Friendly staff but poor work. Ive been here twice and both times were a disappointment. Tried to give them a second chance and it was worse than the first visit. They were extremely rushed doing our nails and we both did gel polish. Somehow it was still wet when we left and the results are in the pictures. Not tonmwntinwd, the shapes were all over the places, no consistency. We went back the next day and they did redo for no additional costs but even when the owner redid our nails, they were still poorly done. We wont be back.

Everyone here always does such a great job! The salon is super clean, very well organized and run. The pedicure chairs are super comfy, get the CBD pedicure and melt away. Cindy is amazing and just turned my gross wicked witch hands into pretty princess hands!

I walked in without an appointment. Waited about 10 minutes not too bad. I met a gentleman named Jack Daniel s who was absolutely amazing. His personality is wonderful his punctuality was fantastic and he definitely made my experience for my next gen wonderfully pleasant. I highly recommend using him when you come in.

I prefer coconut creek location. At these prices, I expect to leave with a perfect mani/pedi- not need to request corrections/ point out missed cuticles and what not… may just have been my technician. Legit joyless/couldn’t care less.

The worst nail salon in Delray. I have been to many of them and they are all pretty bad, and this one is awful. The first time I was there all my gel polish PEELED OFF IN 2 days! I was charged an extra 10$ to cut my cuticles. I came back to book another appointment with someone else and my polish is peeling OFF AGAIN IN LESS THEN A WEEK. I’m so angry. MY POLISH color DOES Not MATCH EITHER! I picked one color and they told me they could match my gel color on my toed to my fingers. I did not notice until I was home because I was in a rush! I just can’t believe this.

Had a pedicure done by Tye... 🙌🏾😍 Seriously one of the best Ive had and he is also super sweet. Enjoyed the whole experience with a glass of white.

I usually always go here for my pedicure. Today I had Sammi and she was so amazing and so sweet!! She really took her time and made my “me” time extra special. I will be back to see her !!!

No better than any hole in the wall low budget nail salon. Painting skills are sub-par for a manicure and pedicure, where getting a good 2 coats done properly so that you can’t see the unevenness in the thickness of the coat seems impossible. Much better service and skill across the street at Nail Fever, so don’t waste your time or money here.

Been here a few times for gel dip manicure and pedicure. Each time my nails fell off before 2 weeks, my Pedi doesnt last 3 weeks and my pinky nail got nail fungus. Staff is nice enough and they take a long time doing nails but for the $125 price tag I dont think Ill be back.

This place is spacious and clean but every time I think of going here I remember that I cant get a manicure without polish. You can but you still have to pay as much. Waiting for 2 coats of paint to dry definitely take longer than filing. I dont even want my cuticles cut unless they need it. I dont want the buffing either, they always hurt my cuticles. They should have a $10 or $12 option available thats just cut and file.

Usually awesome. Today was great, my dip nails are gorgeous. Ive had pricing problems though, if they offer something to help you, ask if theres a cost. Also sometimes paint not covering, dont be shy about insisting things should be fixed. Ive had one of the techs give too much pushback which wasnt very customer service oriented.

My partner and I tried yet again to get a pedicure - WOW, this place has REALLY gone downhill over the last year. Each of us had a male person which I find them ever worse - sped through both in 15 minutes - REALLY a 15 min pedicure?? We decided after trying several times after the most awesome person left (Leidy) we are not going back again. There are TOO many places that value the customer and the services.

Was told to make an appointment so I won’t have to wait. Guess what - totally untrue. People came in after me were serviced while I continued to wait for my “appointment”. They only take “regulars”. NO worries NO chance of becoming a regular. Poor way to treat a customer.

Disappointed , unfortunately this is a overrated fancy high end Nail/Spa place . I was going to try to enjoy for my Birthday gift . I drove 30 minutes to arrive only to walk intothe Manager was very rude to a new potential client . They were not welcoming . I believe some businesses forget a customer should be treated with some value respectfully to gain their business or can go elsewhere and will drive them and others away.

Depending who you get can be good. There is 1 person in there that always seems to cut me and takes a loooong time to do my nails. Which I feel if it takes that long you would think they wouldn’t cut you so much. I try to request a certain technician and even call ahead to try and schedule something I’m willing to wait for them because they always do my nails great.

Very clean facility, kept people well spaced away from one another, they had clear plastic shields on each station to protect the nail tech and customers while getting their nails done. Each seat for the pedicures were cleaned immediately after a customer were done. Ken was great and able to quickly remove my butchered nails from the previous salon I went to and listened to everything I asked for. I didnt have to tell him to go shorter 4x and still end up with too long of nails. He have me the perfect length and shape as I had asked for, and best of all, he did not cut me at all!The managers were also walking around actively interacting with the customers and making sure they were being taken care of. I think I finally found my home salon since moving to Delray a year and a half ago!

