I went for a balayage with Becca. She is the sweetest and was really patient with me because I do not know much about hair. She did such a good job and I am amazed how good my hair turned out & was really helpful in telling me what products to apply to hair and what to avoid. Will definitely be going to her again!! I found Becca on Instagram MONTHS ago and was SO psyched to see that she was moving to Delray! I normally get my hair done once a year, if that, since Im allergic to hair dye. Louiza rocked it when I went in last time. I’ve been going for years and not only is she fantastic with haircuts but this time I wanted to lighten my hair for summer. The color and the balayage placement was perfection. We toned down the color a little more and she wouldn’t let me leave till we both thought it was perfect. I recently moved to the area, and I’m so glad to have found Salon Resta! My stylist/colorist Diane was fantastic. She stripped away my grown up highlights and refreshed my look with a dimensional balayage that will be easier to maintain. She even had me come in for a free treatment the following week so that my hair can be as healthy as possible. It’s obvious Diane takes pride in her work, and she is super sweet too. I can’t wait to go back again!

I asked for Brazilian Blowout but Diane said she thought Keratin would be better. So far I’m not seeing anything better about it. The color she did is wonderful. But the Keratin isn’t soft like a BB and I surely hope it is is like the BB in other ways or I will be very upset especially since I told her I am going out of town and want it to look good. I will let you know and if I’m unhappy I will expect a refund of part of what I considered a substantial fee.

This was my first time at Salon Resta and first haircut since the pandemic. I am not a person who enjoys salons or pampering, but this was a lovely experience. Michael did a fantastic job and the hour flew by. My hair looks and feels healthy and beautiful. I loved the low key, genuine vibe of the staff and the salon. I will be back next time Im in Delray.

There was not much left to work with as someone cut the shortest layers into my once long hair, long frizzy curly hair no less, but Micheal did MAGIC. Absolute magic! He gave me the hair cut I have always secretly wanted, and only dreamed about, when I thought the worst had happened and nothing was possible, Michael made a masterpiece of me!!! I love how my hair looks Carolina did the highlights beautiful!! I had very dark hair and wanted to be blonde she was able to accomplish that. My only issue is the prices are way to high I paid over 400 for a full highlights, blow dry and a cut! I understand it was a process to get my hair blonde but that’s a lot of money. I would definitely go more often but these are prices I can’t keep up with such a shame because this salon is great.

Carlolina brought it back to life immediately with a keratin treatment tailored to my specific needs (keeping the curl/eliminate the frizz) and colored corrected it perfectly. I have been going to Caroline and Eric’s hair haven since they opened 12 years ago! An amazing Brazilian couple, they take care of their clients like family. The atmosphere is relaxed and intimate, full of contemporary art and an eclectic music vibe. No elevator music or pretentiousness here - just great hair done with heart and soul.

Carolina and Eric are the best! Very professional and caring. In the 20 years that Ive been their client, Ive never been disappointed. They really listen to their clients needs and provide services of the highest quality. I now live in Arizona, but I definitely plan to visit them when Im back in town!

I love Salon Resta and Carolina is an amazing colorist! I’ve been going to her for years to change up my color and I recently went in to lighten my hair for spring/ summer. I opted for a full foyal/ báyalage, which I’m always a bit scared to do bc I have naturally dark hair, which is stubborn to lighten without the brassiness. But Carolina was able to achieve the exact shade I wanted AND keep my hair healthy and long!!! She’s nailed the color as always and I’m so happy with the results!!!

Came here since all the reviews were pretty awesome. Im glad I did. I came to get a balayage and a blow back in March 2019, before my graduation. After a couple days I realized I wasnt satisfied with the color. I reached out to Carolina (color specialist/owner) and she told me to come in and get it fixed at no extra charge. She really strives to make you happy and gives you what you want in terms of color. Every one here is very friendly and nice. Ive been coming to her since! I really recommend her ❤️

I love going to Salon Resta, the whole experience is wonderful. Eric, who is a talented painter (his work adorns the salons walls) cuts and styles my long hair with an artists eye and a gentle touch. Carolina is Erics wife and my colorist. She too has an artists eye and has patiently worked with me to give me the look I want. Last week I had hilights and lowlights, when I wasnt 100% happy with the results she immediately offered to re-color my hair. So today I went back, and after another consult and looking at a bunch of photographs of blondes she redid the color using bayalage -- all this with a great attitude and without charge. I left feeling very valued and taken care of. I had been to several other salons in Delray before discovering Salon Resta. Ive been coming here for 2 years now and can honestly say this truly is the Best Salon Ever!

