Great place ! In and out ! The hairdresser was Sha-de! Nice person , easy to get along with and she knows what she is doing !

Within the first 2 seconds off meeting an employee you know whether or not you’re going too have a good interaction. Certain hairdressers aren’t happy to be working there, (won’t mention any names) it shows as soon as you walk in. i hope management can address this and make the visit more pleasant for future customers.

I was in and out of the salon in 7 minutes! It was the lousiest haircut I’ve EVER had! I guess it’s true… you get what you pay for! I just moved here and this is a convenient location , BUT THEY’LL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN!!

All of the Clipper Combs were sitting in a pile on the counter of the workstation. There was hair everywhere. No cleaning solution was used. No blue light was used. No blue fluid was used to soak the Combs and all of the nasty looking Clipper heads. There was hair everywhere on the counter and the workstation. No paper was inserted around the collar of the apron. Will never ever ever go back again. There were many different lengths of hair. Many different colors of hair. Which tells me the workstation has not been cleaned all day. The Clippers the Combs brushes everything filled with hair! I recently had to purchase medicated shampoo. In order to stop the itching on my scalp. Never ever ever use this salon again. The consumer has the power put this company out of business!

Went here during my lunch break to get a quick haircut. I ran into multiple issues and ended up leaving. Went to another great clips instead but will not be going back to this location.I checked in and it said 30 minute wait. After 5 minutes I get a notification Im next. The entire early check in system is a joke.Next when I get there a lady is yelling at an older couple about a coupon. She talks rudely to them and isnt very nice at all. I felt very uncomfortable to even get my haircut from her. Then Im up next and decide to show my coupon before the haircut since I saw the disaster that happened to the customer before me.Im pressured by one stylist to get my haircut before confirming that my coupon will be accepted.I said I wouldnt be getting my haircut unless I knew it would be taken. The lady admitted she was not sure of the coupon policy and couldnt reach her managerI was in at 1:45 on 1/6/2021I feel this great clips isnt being transparent on coupon policy and when coupons are presented they are ALL being rejected and the customer cant do anything because they already accepted the haircut. Its is bad business. I found the associates behavior unpleasant and not a person Id want to ever cut my hair coupon or not.Btw the great clips in Boynton took my coupon code no problem. Definitely suggest avoiding this location.

Spanish music playing in Lobby. Young Spanish Lady had no English and could not understand me at all. She dropped her blue comb, and then continued to use it on me! She did not have her license on display. Non of this would have mattered, except I got the worst haircut. She had no idea what she was doing or what i was explaining to her. Her colleague who I waved over in desperation was the same. This is not great clips. This is a shady Mexican hair salon. Stay away.

Closed early...the app allowed me to book an appointment but when I arrived the doors were locked.

I used the online check in and didn’t have to wait at all. Plus Rosalee did a great job with my haircut!
