and personal-u feel like ur in your living room instead of the dentists office. Finally, dr mc cauley, the quintessential southern gentleman will give u an injection you will NEVER FEEL!! I’m an ARNP and give a great botox injection, so I know injections, and he is GREAT.No need to fear the dentist!! This office is AMAZING!!

This dentist office is a great find! Dr. McCauley and his team are highly skilled professionals who bring many years of experience to the practice. They are also very caring. I was pleased to work closely with Diana (outstanding surgical assistant) who actually calls in the evening to see how youre feeling after a procedure. Kim (X-ray specialist) is likewise very helpful and reassuring. Vicky does excellent work with installing crowns; she is very meticulous and patient. I have been lucky enough to be her patient for two crowns and other procedures. I could not ask for a better dental professional. Overall, I highly recommend this office.

Overall always a great experience when I come here. They are extremely welcoming at the front and always make you feel special even walking through the door at 8:30am. Beverly is wonderful with scheduling as I had to change a couple of times and she still managed to get me in where I was needed. Also she was extremely kind on the phone. Sherry always makes my day and does a wonderful job at her job making you feel special even when being at the dentist. Highly recommend this place to whoever is looking for a caring dentist.

I have always been scared of going to the dentist and have avoided it most of my life. I get overwhelmed with with the amount of work that my teeth need, the cost, and the fear of not being numb enough during the procedures. I would always leave the dentist office crying and too scared to go back. Finally, I was in so much pain and had no choice but to go, I asked around for a good dentist and a couple friends suggested Dr. McCauley. From the first moment I walked in I had the biggest welcoming from the staff! They could tell I was nervous and they did everything they could to help me relax. Dr. McCauley is incredible, I know when I go Im in good hands. He definitely has a southern hospitality trait that you cant help but to love! His staff always checks in with me the day after and I can tell that they really care. Now even my husband goes to him! I finally got a perfect implant! My front tooth was missing for quite a while, but this office performed the magical replacement and I have a perfect smile. The ladies are a wonderful team, working well together and I highly recommend this office.

Everyone at McCauley’s dental office was professional patient, and caring. My daughter lives in Illinois, and she found this office to gift me with implants. From the moment I arrived, they took necessary precautions to safeguard every patient making sure each of us had our temperature taken, wore masks, and adhered to social distancing. Everything was explained to me, each step of the way so I knew exactly what was going on. The care of the staff helped ease my worry because I didn’t know what to expect. I was fitted for my Implants and received my partial implants the same day. My front tooth was knocked out as a child so I’d been navigating life with numerous partials that never fit right which left me with a hit to my self-esteem. While I always smiled, there was alway a hint of embarrassment because my front tooth was disproportionate. When I received my partial, and looked in the mirror for the first time, everything about me changed, instantly. When I went back for my fitting to get my permanent implant, my smile said it all. To be able to bite with my front teeth, to be able to smile with confidence, and to not have to take out the tooth and put it in a cup each night, is priceless. Thanking God for my daughter, Dani I love you, and everyone at McCauley’s office, for gifting me with the smile I’ve longed for for over 47 years.

My daughter was told by a Dentist out in West Boca that she had two cavities and they wanted to charge $1000 per cavity!! I have been using Dr McCauleys office for years and I asked the office if Dr McCauley could look at my daughters teeth to get a second opinion. He and his office staff went well beyond what we expected. They were insightful, helpful and tremendously professional. Dr McCauley was patient with my daughter and made her feel comfortable during the exam. Turns out that she did not even have any cavities! Dr McCauley is smart, professional and HONEST. I was referred by a freind to Dr McCaukley to fix my ugly teeth from the minute I met Kim she made me feel comfortable.They took X-rays and began to tell me what I needed to do, I made the appointment to get the work done after 4 hours I walked out with a great smile and I did not feel any pain at all as a matter of fact I thought I was going to be in pain when the numbness wore off this is the day after and I feel great only a little sore. A very friendly, carrying and professional staff. Beverly provided a fair price based upon my limited budget to install four front Zirconia crowns. Diana, Surgical Assistant, did an excellent job doing all the initial preparation work and assisting Dr. McCauley in the modification of my original teeth to accept the new crowns. Diana always checked to make sure that I was comfortable and not in any pain. All six employees went out of their way to make me feel special and welcome. All work was done very well. I highly recommend their services!

