Amazing service, doctor Miller was awesome- knowledgeable and a true professional. The staff, Bonnie And Julio were also very helpful and patient in helping me select frames and helping me find the best prices. They all enjoy their job and it is evident in their wonderful customer service. 10/10 recommend!!!

I had Lasik surgery about 12 years ago and my vision started to decline/revert about 2 years ago. I was clueless about soft contact lenses as I had to wear rigid lenses before surgery, and I was feeling a bit deflated about having to wear corrective lenses again. The doctors and other associates have been so dedicated to helping find the perfect lenses and frames for me. Everyone is kind and understanding. I will continue to be a patient/client, and recommend this location to everyone.

Eye exam went wonderful. I like that they use a different technique then blowing the air in your eye to measure the eye pressure. When it came time to pick a new frames, they were very helpful in choosing frames that fit my face. The one thing I’m not such a fan is they slid in the eye protection plan for $45, without telling me about it. Called when I got home and looked at the receipt. And never received a call back

Everyone in the Linton LensCrafters was very nice & helpful. The atmosphere is very welcoming it felt as if I knew them for years. I will recommend all my friends to here!

I rarely post negative reviews and will say that I had a good experience at this LensCrafters on my first visit, more than a year ago. That said, my experience yesterday was so frustrating, and with no followup from them, that as a repeat customer I am completely disappointed. I arrived on-time for my afternoon appointment, was kept waiting while the receptionist was still on her lunch break. She then returned, barely acknowledged me, took several phone calls, and only then after Id been waiting at least 10 minutes, informed me that the doctor wasnt even in the building, was coming from Ft. Lauderdale and was stuck in traffic. Why they couldnt call me earlier to save me the trouble of the unnecessary trip is beyond me. They clearly dont care about my business or about wasting my time. I wont be back.

The people who helped me were all lovely. From Jean and the other very friendly and knowledgeable and sweet lady(40 yrs shes been in the eyeglass business) both were lovely. Lenscrafters the only thing is your prices a little high. If I didnt have Health insurance I wouldnt have been able to get glasses and sunglasses from Lenscrafters.

I will never go to lens crafter again. I was told 10 day guarantee but,it has now been twelve days . Still no glasses.This wouldn’t be issue if they honest up front .secondly they staff is unprofessional and rude .For example I scheduled a eye exam week prior to they day when for conformation they stated they send one.so when I got there they didn’t have me scheduled. I had wait extra time to get the exam.Long story short don’t come here if excepting good severe and or company with integrity.

Great experience here. Store manager Jessica and her team make you feel at home. She is a very knowledgeable salesperson, explained everything, and no pressure to buy. They treat you like family. The Doctor ( young lady whose name escapes me) was also fantastic. I didnt think I needed an eye exam but Im glad I listened to them and decided to get one. Everything is cleaned and sanitized so no worries if youre shopping in todays environment.

Unprofessional!!! The young lady shes not rude,but she needs more training. The lady who is training her is RUDE!! How the hell you are going to send someone whose training to do patient eye exam. You do not play with people vision.

I was provided an eye exam for both glasses and contact lenses. After purchasing the contact lenses from the prescription for my left eye was incorrect. They kindly provided me another exam to corrected the contact lens prescription but forgot to adjust the prescription for the glasses.Upon obtain my glasses, the strength lagged on the left eye. Upon proving to them that they missed adjusting the left eye for glasses, they disallowed correction and denied correcting the glass prescription.Their initial error they admitted, but the second mishap they did not correct. Seems that had no time or interested fixing the issue. Not nice

Had a great experience with this location in person, however they are useless and disrespectful over the phone! I called to speak to a representative being that the store is a bit of a drive for me and I was told that they would give me a call back a few minutes later. An hour later I called back as this was not the case. I was very rudely cut off and told they weren’t available and are too busy helping people in the store. They need to be properly trained on how to maintain professionalism during busy times and manage both a phone and customers! Very frustrating

Okay so this place is seriously amazing! The service they provide is exactly how everyone in the medical field should be!!! These people understand that they work in health CARE! No one will rush you along and everyone will listen so that you get the best service! They are incredibly understanding and accommodating! I have needed glasses for the last 12 years and I’ve gone to easier 5-8 places for my glasses or contacts and I have never received service this professional while caring! The two young ladies at the front desk are very polite and sweet and pay a lot of attention to detail! Lens Crafters is a big company but they make you feel like you are an important customer by remembering you and your situations and family! I never write reviews but these people need to be recognized!!!! The doctor is also great! He listened to the issues I was having with my vision and double and triple and quadruple checked to make sure the prescription was exactly what I needed because of my astigmatism and being prone to migraines. I can honestly say that the doctors suggestion to try transition contacts truly helped reduce my migraines and I can actually be outside without being blinded, nauseous, and developing a horrible migraine. I am so appreciative of their whole team and recommend them to everyone I know!

