Kate is exceptional at what she does. I look for the very best in their field to refer my patients to. And Kate has RAVING FANS. She is very knowledgeable , kind, compassionate and an absolute pleasure to work with. She digs deep, to try to find the root cause of illness, rather than just treat the symptoms. Before I met Kate, I had been dealing with digestive issues, anxiety, depression and many other issues for around 3 years. There are some people who were created for a very specific purpose and I believe Kate was created specifically to help bring healing!! I had been sick for 13 years going from doctor to doctor trying different protocols and regimens and medicines and dietary changes and nothing ever seemed to help. I had GI issues up the wazoo, fatigue, migraines, swelling feeling along with pins and needles in my arms and legs, lightheadedness, dizziness, feeling like the. blood in my veins were turning to stone-you name it I had it. I had symptoms of lupus, RA, Lyme disease, fibromyalgia, on and on the list goes. I have Hypothyroidism and Hashimotos and for 15 years, Ive been treated by an endocrinologist. Ive never felt good or normal since diagnosis and for years I just felt like my concerns fell on deaf ears no matter what doctor I went to. It was only in the last few years that I had heard about a functional medicine doctor through a Facebook Group and it took me years to finally bite the bullet and decide to make a change.
