Just moved to the area last year but Ive been going back to my home state every time I needed a haircut because I could not find a decent salon. I took a chance with Ulta in Delray Beach and Stacy Z. cut my hair. Really good at listening to exactly what I wanted and explained why too much layering would not be good for my length of hair. So happy now I dont have to get on a plane and travel to get haircut! ((-:

I have been coming here for over a year to get my hair cut and colored. STACY is amazing and she is probably one of the most detailed stylists I’ve ever met. She’s truly a great stylist and person!

I absolutely love the salon at this location. I have been seeing Stacy since she gave me a blowout for my 21st birthday two years ago. She has given me the best balayage services since then. She always listens to what I want and never cuts my hair too short! I will be seeing Stacy from now on :)

Ultimately is one of my favorite places to buy a beauty products, but they hair stylists dont know what they are doing. They will make a dolly from you instead of natural curls

Alexa at the Salon in Delray Beach is the absolute best! I have never been disappointed after a visit with her. Everyone in the store is always very friendly and helpful.

Colin the store manager is both competent and warm, with incredible customer service. I gently, even reservedly, explained my situation of needing a service and he followed up with multiple stores when his won could not accommodate me. What an absolute gem of a human being. Store is also clean & spacious.

Has a variety of products and lots of knowledgeable staff. Everyone was very friendly and they made sure I got the best deal that I could.

They would not exchange the item I brought back. Then trying to outsmart me. Want to give me 2cents because they couldnt find record of it and want me to buy a new product. They know they are the only one who sell the item. I will not buy another gift card nor buy anything there

Nicole is terrible lol terrible customer service, terrible attitude.. I would give this a zero star but unfortunately Google wont let me.. I wont even go into detail about my experience with her just yet but she either needs to quit or get fired and honestly I will try my BEST to write for a review for her each month to prove how much of an prude she is.. Such negative energy and aura it’s sickening

Good service, very sanitary, and good regulations for covid

Two employees were extremely use to my sister and I. My sister in law is pregnant with medical conditions and is unable to inhibit her oxygen with a face covering and causes her to pass out. The two female employees were extremely rude and unprofessional to her and I. They followed us around the whole time we shopping and scrutinizing us and making us feel very uncomfortable and threatened. I felt very unsafe and that is not something I ever thought I would experience while looking for make up. My sister and I are very good customers with ulta and shop there frequently and I regret to say we will be going elsewhere after this encounter. Disciplinary action should be taken towards these two employees. I fear for other clients safety.

Review of the Salon:I’ll start out by saying I used to go into Ulta at least once a week, spending a lot of $ since I’m an esthetician & skincare junkie. That is until I decided to try out the salon. After that experience, back in December, I haven’t been able to go back and support them in any way.My experience:When I went in one day I spoke to a girl at the salon that made me feel so comfortable that I scheduled an appointment w/her. My hair was very long, fine, & dirty blonde that hadn’t been touched in over a year and a half since I moved from Atlanta. We had talked about what I wanted beforehand and she assured me it would be no problem.When I got there she decided to do a full highlight that took her from 3pm-10:30pm (7 1/2hrs) and when she was done she knew it wasn’t right & asked me to come in the next day to fix it. I went in at 12pm the next day & she decided to do a full bleach and at 6:30pm she finished & sent me home w/wet hair because she said she had somewhere to be (6 1/2 hours). The time wasn’t even near the worst part. I now believe she “had somewhere to be” because she was so scared of what she saw and didn’t know what to do.I got home and was in absolute shock and tears when I started having large chucks of my hair falling out. LOST HALF OF MY HAIR!! Now, 6mo later, and thousands spent on hair treatments and vitamins trying to salvage what little was left, I still have to wear my hair in a bun with tons of clips because most of my hair on the crown of my head is about 4inches now. I also had to shave the back of my hair because it was too far gone.My salon visit at Ulta not only completely damaged my hair, and wallet, it damaged my self esteem and still does to this day. I only hope for other peoples sake that they never have to go through what I went through.

Ulta Beauty is a great place to visit in Delray Beach. Kelly at the brow bar takes your brows from burly to beautiful. You can go to several make up counters for a makeover with product suggestions for you to take home. The staff is attentive and always happy to give great advice.Pro tip at the checkout is to ask for samples.

