I was able to get a same day appointment online, which is a big plus for me. The Delray Beach location was clean and they were very deligent about the covid protocols. The service itself was fast and efficient. Id highly recommend it!

First time here and only visiting US. Me and my husband went to the one in west Hollywood. The front desk person was so friendly. The esthetician’s that handled me made me so comfortable and the procedure was really quick. It is actually way less painful compare to my normal back home. (my husband think the same too!) This will be our go to waxing place whenever we are travelling. 😌

I’ve been going to this salon for three years . Each visit was more than satisfactory. Friendly staff very clean . I had made the assumption that they were a professional careful operation . Times have changed ,and after my last visit I will never enter that salon again .Because they require masks upon entry I had assumed that the technicians were vaccinated. Having a casual conversation with the technician I was told that she does not believe in vaccination and was not vaccinated. Such close proximity with a drooping mask was irresponsible.This place is a potential super spreader spot . I recommend staying away or requesting to see proof of vaccination if you are attached to this business. Delta variant is spreading like wild fire in Florida this type of irresponsible behavior is the cause .

Only went because my usual place was closed. The girl at the front desk was very unpleasant and rude! The wax was just OK, the girl doing it seemed miserable and said she couldn’t wait to go home. Not clean, way overpriced, will never go back here.

Today was my first and last visit to European Wax Center. I have never left a review for anything before however, I feel the need to warn others about Orianna. I dont know if she had a bad day and took it out on my body or if she is just impolite at baseline. Regardless, she did not do a good job with my Brazilian. I have never experienced such a careless waxing technique before. This was a very uncomfortable and painful experience. The best part is that not all the hair was removed! And there was no post wax care. She clearly couldnt care less.

I arrived proactively before my appointment, 5mins before scheduled time. While walking into the location no one welcomed me. There was no one in the hallway and when I saw the first worker (owner)they very rudely told me to wait outside in an aggressive tone. I had arrived to previous appointments no one mentioned that I need to arrive on the exact minute scheduled. I try to arrive proactively to prevent delays for future customers. This place has terrible customer service and I will not be returning. You should avoid as well.

Went for waxing while visiting Delray. Lindsay was great, very personable, masked, professional and attentive. Highly recommend this business. Easy to book online and they were on time.

Always great. I recommend to ask for Lindsay. Shes very professional and such a nice person. Shes got a great personality. This location is always clean and staff is very friendly. They are open 7 days a week. Certain times of the day its hard to find parking because of the restaurant at the end of the plaza.

As a long time client of EWC in Tulsa, OK I was excited to find that they had locations near me when I moved to Delray Beach, FL. When I entered the center I was instantly at ease and was met with the same high quality experience as I have come to expect. My wax specialist, Lindsay, was very personable while remaining professional. My services were exceptional, the center is clean and very chic. I look forward to my future visits.

Wow - this place is amazing. Let me start by saying I am not normally a waxing girl but European Wax has changed my mind. This salon is gorgeous...and the wax rooms are plush and spotless. The girl at the front desk was so helpful, she answered my many questions and was so kind. I am so happy. I will never go anywhere else!

EWC in East Delray is a great location. Very clean and friendly. I have had a few services with Winny. She is very knowledgeable about waxing and always makes sure that my experience is perfect. She is efficient and also makes sure her clients are given A1 treatment. I will definitely go back here and recommend Winny.

Appt was for Bikini wax, was a fabulous experience. Clean facility with a helpful and knowledgeable staff. I don’t look forward to getting a bikini wax, but my experience here has changed my perspective.

The receptionist Daniella is rude highly unprofessional. When we arrived NO COVID protocols were taken, appointment times were changed (asked to come back 2 hours later)and the receptionist found flirting and giggling with the eldery gentlemen in the lobby was more important then assisting other customers. The staff not competent and the place is not clean.

Regina helped me get acquainted with this location when I moved to Delray Beach nearly 3 yrs ago. She was comforting and professional and guided me to the appropriate aesthetician, Lindsay. She’s a doll too! So kind, professional, clean, and makes you feel super comfortable. Caroline also is great! She’s welcoming and professional checks me in as she sees me walking in the parking lot. I highly recommend this center.

Front desk is helpful and friendly and the center is clean. I have been seeing Jessica for 10ish years and she is the best! The european wax center app works with this location and it allows easy online booking/rescheduling. Highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to this location for some time now and I’ve always had a good experience. But today I went in for my appointment and I had Jessica & I hated everything about the service today. I felt so rushed. She was being so rough. I had to tell her that’s enough I’ll come back another day to finish the rest. She was like okay and just took her glove off. She didn’t ask if everything was okay if I needed a little break nothing she just said okay and took her gloves off. I will never use her again. She seemed really off like she didnt want to work and was only there because she had to be. I felt so uncomfortable. I will continue to go but I will make sure not to use her again. The wax wasn’t even good she left so much hair. I hated it. Everything else I love about them

Ive been to European Wax Center in general but this was my first time at this location. Great experience. I made an appt. the day before. They took me right on time. Jessica made me feel very comfortable. She did an amazing job on my eyebrows. I got compliments from my friends afterwards. She was quick and efficient. I will definitely be back.