Beautiful interior design! The staff was too nice. Me and a friend went over there at 7:00 when they close at 7:30. They took us anyway. They offered us a drink, not water! The prices are reasonable too. $31 for gel manicure. My nail tech was Vivian. She was very nice. Will definitely be going back again.

I got a full set , it was crooked and polish is uneven bubbly and looks terrible. They also over charged me 5 dollars. Manager gave me $5 and said he will redo it. They were very rude to me, said to come back and they’ll redo it but not willing to give me a card or documentation. They spelt my name wrong and didn’t care to have my info or give me a receipt for a refund . They then were rude and ignored me. I would never go here it was a very bad experience and poor customer service.

Stopped by hoping they could fit me in for a Mani Pedi and they did.Staff was polite and friendly. I had Sonny do my nails and Jack Daniel do my toes. Both were fantastic! Will def go back.

They were actually able to fix my botched Nexgen from another salon from the previous day. They did an excellent job and were a lot quicker and very professional. Amazing!!

Prefer a little more curve to my nails hence one star removed because despite me asking her, she seemed to ignore my request. Ill try another nail tech next time..Clean and covid friendly establishment with polite and friendly staff.

Cassi is amazing. I would literally never go to anybody else if Cassi was sick I would go to Lauren as well. She does so much more than just nails beside doing a great job she’s an amazing personality and is happy to lend an ear and listen to what’s going on in your life. Or if you prefer to just be quiet she will let you play on your phone and do what you need to do as well. The reason I go back to Venetian nail spa is because of Cassi. I have never loved a nail tech so much. I drive almost an hour away every single time just to go to her, she truly is on another level of professionalism. Once again if you’re looking to get a great job done in a relaxed atmosphere she’s your girl I cannot wait to go back and see her. I don’t want to forget about Lauren. Lauren is amazing as well but I’m here to write a review about Cassi.

A beautiful and spacious salon. My first time coming here with a friend, we both got pedicures. They have a menu of options to choose from starting at $28 all the way up to $75. This is definitely the place to come treat yourself. I got the pearl pedicure (don’t remember the price) but it was lovely and relaxing. The pedicure stations are in separate suites from the main lobby, which I like. It’s a different style than your typical salon. The staff here is very friendly. I’d definitely come back since I had a pleasant experience. It is a little pricey but you get what you pay for.

My husband had emergency surgery which made me completely forget about our scheduled mani/pedi’s and not show up; so when Venetian called to check where I was and see if I was coming and I began to explain what happened and try to apologize, I wasn’t given the chance because the caller HUNG UP ON ME. Wow Venetian. Back to business school 101 because that’s a new one for me. Big thumbs down. I gave you 2 stars because of Cindy, she’s an awesome technician.

Amazing overall experience, especially during a pandemic when standards for cleanliness and protocol are high. This was my first time back to a salon since the quarantine and I was very impressed. Temperature check at the door, and then you must wash your hands before you do anything else. Everyone was very friendly, everyone is wearing a mask, and my pedicure came out perfect! Thank you, thank you!! Highly recommend :-)

Went to this place today on Fathers Day for a french pedicure and while relaxing my feet in the whirlpool I realized that the tech put a red nailpolish on my toes without consulting or being asked about the color choice, when I asked him why he picked up that color without asking me his response was that that was the color that was next to me.(???) because of the lack of time I let the tech finished the job cause it was going to be difficult to get an acceptable result to a french finished.When I called the manager he got upset with me and less than sympathetic suggesting it was my fault. I Would not go back again to this place, I was not looking for anything else than an apology cause the damage was done. The results were aweful.I warned anybody to please dont be fooled by the decoration of this place. If I can give them a ZERO stars I would.

I would highly recommend this place. They gave me exactly what I asked for for a great price. The interior of the place is awesome and very high end. They delivered quality job for the same price as I would pay in Colorado. I highly recommend!

I have been to every nail spa in Delray and Boca. I only Go to Venetian Delray now. I can always count on a quality gel mani/pedi with any of the nail techs .Accomodating to walk-ins. Great with Covid19 safety precautions and distancing.

Overpriced and poor service.