Selection good, hair salon staff members were helpful with finding products, but very high mark up on many hair and skincare items available on Amazon.Young lady at the register made me stand and wait to pay her while she conversed with and made system entries of name, email, other personal info. of person behind me in line right in front of me, forcing me to stand there. I am unclear of the reason for this but it sure felt rude. It seemed to be for the convenience of the next sale transaction, and perhaps quota of more names in their database, commission, or average unit sale. It was peculiar. She didnt even say excuse me, apologize or offer and explanation.Seems that their price mark up in a brick and mortar location should compel more appropriate and courteous service.It has been a week, and its still the first thing I think of when I see the Ulta name.It was off putting to me where I decided against my purchase with my visit.Id rather just order products online, skip the mark up and wait the few days where products will arrive without the annoying experience at the register, especially after awaiting my turn in line.

Nikki is amazing. If you want a good hair cut or any style recommendations, go to her! You will not regret it. I have red, curly hair that is difficult to manage. She has recommended products that have done wonderful things for my hair. Recently got a gloss treatment and love how it looks!

5 stars and I would give more if i could. The staff is supper friendly and helpful but my biggest star would be Sandra! I trusted one of my most important days of my life, my makeup for my wedding and she delivered better than I expected! She was amazing, nice and professional and would recomend her in a heart beat!

I have been getting my hair cut and colored by Tyler at this location for about 3.5 months. I actually chose Tyler by sight, because his hair and overall style are so cool. Tyler cut my hair with precision, and he actually listened to my input. My base and highlights just keep getting better and better. Even the shampoo experience is excellent and relaxing. It is definitely worth every Penney and I recommend Tyler!

They were so nice and the store is beautiful. They let me and my cousin play around, and she got to do a little makeup/makeover on me. It was really nice of them to let us try out certain makeups, and have fun with it. Bebe was so nice also and signed us up for an upcoming event. Thank you Ulta for letting us have a fun time!!

This was my first time getting a haircut here and I was blown away by Kayleigh ! I am very picky about my hair cuts, as I have long hair, but Kayleigh listened to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. She was thorough and paid attention to every detail. She was also very friendly and sweet! The customer service at the salon was excellent . I will definitely be coming back again. Thank you !

Love this store! The ladies right in front as soon as you walk in are there to help you, answer questions and they will even test some makeup on you. The lady with pink/purple hair was awesome! I have been getting my eyebrows waxed by Jenn for a little over a year. She is so precise and takes her time to make your eyebrows look the way you want them to. I started going to her at the Wellington location and followed her to the Delray location because she is that GOOD! Definitely worth a 45 minute drive to have perfect eyebrows!

Stopped selling some perfumes..not any great deals I saw

They literally never answer their phone making it beyond frustrating to make an appointment for your brows.

I havent used my ultra credit card in over a year and received an email asking me to come and I would $15 off my purchase. Well, I went to the store bought some items and used the app at the checkout and of course the coupon didnt work. I called corporate and they said theyd send me another so I waited in line another 10 minutes, got to the checkout, they tried the code several times it didnt work. I emailed corporate, I called them, they said go back to the store because they are the only ones who can give a discount with a code. I gave up. Not going back until they give me my $15 credit. I bought over $150, youd think $15 is not a big deal :(

I have been shopping at this Ulta since they opened a few years ago. Today I purchased a Lancôme lipstick. Went to my car and I was excited to see how the lipstick looked on my lips. When I opened the “brand new lipstick” I noticed it was used and I can tell it was used a while back (the lipstick seemed to be dry). I went back to store and asked one of the clerks if I could exchange the lipstick and she said it was fine. I went back to get the same lipstick only to notice that every single lipstick at the Lancôme counter was used before. This is crazy! How can this store allow this to happen. Anyways the clerk at the register seemed annoyed that I was returning a USED product. I hope this store gets more strict about customers using products and I hope the products were not put back on the shelves after another customer decided to return it.

Always quite a pleasure going into Ulta. The merchandise is usually well stocked and clearly displayed. The staff is always ready to assist answering questions and giving suggestions based on their training and sometimes even experience.You really have to try your best to stick to your list (if you are attempting to stick to any kind of budget). Just to soften the blow of the total damage of the bill, it is strongly advised to become an Ultamate member to take advantage of their rewards. The samples are gooddd, with reputable brands in compact sizes.

The girl that did my eyebrows talked a lot about herself and really wasnt that great at filling in eyebrows. She plucked too much off but filled in too much. It was weird. Not worth how expensive it is honestly. The products are great but Im gonna go back to getting them done elsewhere honestly.

Had a formal event to go to so I got my makeup done at Mac @Ulta in Delray. Cathy and Collin were both great! I was under an unexpected time crunch and they both worked together to get me glammed up and ready for my event! I got a lot of compliments on my makeup and lashes. I was so impressed with my look even though I know i confused Cathy to begin with so i trusted her to work her magic! No regrets she did exactly what I wanted but couldnt describe. lol. I will definitely return. She is pleasant and very knowledgeable! Thank you!!!

