Who likes choosing eye glasses? I never did until I went to Seacrest Optical. Sandy put me at ease and showed me dozens of frame options. I valued her expertise and sense of styles. She explained why she uses the top brand of digital lens and how they will enhance my seeing clearer. I picked up my new glasses today and I’m extremely happy with them.

I am so thrilled that I discovered Seacrest Optical in Delray Beach. Their optometrist changed my prescription from another optometrist who I had recently seen, and that had been wrong!It’s wonderful to be able to see clearly again.Then Michael, their brilliant technician, created a special design and frame by coloring the rim of the lenses with my favorite shade of pink. And the owner, Sandy, is so accommodating and caring.I love getting compliments on my eyeglasses wherever I go.

I knew I was at the right place immediately. Sandy was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. She knows her inventory. She was decisive and brought over frame after frame, but she was not pushy. She even took me outside to see the difference between various sunglass lenses light filters. It took no time to find new glasses. Progressive lenses and sunglasses were ready within a week. Prices were much better at SeacrestWhen I need new glasses I am usually overwhelmed by so many different shapes and colors. Without my glasses, I can’t see how frames look. Sandy made the whole process fun.It’s clear why two friends recommended Seacrest.

I found the most welcoming place to purchase Eyewear and or Lenses. The people that work there are Professional, helpful and friendly, so much so you wont want to leave. They have a wide variety of Frames to choose from and if you need help deciding, they are more than glad to give their advice. If you already have frames you like and just need to change the prescription, theres on on-site Optometrist, Ahava Oppenheimer, who is wonderful. Just call to make an appointment.

Sandy at Seacrest Optical is the best. I had cataract surgery in Pittsburgh and had my eyes refracted there, but was spending several months in Florida. Sandy is knowledge, a person of integrity and very engaging. She took care of all of the insurance filings and was very helpful in properly fitting my glasses. You simply can’t go wrong.

For many years I have been going to the larger eyeglass chains for my Prescription glasses and experience has been mediocre, satisfied with the glasses available but not entirely happy with their selection or knowledge. I guess I didn’t know any better until I went to Seacrest Optical. I happened to stop there since they are in the Publix shopping center I do my groceries and just thought I would go in and take a look. I found their selection to be so much better than the large chains and what sets them apart is their knowledge and ability to sincerely work with you to select the best frames and lenses customized to your needs. I have to say that my current glasses are by far the most best and most comfortable I have ever had in the many years I have been wearing glasses. I was a bit reluctant to go with a different lens manufacturer than I had in the past. I listened to what they had to say and trusted their judgment. The new lenses are amazing. I can’t tell I’m wearing glasses most of the time. I wish I had stopped by long ago. These folks know what they are doing. Don’t waste your time and money at the large chains. Your glasses are so important and you use them all the time.

Sandy is amazing and honest. She was really helpful with the selection of my new glasses and took her time to Find the perfect one for me. I have been going to LensCrafters for years and have NEVER been able to see out of their prescriptions. They kept telling me I would get used to my new prescription....but I never did. I went to Seacrest Optical and Sandy spent time showing me which glasses would be appropriate for me to fit for progressive lenses. She also spent the time giving me an education on the different types of lenses and labs where they are made. They were more than my budget but she worked with me and for the FIRST time in years, I was able to see even with a new script. It was immediate!....they were perfect. I only had to wait 2 days and not 2 weeks to have them made. I can only say that she gave me back the gift of clarity! If you are having trouble with the typical eye glass stores, you owe it to yourself to try Seacrest Optical. Sandy and her tech are truly amazing. See for yourself!

I just moved to Delray and needed a good quality. up to date optician. Sandy was the best. She was very patient with me. I felt bad taking all her time. She help3d me choose frames that would suit me. I feel like I knew her forever. She was very professional and yet I felt like she was talking to a friend. I recommend you GO to Seacrest Optical! Seacrest Optical has a huge selection of frames in all price ranges... very hard to choose. But once you do, Sandy and Michael will patiently and painstakingly measure and advise on the best lenses. This is a very professional optical store and manned (womanned) by pros. Best to make an appointment.

We are exceptionally pleased with the quality of professionalism, individual time spent with myself and my husband, and the quality of the products and service provided. I needed a new pair of my everyday glasses that were both progressives and transitions, along with getting new lenses for a pair of sunglass frames I wanted to keep. My husband also needed a new pair.Sandra, the owner/dispensing optician and Michael were extremely knowledgeable and well versed in the type of frames needed for our purposes, and the quality and type of lenses needed. Even when I needed to swap out my sunglasses to progressives as I didnt realize how a single lens would affect my reading a kindle on the beach, there was a calm and professional manner provided throughout. Sandra and Michael have both been extremely involved in helping me select beautiful frames and adjust to using progressive lenses. My husband and I have bought several pairs of glasses there over the last few years. We have never felt rushed and have always been treated very well at Seacrest. Their frame selection is excellent, with many high-end frames, but they also have nice ones for those on a budget.

Sandra and Michael always greet me with a warm and professional attitude. I am never disappointed by the care Dr. Oppenheimer gives me when she examines my eyes. This is a totally professionally run business and I would, obviously, recommend a visit . There are also a multiple choice of frames.

By choosing the correct manufacturer/design I am pleased to report that there have been no instances of vertigo, which is a component of my medical problem. I moved here from NYC four years ago .Thankfully I found Sandy for my glasses ! I bought three pairs of progressive eyeglasses and love them all.Sandy has a great selection and knows how to make you look great.

About 3 months ago I was in Delray Beach, Fla. helping get my spry 95 year old mother get into Assisted Living. Upon returning to her condo, I had the strangest feeling that the lens in my right eye was moving. I tried not to panic and asked my mother if she had an eye doctor here. ( I am from N.Y.). She did not but she said Seacrest Optical was right around the corner. When I entered the store, it was close to closing time - 5PM - the ophthalmologist had left. I told Sandy Scott and Michael Dawkins what was happening to me. They could have just said they were closing and to come back tomorrow. Instead, Sandy reached into her top desk drawer and pulled a stack of business cards and started eye doctors and retinal specialists all over Delray to catch someone who was still in their office and could see me. Thank God on the 5th or 6th call someone picked up the phone and would see me. I rushed right over and was told I needed eye surgery as soon as possible. I flew home, had the surgery and today I am as good as new - with great vision. This is all thanks to a wonderful caring and professional staff at Seacrest Optical.