The dentist is great, my dental hygienist is awesome and always so kind, friendly, and does an amazing job. However, I’m not sure if she doesn’t like me or what, but their receptionist, Beverly, is absolutely awful lol. She is so rude to me EVERY single time, I’m literally tempted to no longer go there because of her and the fact that I just don’t want to deal with the rudeness and the attitude. I am in school and my insurance has been changed a few times because I’m not working full time and for whatever reason, this REALLY irritates her. She is not friendly, rude as can be, and I just don’t think she should be working in a place anywhere near patients if she is going to be as rude as she is. Others have said she is so sweet, but for some reason, I unfortunately have not had the same experience.

When I called for my Mother, Beverly listened to my issue, gave me info & was very professional & kind.Mom’s dentures were fixed within 24 hours by Vicki. They looked perfect.Great job. Top notch service & customer care.

I went to 5 specialized dentists. Dr. McCauley & his staff are without a doubt the BEST in Florida. EXPERTS who are warm & caring. Smiles are frequent which is necessary when one has,a fear of the dentist ! Michelle & Beverly are AWESOME. Highly impressed with the staff and Dr. McCauley that treats you like family even upon your first visit. Right up front, Kim and the other receptionists immediately welcomed me with a gift bag (containing a large bottle of mouth wash among other dental hygiene products) and Diana was very kind and helpful during my initial x-ray scan. Dr. McCauley and Diana expertly operated on me, removing two quite difficult teeth, and replacing them with a bone graph, sewing them up in all under 2 hours. The skill and expertise of this dentistry is unparalleled and I hope to come back again soon.

I found that Dr McCauley offered that type of repair work so I called and was greeted with a very caring, kind receptionist named Beverly who assured me they would do all they could to fix the problem temporarily. This was the best dental experience I have had since moving to south Florida 22 years ago. The root canal surgery was almost painless and I had no post surgery pain whatsoever. I am astonished at how easy the whole thing was.

After researching a few local dentists, i called the office of Dr. Marc McCauley. I needed more information on the office so I called and spoke to this lovely woman Beverly who was very informative along with providing me answers on my insurance questions. She was a delight to speak with and the office is blessed to have such a pleasant staff.

Talk about going above and beyond!! My son needed oral surgery and.was working in a very tight time frame with insurance coverage. If I could give 0 stars I would!I waited over an hour in the waiting room for my appointment. They then let me know they mistakenly assumed I was someone else who has an appointment later. Once I finally am taken back to the room they tell me they don’t do the procedure I came in for. I explained I stated this over the phone and its listed on their website. This is when the list of excuse come about. The excuse for not telling me over the phone was due to maybe seeing if I wanted to come in for the free xrays. NOT ONCE was it ever brought to my attention that the procedure I wanted the consultation for was no longer available.This is completely unacceptable as I have now wasted a half of day off of work and over an hour and a half of my time.Pleas ensure they repeat your name if you do come to this office so they don’t waste you time as they did mine.

I have been going here regularly for a couple of years and I noticed some changes in my teeth. I communicated those and was told everything is normal. I switched dentist because I felt they were not thorough enough and found out I had a cavity so deep it almost needed a root canal. They were very nice here but not what I needed for care.

Dr. McCauley is the best. Debra is prompt and on top of things in the front of the office, a complete 180 from 6+ months ago. Debbie, my hygienist, is very friendly and great at what she does. Kim is very nice and thorough in her planning. Meghan and I will continue coming to McCauley Dental for all of our dental needs.