Seems ridiculous that they don’t price match with their online store. I was at the store when I saw the product I wanted was on sale on their online store. Since the cashier told me they won’t price match, I had to place an online order for pick up and come back just to get the sale price -____-

Kaileigh (not sure if spelled correctly) is absolutely phenomenal when it comes to blowouts, cutting, AND color...and Im the pickiest person ever when it comes to my hair!! Shes also sweet, really listens to you, takes her time, and you leave looking and feeling amazing!

Always helpful and has what I need and more. A bit pricey but the point system helps a bit.

The inside of this store smells much too strongly of perfume. That with the loud music made it feel like a teen store from the mall. They also didnt have the color of makeup that I wanted, but the woman who worked in that section was nice about it. Over all, my impression of the store was very mixed.

Not that impressed with Ulta lately.. I received an email advertising that they had a specific promotion. When I asked the employee, I was told they had not received any shipments and that I should come back another time. I had received the email a week prior... Who knows there are always issues when I go to Ulta

I had purchased a lip liner from here. I went home to use it and opened the package to find it had been already used. It was turned all the way up and the tip was broken off and placed on top, and you can tell it wasnt brand new. I returned it to the store the next morning, and the cashier says oh Im sorry you must have gotten a tester. Unfortunately, I told her that I had already read the reviews and saw that Ulta repackages used products and puts them back on the shelf to meet quota. The women bit her tongue turned bright red and didnt respond, Im assuming because shes guilty of it and knows Im right.

The Delray Ulta is typically stocked well, unlike the one in West Boca. High traffic store but I can normally find my brand & color in stock. The staff is pretty friendly, but it seems like i can never find a sales consultant when I actually have a question or want to test a product. I do like the atmosphere, bright and airy with pleasant music that is not too loud. Layout makes sense and brands/products are easy to find.

Good place, friendly staff and helpful depending on the day, they are usually stocked with items that you might looking for.

I had a facial with Israt that was the best ever. Unfortunately, Ulta has not seen fit to properly give her the private space she needs to do her work. While the facial was fabulous it loses something when you have screaming children and rock music as a background instead of soothing light and music. I think it is disrespectful to both the technician and the client. I have been an Ulta client in other cities where there is a private room for skin care. They need to rethink this situation in Delray Beach.

Customer service not so great. I had received an email saying that I had 141 Reward Points so I wanted to redeem them. They told me that I only had 68 and wouldnt investigate further even after I showed the email dated January 12th (yesterday). Ive always gone to Ulta but now I will try Sephora.

Dirtier than expected. My wife hates coming here but has to as they are the only ones that sell what she needs.

I tried, I really did. But you couldnt pay me to go back here.First appointment was for trim and highlights. It took FOREVER. Think 2 1/2 hours. Absolutely ridiculous. I get home, and its possibly the worst haircut Ive ever had. Not only that, but my shirt got dye all over it. The highlights looked okay, but come on - my shirt was ruined.Manager Alexis refunded my money and offered to fix it. I declined, because I didnt have 2+ more hours to waste there.So, next chance was for a blow out. Cant really screw up a blow out, right? I was wrong. Appointment was for 30 minutes. Perfect, as I was on a tight schedule. I get there, and oh, look! Surprise, theres an extra charge. While my hair is long, its not insanely long. My normal hairdresser can do a blow out in 20 minutes or so. Whatever, fine. I told the girl I had somewhere to be, so its not like she didnt know I didnt have all day. Exactly ONE HOUR LATER, I walk out with a terrible blow out. My bangs look terrible, poofy in all the wrong places, just generally looks like garbage. And the extra charge is for extra service over 30 minutes. Huh, funny how that worked out! She took her sweet time so she could justify charging more. So now Im late and my hair looks awful. Im done. Dont ever go here for hair services.Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me.

First time was great second time was awful. Unfortunately the woman who cut my hair the first time left so i had to take my chances with someone new. Not only did she do awful and give me the worst haircut of my life, but she was double the price. I will probably never go back.

I visited Ulta for the very first time recently and was thrilled with all of the products, staff, and helpfulness. I had the best facial that I have ever had, Israt was so knowledgeable and truly does a fabulous job. I have had many upscale facials and never had one that was as magnificent as this one. Israt then suggested products that would get me started on skin care.if you want to give someone a gift that they will love, or want to treat yourself, see Israt and enjoy!