I called very last minute, kind of on a limb because I just had the impulse to get my hair done! They very kindly fit me into the schedule for an appointment within the next hour. I loved the quaint, yet chic atmosphere and all the unique art on the walls. Carolina did my color gloss and got my hair to the exact tone I wanted. While I was waiting for her, John sat with me to discuss my haircut, and just to chit chat while I waited. He cut my hair after the toner, fixed some blunt ends around the front of my hair perfectly, and all around gave me the exact cut I wanted. He was also really pleasant and fun to talk to! :-) always a bonus. Loved how friendly everyone was, I felt very comfortable there. Will definitely return for my next appointment.

Eric is a magician! I have very flat thin Asian hair, a bob might only takes one hour to cut , but my hair took over two hours, the whole process Eric was extremely patient and passionate with details. I never thought my hair could look so full and with such a cool fun style with short hair, I was so shocked after the cut and really admire Erics superior skill and artistic manner. He doesnt talk much when he is working as he is so focused and meditative, I can tell he loves his job and really view giving you the perfect hair cut as a form of art. I say he is an magician because after his artistic cut , now my hair just falls into the perfect style all by itself no matter how I shake my head, and I dont need to do any styling at home. Wow, what else can you ask for with a short hair cut! I think Eric is that kind of professional who will always go for perfection and go beyond your expectations.

I made an appointment with Luisa based on the recommendation from the salon for a cut and color. She started by saying she would need to even out my hair and blend the color. Sounded good. She then started cutting my hair very short but I figured she knew what she was doing. Then she said she would color my hair which turned out to be a shampoo that was left on my head. It was like a just for men thing. The color and cut came out very uneven and it cost 90$.

Ive been going here for over 2 years. This place is great. First the stylists are professional and very good. Ive had haircuts, color, highlights with different people in the salon and found my favorites of course. With that said, every stylist Ive had goes the extra mile to make sure Im happy. The atmosphere is welcoming, genuinely friendly. The interior of the studio itself is a delight with different artwork. But at the end of the day, the compliments go to Eric and Carolina, owners of the salon. Their positive, creative, happy energy fills up the place, its contagious among their staff.

A bit overpriced especially for short, short hair. Like why do I have to pay same amount as a women with long hair. I should be charged like a guy 45.00 to 60.00. However, I did get the best haircut from Erica & I will definitely go back! Hopefully they will adjust pricing for short hair!

Six months ago, I had my first haircut from Eric. I really liked what he had done and found him to be a very welcoming, intelligent and warm guy. Two weeks ago, I returned to him after having grown out my hair much longer than my old profile pic. My hair was like my profile photo but worse, I was long overdue.I was learning toward keeping the length and so Eric cut my hair curl by curl. My hair looked great when he was done but, as people with wavy/curly hair will know, it takes a few days to see how it really turned out. After a week, I gave his studio a call and requested a revisit because I found my hair to be too long, sagging and a little unbalanced in the back. Without any hesitation, they happily booked me for the very next day.I am very appreciative of Erics friendly and professional demeanor as well as the extra time and effort he dedicated last Friday to make sure I was happy with my cut. I was looking for something appropriate for a professional setting, yet preserve some character. He did just that.Beyond having skill, Eric has a very positive attitude and runs a very smooth and clean studio with a chill vibe. I highly recommend Salon Resta!

This salon is by far the best place Ive ever gone. Theyre talkative and want to know about you and your story. I had Elle and Carolina and I just love them both. This is the absolute best my hair has ever looked. It took 4.5 hours and they took their time and I could feel the love. You wont regret it. Theyre worth every penny!!

I took a gamble on this place because it is convenient to where I live, but I knew nothing about it other than what I saw on Facebook. I was so frustrated with a high-priced chain salon who could not get my color right, I thought it was worth a shot.I started out with Louisa, who was quite candid and said I would be better suited with the owner, Carolina, doing my particular (and peculiar) color. I appreciated her honesty. Carolina has gotten my super chunky highlights -- in all the right colors in all the right places to perfection -- like I always wanted.As for my cut: I thought I was happy with my previous cut, but Louisa tweaked it to be far more flattering for my face. Also, I never realized that having such a great cut is, A, so much easier to style, and B, I can go much longer between cuts so I am ultimately saving money.Price-wise, they are not cheap but they are less than my previous salon. If I give up a few martinis or Starbucks a month, I can afford it. You get what you pay for!Lastly, everyone is down to earth in this salon and they take their time with you, especially at the shampoo station, which is my favorite part!

Coming from New York I had high expectations. I spent about two years bouncing from place to place. I finally fell upon Salon Resta. Eric the owner did my hair. It was truly an experience. He is a true artist. Not only is I his place filled with an artistic cool vibe with local artists work on the walls, but the way he studies and styles my hair is truly indicative of the work of an artist.