Most UNPROFESSIONAL staff ever!!!!!! Go somewhere else! Totally ripped my 21 yo son off by adding on a bunch of charges and then saying insurance didn’t cover, when in fact they do!!! Marcea is SO RUDE! She even claimed that she was on charge of office staff. Dr Jacobs really needs to evaluate his staff once in awhile (supposedly he’s top person in charge, but as she claimed is never there). Marcia would NOT give me any contact information for dr Jacobs and said “why?, what will you be saying to him” REALLY????? We will be calling bank to stop payment immediately. I remember when I went there they also tried to add on tons of charges but I said no no no and remember Marcea’s attitude then as well!!!! STAY AWAY!

Amazing experience! They made the eye exam super easy, and had the contact lenses ready for me to take! In the past, Ive always had to wait for my lenses to be shipped to the office and then picked up, not the case here! The staff helped make the process as smooth as possible, while answering questions along the way. Definitely made me feel like I was getting the best options that are available to me. Glad I chose to check this location out and I would recommend this place to everyone!!

My experience with this office is nothing short of perfection. Dr. Jacob and his staff are so incredibly kind and respectful. Dr. Jacobs clinical acumen along with the ease by which he explains your vision health makes the overall experience of going to the eye doctor wonderful! Totally satisfied with the service at this office. Contacts used to be uncomfortable for me to wear due to my astigmatism. However, after quick checkup by the doctor, he was able to fit me with the best pair I have ever worn. Also I was able to get my order of contacts next day delivery at no extra charge. I went for an eye exam for contacts. I took my glasses so that I could see between the tests. They took my glasses and left the room. When they came back, they were wiping my glasses really generously. Later on that day I put my glasses on and my lenses were completely ruined. My husband was with me and the lady asked to wipe his shades and the wipe she used ruined the film on his shades as well. Other than them ruining our glasses with those wipes they use, they were nice and were helpful with my eye exam for contacts.

Loved coming to this office! The staff and doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have state of the art equipment that make an eye exam experience feel like a breeze. Having kind of complicated eyesight on my end I was given prescription contacts and glasses options I didnt know was even available to me, but they have such high standards in what they offer with these services and I was very pleasantly surprised. Im wearing my new contacts as Im typing and theyre the best fit and feel that Ive ever felt in a long time and Ive been wearing contacts for 12 years. So thankful to have come here for my vision needs. Will be back! Def recommend coming here for yours as well. You will be happy you did.

Ive always had a positive experience at LensCrafters but Dr. Jacobs and his staff really make my eye exams a wonderful experience each time! They are kind, thorough, efficient, and they care. Ive recommended him to my family, friends and co-workers, and they love Family Eye Care as well!

Had an amazing experience here with Dr. Jacob and staff. The store is beautiful and new and Dr. Jacob has a lot of high-tech equipment which showed me exactly how healthy my eyes were and how they can monitor changes over time. Definitely recommend!!

The staff was very nice. But very over priced.

I went in without an appointment and Natasha was able to be squeeze me in to be seen quite promptly. Doctor Jacob evaluated my eye using some high end equipment without having to dilate my eyes and gave me a proper prescription. The visit overall was painless and much shorter than I was expecting. I intend on coming back many times to get glasses and have annual exams done.

Coming to this Lenscrafters has been such a life saver in more ways than just one. Having suffered from migraines for most of my life I realized through having my vision checked that the two had a connection for me specifically. Had I not gone to the knowledgeable medical staff at this office I never would have known. Love this LC! Ive seen Dr. Jacob and his team twice for eye exams since they opened up in Delray, each time the whole experience was simple and convenient. After my exam, everyone helped me decide which frames were the best for me and the sales rep educated me as to what my insurance would cover and what my out of pocket costs would be for the lenses. My vision is great, I work on the computer non-stop and get headaches if my glasses are even a little bit off, the Dr. did a great job of prescribing the right strength, no headaches over here! I love the Prada eyeglasses I bought last summer and my new Ray-Ban prescription sunglasses are amazing. Ive had to go in for adjustments occasionally and always received great service, the doctors staff even recognized me after months of not being in the store. :)

Doctor was excellent. Sales was a less than average experience, including but not limited to undisclosed warranty charges on my receipt that I was led to believe was included as a result of being a new customer of the store, lack of friendliness and education. First time needing glasses and I am new to the vision health scene, I felt the sales team was a little impatient with me and my questions and not willing to go the extra mile to make me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation.

