This is my second trip to Cloud 10, and this is a fantastic salon. It looks and feels very upscale without being pretentious. I booked my appointment online. When I arrived, I was greeted and asked if I wanted something to drink. They made me feel welcome. This is a nice touch in today’s world of excellent customer service being the exception not the norm. I only waited a few minutes before my stylist Melissa introduced herself and invited me to her station to consult with me and confirm my requested services. The shampoo room is really great it has muted light which allows you to relax. The shampoo and head massage was awesome. I was so relaxed that I felt like I could out of the great chairs they have. It was nice chatting with the stylists. They had a great rapport with one another which made it seem like they enjoy working there. All in all, this was a great experience, and I will definitely go back.

Stephanie did my hair and make-up for a wedding and not only was she so sweet but she did an amazing job! Both my hair and make-up looked amazing all night through all the heat! The salon was very clean and everyone was super friendly. I will definitely go back to Stephanie for another event and would recommend her to anyone looking to get glam for any occasion!

Ok this place is pricey but all the blowdry hair places charge the same. They use the best hair products and the Dyson blow dryer. They are patient and professionalThey will show you also how your hair will look with there styling tools to get the curl you want. The best in the area five stars all the way.

Ive been coming here for trims and blowouts for over 4 years. Every single lady is the best. They really are fantastic, friendly – and right on the Avenue so that as soon as you are ready to go, you can go out if you like.

So I had a wedding to go to & I told Jordan (hairstylist) / Stephanie (make up artist) what style I wanted & they absolutely exceeded my expectations! Cloud10 is super clean & professional with all staff being educated on all trends & styles! I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for professional hairstyling with a luxury experience! Everyone was very accommodating. The front desk lady was unfortunately rude.The stylists did a great job with our hair for myself, my daughter and friend.

The place was busy. The wash was nice in a darkened room w a massage chair. Had to wait a bit for the other girl to blow put my hair. I have long hair and the entire time she complained about how tangled it was. At the end she said she could put a wave in it but it would just flatten anyway because of the length. Maybe it was the person I got but the experience was not worth the cost.

Jacquie DeMario did a fabulous job with my cut and color! i would highly recommend her. She listens to exactly what you want. i have been looking for someone for a long time and i could not be happier! Thank You Jacquie!

I’m new to Florida, moved down here few months ago I previously had a bad experience with a stylist at another salon . Coming in the salon I was nervous having my hair colored and cut shorter.. Bree at the front desk squeezed me in last minute ..Ty was my stylist and immediately put my mind at ease .. I had such an amazing , relaxing experience... I love the color and cut. I will absolutely come back and get my hair done again by Ty ..My daughter and husband will be booking an appt soon 😃

Had an appointment here this past Saturday to get my hair & makeup done for a wedding. Easy online booking process. Awesome location for a salon as theres plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Ty did the prep & curls for my hair & was up front/honest about my hair being too thick for her to do an updo & so she borrowed Jackie (who Ty trusted to do my updo & was available for a bit as it turned out). My hair thankfully stayed up all night & looked gorgeous! Got exactly the Hollywood glamour I asked for! :) Sarah did my makeup, was so sweet letting me use my own face makeup as Im acne prone/oily. Let me in on all the steps, if I wanted highlighter or lashes, etc or not! Makeup also lasted all night long (besides of course the lipstick... Masks/Food = fun lol). But it was light & airy & simply beautiful! Everyone was very nice, let my boyfriend who was waiting sit with me & we were offered us something to drink upon arrival. Very clean & beautiful salon! Cannot wait to go back! :)

This salon is very nicely decorated and well maintained. I do feel that $80 for a haircut is a bit on the pricey end. I was also never offered any water, tea, etc. as I see in previous reviews...meanwhile the customer next to me was asked if she’d like more champagne.. the massage chair when you sit to get your hair washed was nice. I would go back since I thankfully don’t need to go on a regular basis. I honestly like that the stylists were not very talkative.. I simply like to get my hair done without all the socializing.

I have frequented the salon many times for various services and have never walked out disappointed. The salon is clean, well managed and beautifully decorated. I’ve seen many stylists in the salon, as well as having my make up done and most recently doing the keratin treatment. The products they use are all top notch and good quality. Very happy with my experiences here.

Everyone is so friendly and inviting! I go to Melissa and I would follow her to the ends of the Earth. Everyone that I have recommended Melissa to , also feels the same. And everyone there makes you feel so comfortable! It’s like a girls day out but you leave with amazing hair

Flawless Blowout😍 This place is fabulous! Excellent customer focus from beginning to end; well educated/knowledgeable hair care specialists; and, a beautiful, relaxing environment. Oh, and they graciously took me as a walk in on a Thursday lunchtime during season. What more could a girl ask for!!!! Whitney is SO awesome. This is the second blow out I’ve gotten from her, it held up perfectly and even looked amazing on the 3rd day. Love this place, love the complimentary champagne. The best!

Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful. As soon as you enter they offer complementary drinks and make sure you are comfortable. Instead of being trapped inside of a hair smock the whole time, theirs are more like a jacket so you can move about freely the whole time. When you get your hair washed it is in a massage recliner.

Went in for a blow out for my baby shower - with a request for very simple old school hollywood curls... came out with beach waves I could have done myself in 15 minutes. Super nice girls and lovely atmosphere but wouldnt recommend for a blowout. ( myself and 4 girls went in and no ones hair came out professionally )

Such a luxurious experience because honestly I cant make it look as great Im just not that talented. Its a little too pricey to get it every week but I think once a month its a really nice treat since I dont have my nails professionally done or a regular stylist that I go to. Its a very feminine and beautiful place and they offer you coffee tea water etc so that was a nice little touch.

I had a client meeting at 10 in Delray and live in Fort Myers. Needless to say, my curly hair was a hot mess when I left at 6am to drive across the state. Since I made it into town around 9, I stopped in to see if they could help me. They had me washed, dried, and styled in 30 minutes! I felt like a new woman! Not to mention the smell of the products they use is light and girly. It really made my day! But the best part was all of the compliments I received on my hair throughout the day... the grocery store clerk, the client, the waiter, the mall associate, etc! My hair even rocked for the fundraiser I worked until 11pm back in Fort Myers... where more compliments ensued! I highly recommend this place and wish there was one by me.

They were awesome. Was able to get a last minute appointment and the girls there went above and beyond to give me a fantastic blow dry and lashes.

I went to Cloud 10 for the first time last week and instantly fell in love! The salon is beautiful and the service is great. I especially loved the massing chairs and the fact that my blow out lasted over 3 days. You must check them out if you are in the area!

Staff is very accommodating. Chrissy my hairdresser is so patient because she is a perfectionist follows directions, but will provide helpful advice She always describes the products she will be using on my hair and why and Iappreciate it Even though a haircut takes a little longer than Im used to I dont mind it at all The cost is higher than Im accustomed to but for a high quality haircut and style its well worth the price..She and the staff are friendly trying to make you feel as comfortable as possible I will be a customer for a long time to come..we

I have been going to Jacquie for make up, blow outs and hair cuts for the last 3 or 4 years and when I got engaged I knew I wanted Cloud 10s hair stylists and make up artists for my wedding day!Working with owner, Jodi, was a great experience, she was extremely organized and responsive and created a great schedule for the morning of my wedding. With 14 women to coordinate getting ready with hair and make up, she handled everything with the utmost professionalism. Jodi even came with the stylists and make up artists the day of to ensure the schedule ran smoothly.Jacquie, Melissa and Maria were our hair stylists. Jacquie, Sarah and Kelsey were our make up artists. All bridesmaids, moms and myself were extremely happy with our hair and make up and with a mostly outdoor wedding it was impressive that we all still looked good by the end of the night! December in Florida is still hot and humid during the day! From curls, to braids, to up-dos, everyones hair looked beautiful. Some of my girls preferred more natural looking make up, while others like myself wanted something a bit more dramatic - either way, everyones make up was perfect. Very surprised to not even be offered a glass of water .Whilst waiting on the phone to book this appointment the chat was about champagne and indian head massages. I opted for a scalp treatment plus blow dry, everything seems unprofessional and confused. The blow dry was average with hot iron having to be resorted to. The pick a style from the website did not seem to be operating so going through those before hand was a waste of time. No offer of an iPad ( I did take my own luckily) .Very mediocre

To start off I will say that everyones hair did turn out nice but do not go there for make up.My friends and I were there getting ready for a wedding. My appt was at 11 and I needed to be out by 12. We made sure we told them that when we arrived at 10 am. At 11:15 I was still waiting, I inquired at the desk and was told that the girl who I was assigned to would be done soon even though there were two other makeup artists waiting for my other friends to complete their hair. At 11:25 she was finally ready I asked for eyes only but she insisted that I was scheduled for full make up and we had time. (a 45 min appt according to their menu) I really did not want full make up but at this point I did not want to make a fuss, I had a photo of what I wanted to look like and told the girl that I did not wear a lot of make up and I did not want heavy foundation. I got exactly what I had asked her not to do, at this point it was 11:40 and I did not have time to have her correct everything so I left went home and washed all of the foundation off IT WAS HORRIBLE. When I met the other girls later at the church they all had a similar experience most said they were up sold to full make up and everyone felt like their faces were caked with foundation.I will never go back again

I made an appointment for 1230, the traffic was terrible because of the Delray tennis tournament. I got there at 12:46 and they gave my appointment time away to a walk-in. The woman who told me they gave away my appointment, didnt even stop putting her makeup on. It is a beautiful salon but they have terrible customer service.