Wasn’t offered anything drink, while everybody after me I could hear being offered even as they waited in the same area I was.The guy doing my nails barely said 3 words to me while sitting in front of him for about half an hour. There was absolutely no effort to make you feel welcomed and it reflected in how I left the establishment. The experience was cold and aggressive as my fingers and nails were aggressively handled. As I was leaving, I could hear them talking about tips and payments and questioning if I had paid, while I was standing directly in front of him. I wish I knew his name, but was never introduced and I wasn’t observant to catch it on a name tag if there was one.Absolutely awful. I have been to other locations before but this particular location lacks in customer service

IF YOU ARE OUT OF TOWN DO NOT GO HERE! I live and hour away and was visiting my grandma. Within, one week, 7 of my nails came off. They won’t do a refund only fix and I have to drive there to show them. 7 nails in a week?!? Clearly that’s an issue with their nail stylist, why would I want them to do anything else on my hands! Terrible, Timmy has terrible customer service!

My nail technician, Teresa, was wonderful. The place was very disorganized and chaotic. We watched as 4 different people walked out because they were waiting so long. They clearly did not have enough technicians for a busy Sunday afternoon. My wife and I were seated together for our pedicures (we had appointments), but she was done and on to her manicure before my technician even showed up. Clearly, she had just finished another client and had come right over. She did a great job and did not rush at all, which I appreciated a lot since they were so busy. Unfortunately, the chair I was in was very uncomfortable and the massage function would not work at all. Honestly, that is one of my favorite things about this nail spa. Oh well, maybe next time...

Had a great high end pedicure today with Cassie... I’ve had many techs over the past 2 years at this spa and she is now my keeper !!! Highly recommend her. So friendly and sweet.

Had one of my finger nails ripped /cut off . The nail is so damaged, raw and bloody the tech told me I can come back to get the nex gen done on that nail another day. The nail tech then proceeded to say to the manager it was my fault. I asked her from the start to soak off the acrylic and she insisted in cutting them and sliding a fake nail tip under the acrylic. After she damaged my one finger she then agreed to soak off the rest of the acrylic.I have gone to the West Delray location frequently since they opened and have never had such an awful experience as I did here at the East Delray location.Will not be going back to this location.

Cassi is awesome. She does a very thorough job and takes her time. Perfectionist i tell ya!! Also the front desk is very accommodating and does a very good job getting me in with her! Love this place!

Once you find your favorite manicurist. Its great! Good color selection of both OPI and Esse. Luv the pedicure bowls , use a type of condom insert - so youre protected, chairs with nice vibration feature. I receive a text message day before to remind, confirm appointment.

Walked in and was told a 20 min wait, which was fine. 25 min later, I was told it would be less than 10 minutes. After those 10 min passed, they offered to take me back to a chair to wait, instead of the front area. After 40 min, I left. Poor management. The only reason theres 2 stars instead of 1 is because of better experiences in the past. Advise: if you have to wait, keep checking with the front desk every 5 min, because there were others walk ins seated ahead of me (was waiting next to front desk and could hear)

First time visit. Very impressed with quality of service, although pricey.

If you can avoid going to Venetian, just don’t do it. The place is way too overpriced for the lack of quality that they give. They strive off of doing your nails and not informing you that everything they have to do is an additional $5. Regular nexgen is $40 but if you want it white, it’s an additional $5. If you want your nails shaped, it’s an additional $5. If you want your cuticle removed, it’s an additional $5. Then you pay $100 for a manicure for something that shouldn’t have been more than $40. It doesn’t help that everyone that works at this establishment is so rude.

The last few times I have dealt with this company, the staff goofed up.They failed to put my appointments in their schedule and when I arrived, they either had no appointment for me or they were running way behind. When I asked to be able to contact the salon owner I was given the run around. “Sorry we won’t tell you who the owner is.”If you don’t mind dealing with a high volume business this place might be ok.It’s the Burger King of the manicure world. They provide the regions cheapest manicure. But remember you get what you pay for.I prefer higher quality where the clients are respected.Venetian has so much business they don’t seem to care about customer satisfaction.I had gone to Venetian for a few years, but I no longer do as the desk staff is incompetent and they dont care about customer service.

After checking on the reviews I thought it will be a lot more than what I actually pay $45 I am pleased with that since it’s what I usually pay everywhere else to get my nails done. They prefer the tip in cash so make sure to bring some extra dollars in cash other than that my nail technician was fast and she did great job.

I’ve been here several times. Today’s pedicure with Tony was the best. Attention to detail and great foot massage.

