Great service with WAFA she is good and talks as much or as little as you like. Most importantly she does a very good job. Call in make an appointment and within 10 to 15 minutes you will be in the chair. Its not an exact science and very few places are .. Wait for 15 minutes max and enjoy the cut!!

Walked in, was acknowledged with a hello by the associate cutting hair. The other woman sweeping , continued to do so while I stood in line for about 3 minutes. After my 3 minutes of 0 follow up, I spoke up regarding a hair cut. The lady cutting the hair apologized and answered my questions. However, the lady sweeping needs a conversation on guest service. The individual, spoke w a lot of attitude, shook her head, and rolled her eyes stating she had appointments. Umm, eww okay. No thanks. I say review your cameras because it just occurred 10 mins into my writing this. Never again.

Ozzy is a great stylist. She paid a lot of attention to detail and was great under pressure. There were a lot of people waiting. Though she worked quickly, she did not rush through my cut and style.

I’ll be back for sure.Edit: Well, as is mentioned above, this Supercuts has some very talented stylists. However, their “check-in” system is inherently flawed. I checked in this time plenty in advance for 11 am with Wafa. When I got there, on time, I had to wait another 15-20 minutes. No problem - I understand that things get busy. However, when I got called up it was a different stylist. When I told her I had checked-in for Wafa, she told me it’d be another 40 minutes for her (!).I didn’t have that much time, so I had the other stylist cut my hair.Recommendation: Adjust your check-in system to give stylists more time to get their work done, so clients get more reliable check-in times.I shouldn’t need to check-in and then learn that the total wait time for my desired stylist is an extra hour (20 minutes plus predicted 40 extra minutes.)Also, it seems folks that call or walk-in to get a time are given preferential treatment over folks that “just” check-in on the app alone. In the future I know to call instead, or just go elsewhere.

I have been going to Wafa for more than 10 yrs! When I moved down to Florida from NY I could never believe I could find the same good qualities that I had from my NY Stylist. She has been great all these years with my hair color , highlights , haircuts and blowouts. I highly recommend Wafa . She really puts her heart and soul into her work.

Im a guy with long hair that I had been growing out for three years, with only one small trim during that time. I walked in with a frizzy mop on my head, and walked out with exactly the kind of look I wanted, and all I really said was that I wanted it about shoulder length! Ozzy was so nice the entire time, which made it easy to trust her with deciding how to cut my hair. She was very intuitive and knew what I was going for. Ill definitely be back!

I was new to the area and desperate for a haircut. Not normally a Supercuts customer I said WTH?!OMG I met Wafa.. one of the most talented hairdressers I’ve ever met. She looked at my hair and said please let me clean this up. I had been growing it out and it needed a hedge clipper😂 she took my very dark color and gave me gorgeous highlights cut about 4 inches off of it and gave me a beautiful style all of a sudden I went from looking heavy and dark to light and feeling beautiful. She’s the real deal.. should definitely have her own Salon. Super clean and so knowledgeable. Trust me ..ask for Wafa.. you’ll thank me😉💞

Usually see Ms. Yen who is great every time. Have seen her for over a decade. Went there and she was busy so I let the other lady cut my hair. Worst fade I have ever had and I see now why she didnt give me the mirror to look at the sides and back. I will be getting another haircut somewhere else today to fix this mess. There is no fade. It is just long on top and a number one the sides. It looks terrible. Honestly debated just shaving my head. Went on 1/5/2020

I have been coming to Supercuts for my haircuts my entire life. Ozzy gave me possibly the worst haircut i have ever paid for. Uneven and patches of hair missing. Not to mention her unable to control her emotions and ranting/screaming for the entire salon to hear about customers not scheduling appointments. Everyone has bad days but I have never seen something like this before in a place of business. I will not be returning to supercuts in the future.

Wafa is just the best. She knows how to multi task and manages to keep all her clients happy. She always has a great attitude because she truly loves what she does. I hope to be going to Wafa for my haircuts forever. Shes one in a million.

First time visit. Scheduled an appointment and we started right on time. My female stylist Ozzy was outstanding and very enthusiastic. My haircut is not easy, but Ozzy almost immediately adapted to my unique hair growth patterns and excelled. I could not be happier and will return. Recommended.

Worst place to get a haircut

I am not sure if today was just an off day for this salon but I did not have a good experience here and would not recommend this location to anyone. I made an appointment for 1:30pm, I arrived 5 minutes early but was not seen until 2pm. The woman running the salon said they were free all day when we spoke on the phone but then when I arrived there was a family emergency with one of the stylists and she had to leave...which is why I sat there for half an hour. Then, when another stylist came to replace the one that left, she tried to see me but the owner said she was seeing me even though she was in the middle of another haircut. They went back and forth between who was going to see me...I told them I was uncomfortable and confused by this whole awkward interaction. Eventually the owner said she would see me even though she was seeing someone else and the other stylist wasn’t seeing anyone. Then, when she finally calls me to the chair, I show her the picture of the bangs that I want and she laughed at me and told me that my hair was too short. As someone who already feels insecure about their hair, I couldn’t take it anymore and I left. This salon is very unprofessional and I wouldn’t even recommend it to a stranger.

I have used Wafa at Super Cuts for several years. Her skill at color correction is amazing. I was nervous venturing back to a salon, mid-pandemic, but I find this place very attentive and careful. (Limited customers are allowed inside, the door stays locked, and only opened for you when it’s your appointment time, and your stylist is ready, and masks are to be worn by both stylist and customer the whole time). Also, they make early am or late pm appointments to help avoid contact with others.

I have been going to Wafa for a haircut for more than 5 years. She gives a great haircut at a great price. She will go out of her way to accommodate your schedule and make you feel welcome.

This will be my new go to barber. I received a terrific haircut today from Ozzy at this location. She was very professional and took meticulous care. I did not feel rushed at all and the end result was excellent. Thank you!