I just had a consultation with Dr McCauley and I have never experienced such an amazing office staff or customer service. Bev and Kim were BEYOND nice and helpful. I received a great welcome gift bag full of goodies and I am pretty sure the dentist chairs were the most comfortable chairs I have ever laid on. I didnt want to get back up! ha! Doctor Wonderful! I just finished having 3 crowns done all at one time and didnt feel ANY pain or discomfort. All the staff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! Overall, it was my best dentist experience ever and that covers 72 years.

I cant say enough about this office. I walked in off the street 2 days before Thanksgiving, never having been there. I had toothache, Kim took me right in to X-ray the problem, gave me appt for next day so Dr McCauley could work on it. Explained everything thoroughly. Gave me antibiotic. She was fabulous. Next morning @ 8am, Dr. extracted bad tooth, never felt a thing. Diana working with him was super. Ive never been so comfortable with a DDS or his staff in forever.At 9pm Diana called from her home to check on me, the nicest thing anyone has ever done.This was the best dental experience Ive ever had & outside of the follow-ups, this will definitely be the place I go to. I needed to get my wisdom teeth extracted, and I couldnt have gone to a better office. Unfortunately, my bottom teeth were too close to a nerve, so they had to refer me to somebody else. Even still, Beverly at the front desk stayed involved in my case and personally advocated for me to expedite the surgery before my insurance ran out. Beverly, thank you so much, Im so very grateful to you. Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely phenomenal, and I truly mean that in every sense of the words. Ive gone here for many years now and have never once had a bad experience. Definitely cannot go wrong—these guys go above and beyond.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My poor grandfather was put into a credit for dentures which I just found out. The office knew that they were out of network however still continued to process the transaction rather than ensure someone with a language barrier understood that they had dental coverage but not with this physician. In addition, The chances of you ever meeting the doctor are slim to none because the hygienist and assistants are always on the forefront. The office continously hosts annual/monthly giveaways in exchange for 5star reviews. There is a false advertisement on the website for free xrays and consultations which isnt solely true. Im a VERY disappointed in the triage and billing condition of this office.... would not recommend at all.

Dr. McCauley and staff are the BEST! This dentist office hands down gets 5 stars for their excellent customer service! I chipped my tooth this morning after biting into a frozen piece of chocolate and Beverly was soooo sweet, nice, and genuinely concerned about my issue that she resourcefully squeezed me in for a last minute appointment although they were packed. Once I arrived, I was assisted by Michelle who gently took X-rays of my tooth and comforted me as I nervously explained what happened. Luckily she advised it was treatable with some bonding material and that was that! A scary, nerve wrecking story, turned into a happy smile 😃 Thank you Dr. McCauley and staff!!!!!

Assistant is Fab, but during 2 initial consult visits, the “Dr.” NEVER EVEN HAD THE COURTESY TO EVEN POP HIS HEAD IN TO INTRODUCE HIMSELF! I was even given a plan (by the assistant for a $50,000 implant restoration, but never met him!!!! Have been an R.N. for 44 years & was a dental assistant. His behavior speaks volumes. Inexcusable. I would give him a zero if possible, as he truly is a ZERO. Yes, I went elsewhere & am thrilled.

Beverly was amazing!! She was able to juggle appointments to fit my son, Brent, in for a new patient cleaning! She really worked with me and made it a pleasurable experience! In fact I am so impressed that I made an appointment next week for my daughter!!

I am a person who enjoys getting a teeth cleaning, so I had been going to the very competent hygienists regularly for 3 years (originally selected them because of this type of review) AND THEN IT HAPPENED. I ate the PIECE OF STALE, STICKY candy that removed my crown. This was an emergency situation, not because it was painful ( had a root canal previously), but because I could not chew - and I was hungry. They offered me an appointment that afternoon and a few hours later, I was enjoying a nice supper. I also have a decent dental plan, so a good portion of the expense was covered. Im not going to tell you that is was a wonderful experience, it was a dental emergency with a broken crown, but really, it wasnt bad at all. Dr. McCauley has a very gentle touch and a friendly manner. His office staff is also very accommodating. I couldnt be more pleased.