I made an appointment the day before Going to get my wax, the girl that answered the call was very nice and helpful she also told me that if I am a Fl resident I will get a discount once I show my ID for first timers only! So I come in the next day and i didnt have to wait the girl was ready to take me her name is Taylor very nice and professional,she gave me a very good service she was also quick!! Which we all know how painful that could turn if someone does it slowly so Today was my first time getting a Brazilian with them and I really liked the experience definitely I will recommend this location and Taylor 😊 Thank you!!

Love this location. I used to go in NYC (disclaimer - my friend worked there), and was happy to find one in Boynton when I moved to the area. They were good overall, but when I moved to Delray and started seeing Lindsey, it was a game changer! Lindsey is fantastic!!! No pain, great advice, listens to exactly what you request. Shes made a number of helpful suggestions that have totally changed my brows and bikini area. Ive had to see other people last minute, and even though I prefer Lindsey, they were ALL great too (which usually isnt the case). The front desk people are consistently friendly and competent. Havent had a single complaint in 8 months of going here.

Didnt care for my technician, Winny. She didnt explain the process, even knowing it was my first time there. She was very cold and unfriendly. In such an intimate environment you should be made to feel comfortable, involved, relaxed, not anxious and left wondering and uncomfortable and not welcome. The front desk girl was overly nice and smiley, definitely felt forced. I expected a much more spa-like experience. They give many discounts to keep you going back, now I understand why. Dont ever pay full price! The wax itself was okay, Im not saying the craftsmanship was bad, the service was. I dont think Ill go back and try again.

Im very happy I found this place! I gave up the razor 10 years ago and Ive been waxing since, so Ive had a range of good and bad experiences. This was definitely one of the best. The place is very clean and the both staff members I interacted with were very friendly.I got the full Brazilian and underarm from Karlyne and she did an excellent job, I would definitely go see her again (a already booked my next appointment). She was quick and made me feel comfortable. Both the hard and soft wax seemed to be of good quality, I didnt have any problems with it.Whether youve been waxing for a while like me or youve never gotten a wax before, you are in good hands here.

Brittney is absolutely phenomenal! She always makes my brows look perfect and somehow makes the Brazilian not as painful. The front desk staff is always extremely sweet and making/changing appointments is never a hassle. The facility is always super clean.

Wow i am ashamed of this place. If I could give it 0 stars then I would. I came down from up north and was looking for a European wax nearby, I saw this was the closes to me and read the reviews. Because of the amazing reviews it had i went to this location. IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! The reviews obviously LIED! The front desk staff was very rude and gave attitude whenever I would ask questions. The manager there was not helpful what so ever.. my waxer was ok wasn’t the best. But what just made this experience worst was Hearing the staff saying ITS OK TO USE THE SAME WAX STICK TWiCE since they were running low!!That is not sanitary at all!! Please I advise you to go to a different wax center. run far away from this place they are not clean at all!

I followed my waxer from their Boca location to Delray bc shes fantastic. Ill stay with European Wax due to their beautiful & clean facilities and especially due to the fabulous talent they retain.

I recently got waxed at this location a few days ago and the experience i had here was honestly better than any other location. Walking in, kiersten at reception was so sweet and engaging i felt at ease immediately. My waxer jessica made my visit so quick and painless, i will definitely be back!

I “reluctantly” went to EWC on 10/14 for a full face wax. Reluctant b/c I previously worked at a EWC competitor in N Florida and was always a bit partial to their products and of course... no body raves about having to go see a previous competitor... My skin is not sensitive but almost all waxes have always told anyone who knows “she just had her face waxed!” Ladies, there isn’t one bit of the slightest irritation on my skin! I attribute this to Reese, my amazing wax technician and the wax used at EWC. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience and their product line. I recently moved to Boca and have been to numerous other salons for waxing, searching for that one go to place. I only went to EWC yesterday as I didn’t have time to play around with scheduling. Well, things happen for a reason, right? I ended up at EWC and couldn’t be more satisfied. They definitely landed another client for life! Cheers ladies!

I work with a company ,and I come here monthly to get nail services, due to the holidays I decided to get a service myself, however I left my wallet and Samsung pay isnt accepted here, so I asked if I knew my card information could I pay by inputting my debit card information,and I offered to pull up my banking app. I was told I would have to have my id,which I had a picture of and showed the front desk,and I was brushed off. As a human I felt very insulted! And personally Ill never get a service even if it was for free!!!!