I have never had a bag experience at this location or the one at Boca Town Center. I have tried a few other places since moving to Delray but my search is over. William did an amazing job on my manicure and even my boyfriend enjoyed his pedicure when we went a few months ago. The girls at the front desk are so sweet and welcoming. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Service was great, my nails looked very good UNTIL the next day my nextgen on my natural nails are all cracked up 😤 I paid 50 for my nails to last 2 weeks not 12 hours

Some times you get a good nail technician, sometimes you do not. They have great colors. If you want to go here, make sure you have a specific nail technician. Very nice ambiance, yet its usually busy.

Worst experience ever. After noticing that the polish was all in my cuticles, I asked that he correct it. Instead of trying to make the client happy, he insulted my cuticles and said that it would make the polish last longer and Said I just have never had a gel manicure before. I have tried this place on a few occasions, but never again. Fool me once...

I was just told at 630 that I cant get a pedicure and a manicure. Because they close at 730. I said I leave for the Dominican Republic in the morning I really need it. She says you can pick 1or the other Im like does it really take a hour..cause I come here all the time and it doesnt take that long... shes says you have to choose 1 or the other... I choose to take my business else where!!!! I will let my house hold to take business else where!!!! My AMEX wont see this place again.... unbelievable. I guess that what you do when you dont need business. Thanks😎

Lovely large nail spa. The pedicure was nice and included leg massage to knee. The pedi chairs are nice and feature heat and massage options. Reasonably priced too.

Great place, but really, most of the techs dont do a good job and are not welcoming. I am very upset with my nails and me being the type of person who says I dont want anyone to feel bad I didnt comment. I should have, they look awful. The paint was streaky, there are missing spots and the Matte coat is only in a few specific places, you can see its missing in many crevices. Ill be going somewhere else.

My first experience was very satisfactory (powder process for nails & a regular pedicure). I came back after 5 wks with perfect nails but outgrown. This time half the polish on the pinky fell off after 5 days. The same person redid the powder process without removing the polish. This only lasted 3 days. Half the polish on the pointing finger. They agreed to do a repair at a charge. I have been doing the powder process for a couple of years (in Fl. & NJ) and never had a problem. And I never was charged for a repair and certainly not when it was the fault of the salon. This was VERY POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS!

Ive recently moved from PSL and am OBSESSED with this gorgeous place! I personally would recommend Cassie! Anything I want to do, design wise, she pulls it off, flawlessly! It wont let me attach a pic to my post, but I get compliments on my nails ALL THE TIME! With Cassies skills, along with the beautiful atmosphere, youre sure to have a well-deserved relaxing experience thatll keep you going back again and again!

For the money I paid for a mani/pedi, I was NOT happy with the service. 25 minute wait, and the pedicure was very rushed and not thorough. I only gave it 3 stars because everyone was nice & the salon was good aesthetically. Wont be going back.

Usually this salon is great. This time, the tech did an extremely sloppy job. She drew blood twice and At least two of my acrylic nails are crooked and a lot of them are too big for my finger tip. They were not filed down properly, I assume. Im not the nail expert. Then gel coat on top is also very sloppy. It is lumpy and on my skin on several fingers.Lastly and the reason I will not return; my Rayban sunglasses were stolen during my visit. I searched up and down the salon after my appt but no one seemed to have seen them. Sigh.

I got in right away, cassi did an amazing job. I work on boats and have dried cracked heels and she recommended me the seacret pedicure with parafin wax and she did an absolutely amazing job and it felt amazing and my feet feel amazing!! my wife will be coming to her very soon and i totally recommend everyone else as well. Clean environment, very friendly staff !

Sooo overpriced and the management is HORRIBLE. they will talk to you with the most disrespect if you say you don’t like something that they are doing on YOUR nails that YOU are paying for.. they do not know how to do pedicures, all their polish is old and cheap and chips even if you get next gen, and don’t even GET me started on how terrible they do clients nails! And how bizzare their prices are for their work that is equivalent to something my one year old niece could do...if you are looking for a nail salon, this is not the one.

$123 for a fast but mediocre job vs $77 for a more extensive excellent job I get at home.I agree with other reviewers, it’s way overpriced for the quality offered.

I could not believe the sevice I received. I went in the fix my nail that broke and I explain to the nail tech that I was on limited time. She then told me she won’t do my nails because it wasn’t enough time. 30 minutes to do one nail!!!! She then had an attitude basically told me to leave because she wasn’t going to do my nail. I usual go to the store in Coral Springs so I was expecting the same service this was ridiculous!!

The shop is very clean even when busy, i expected to wait for a bit since i came in as a walk in on a Sunday but i got in within 15 mins. Cassi was my technician and I’m totally going back to her every time, even though it was busy she took her time and did a good job!