I have such anxiety about going to the dentist but Im always put at ease when I come to Dr. McCauleys office. They are so nice and professional. They fit me in when I need to get an appointment quickly and they are always friendly. Sherry and Lorraine are the hygienists Ive seen and of course there is Dr. McCauley and Beverly up front. All friendly and they make my experience much brighter.

Highest degree of professionalism and personal care; from Beverly at the front desk to Vicky, Diana, and the Doc. I am happy to be part of the family.When I was young the words root canal were code for torture. Not any more, if any dentist deserves the nickname Painless it is Dr. McCauley. Adding to my great relief was the doctors assistant Diana whose assurances and comforting touch and words were a great de-stressor.

Great Staff. Took care of me right away (i needed a root canal). Worked with my budget (helped with total cost, interest, and set me with a legit creditor). Always very pleasant (they greet me with a smile every time I come in, and make certain to educate me so I can understand before making my decisions).I definitely would recommend this dentist to my friends or family, and expect to continue using them for everything from cleanings to major work (hopefully not necessary in the future).

My wife , Laurie Sergio asked me to leave this review since she is not very computer savvy. So , in her words, Dr. McCauley and his staff have been the best dental experience she has had in all of her 60 years. Ive been looking for a new dentist since moving to Delray Beach 2 years ago. I really hate going to the dentist, so it took a lot of nerve for me to call the office. When I did I was delighted to talk to Beverly, she immediately made me feel comfortable and made me an appointment for my toothache. What a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked through the door I felt right at home. They explained what was wrong with my tooth, and even managed to work me into the schedule and fix my tooth at the same time! Dr. McCauley was so gentle and professional! I will make this my new dental office and tell all of my friends who need a GREAT local dentist!

Very clean, nice staff. Ive only ever got my teeth cleaned here but they do a swell job. Typically booked up pretty solid but are super accommodating and helpful calling and moving up if someone cancels. Been here probably 5-6 times now and only seen Dr. McCauley briefly during one visit. Again, Ive only had my teeth cleaned here so not much for a busy man to cover. Overall, solid dentist choice and I continue going to them.

Fantastic Plus!!!. Ive seen quite a few dentists in FL and left them all for various reasons. Then I found Dr. McCauleys office and no need to search for dentists.any longer. I was not a patient at the time but because i was in pain I called the closest dentist to my home. Lucky me! From the moment I spoke with Beverly (Patient Coordinator) I knew this was a special office. She fit me in and I was in the office less than 2 hours after I called. She made you feel special. Not just another patient. By the time I got there she had all the insurance taken care of . Very special woman. I was then treated by Jennifer who was pleasant, friendly and outgoing. Bottom line: Im lucky they are close by but if I had to drive over an hour or so, I would do that in a heartbeat. Thank you Beverley and Jennifer. I am now and will be a patient.of yours Long Time!.

I had my teeth cleaned today and it was a great experience! All the staff were friendly and it was a refreshing difference from the chain dentist offices that approach their patients as if they are selling them time share. I must say Im usually not looking forward to visiting the dentist but Dr. McCauleys staff made it a great experience. Ive already referred them to my parents who have been looking for a friendly local dentist. They were also very reasonably priced for someone like myself who has minimal dental coverage.

Root Canal finished, great experience hope I will run into everyone there on the street as I am hoping no more tooth emergencies. But makes me feel good to know they are all there in case something comes up in my travels back and forth from the north. Thanks again Dr. McCauley and the great staff.

Cant say I LOVED it. Who loves going to the dentist? But my experiences with his entire office staff has been superb. I should make my appointments in the afternoon instead of morning so I can sample that great looking bourbon bar!!!Looking for a good dentist....this is the place.

I have been going to this office for two years now and am extremely pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of Beverly and Sherry. Sherry does an excellent job cleaning my teeth, letting me know where I could do better. Beverly is a delight when she welcomes me to the office. Thank you to both of you!

I have been going to Dr. McCauley for years and trust him and his staff completely for excellent dental care. His dental hygienist is thorough and gentle. His office staff is competent and caring, especially Beverly Annabel. 1/28/19 I have just had two crowns implanted and his work is excellent and he and his staff is so caring.