Find another place. The doctor gave me the wrong prescription to my glasses and contacts. I had to keep driving back and forth. Not worth the headaches or stress. I never experienced unprofessionalism such as this ever! He is young, not sure if this is the field for him. Im not sure if he was nervous with me or what. But, I cant do it any more. And the desk clerk, Im not going to even start on her. But never again! Never again!

I took my family to a competitor down the street, bad decision. I Should have just come here to LensCrafters. All the employees were friendly and the exam was very high tech. Will be coming back next year.

This place is a little hard to find but Natasha was out there waving and going the extra mile when we called and got close! She is the receptionist and assistant to the Doctor. Even when I called to make an appt. she seemed genuinely looking forward to meeting my husband and I which is a refreshing change from past experiences in other offices. Be sure to head for Five Guys Burgers on Linton (big sign on the road) and it is right next door. You cant see Lenscrafters from the road at all but you can see Five Guys. The business is practically like new and everything and everybody was very professional and knowledgeable. I just LOVE Natashas bubbly personality and sincerely friendly (yet professional) attitude and she will do the three or four Clarifye machines with you and she explained each one. You dont have to have your eyes dilated ! Yay! Their prices seemed very competitive, if not actually less, than what I was paying before locally. After using the machines which took about 15 minutes at the most, Dr. Jacob came in and shook my hand and I could tell right away that he was a good listener and this was going to be a pleasant experience. He answered all my questions and seemed very patient and the exam was over within about another 15 minutes. He will explain the pictures they take of your eyes. They do not push glasses in their office at all because the opticians are totally separate out in the main area from the doctors offices. I would highly recommend Marco if you are looking for glasses. He did a great job answering all my questions and went the extra mile to check on various things for me. I will be back !

DO NOT GO TO THIS LENSCRAFTER, unless you come with no pockets or bags and stay FAR away from empty glasses spots or you might get accused of stealing glasses and have to wait around for over an hour surrounded by 3 police officers.So heres my first experience at this lenscrafter. My wife and I came to this lenscrafter to look for some new glasses on our Sunday off together. Upon arrival we were asked if we needed help by a shorter, black haired lady with clear and gold glasses who looked like the manager. We kindly replied we are just browsing and didnt need any help. After about 20 mins of browsing we were asked by the same employee, if we knew where a pair of glasses were and she pointed in an empty spot. We replied no, we didnt see any glasses in that spot and continued browsing. after 10-15 more minutes we didnt see anything and we were ready to go. Upon leaving we were confronted by a 63 250 lb police officer who asked us if we were leaving and if so we were going to have to stick around for a little while. He continued to explain that the employee that greeted us, accused us of stealing a pair of glasses and has to go over footage. At this point my wife and I feel extremely offended that we were accused of stealing these glasses when we were just browsing around and could help but laugh and reply are you serious?!?. After emptying my pockets, my wife showing her wallet and giving the officer our license, we ended up talking with the officer who ended up being very nice. 2 more cop cars pulled up and 2 more officers came in as we waited for the manager to look over the camera footage. It took over an hour for the manager to look over the footage and even the 3 officers had to go back there and look over it with her and each told her they do not seeing anything suspicious. After a couple more minutes of her continuous search, she finally came out with such an emotionless, short apology and dared to end it with better safe than sorry..... She was very lucky she falsely accused us that day because im sure she and many other married couples wouldnt have just replied ok after having to be stop and held by police officers for over an hour on their sunday off work. Unbelievable this employee needs to be reprimanded for causing us stress and our time on our day off of work together.

I must say, I did not have any real expectations for the new style of eye exam that Lens Crafters uses called Clarifye. I suspected it was just marketing hype. However, the Clarifye eye exam was awesome, and I am confident that my prescription is completely and totally accurate. The machines were completely different than the old school ones. These are all digital and automatic. I have not always been confident in my prescriptions in the past at other places etc. There were a few better or worse questions, but they were much easier to answer, and the Optometrists seem to already know the answer. I had Dr. Besty Jacob who was very attentive and answered all my questions. He is in my top 3 Optometrists I have ever seen. The Clarify exam itself revealed some interesting new health indicators of my eyes that I had not been previously aware of, and Im glad I got them so I can keep better track of my eyes. All this and I chose NOT to get dilated this time. I was able to ultimately get 20/15 vision with my new Clarifye prescription with the contacts brand I already was using. I would recommend to others.My only complaint was the slight pushiness that the opticians had to try to sell me on some glasses or sunglasses. However, they were still very professional, even though multiple people in the same office tried to get me to buy, and this could just be considered good customer service.
