I have been going here since 2019 and I recommend the practice to all my friends. I can’t say enough about the level of care and compassion I have received here. The office is updated and beautiful. The front desk staff and medical assistants are kind and helpful. The phlebotomist is caring and handles my anxiety so carefully. They also schedule your appointment quickly and refill prescriptions so fast. Thank you!!

The quickest appointment ever! Everyone was so kind and sweet. Office is clean and accessible. Plenty of parking. I felt listened to by the doctor.I usually dread going in as a fat person, because doctors always want to blame my weight regardless of the issue I am having (respiratory, skin conditions, anxiety, fatigue, inflammation, anything!). Like, I KNOW Im fat, I have a scale and a mirror, yet I am very healthy and active. Ms. Tahseen Silva did NOT bring up my weight. She actually asked ME about my life and whats been going on, listened, responded and gave me her professional opinion.

I have been with Dr. Dudleys office for years. I had moved away and when I returned 7 years later they took me back as a patient. I was so fortunate to be able to return as a patient. This office is very clean, the staff are extremely kind and professional. I love that you are heard by their doctors and they spend the right amount of time with you to help you. I saw Dr. Dudley for the first time ...in March 2021. for a well visit ..I made it clear with the office that I would like to be informed of any uncovered charges under the well visit should there be one.During the visit I went over my history and my medication. EtcLater that month i got billed for two visits one was covered and one was not. I called the office and I was told that I was billed because I spoke to him about my blood pressure and that he ordered medication. Which wad not the case..Instead of displaying professional customer service . and resolving the issue ..I was told by Laura in the billing Department .” Maybe this isNot the office for you”

Very nice place that takes care of you. I have been in for several visits and various reasons. Everyone was always helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

I have been looking for a new PCP. Today I saw Tahseen Silva APRN. Office staff that really cares, & well organized b/c I have a HMO. The Nurse Practitioner took her time. The MA & venipuncture was very helpful. I have been in the Medical field for over 30 years & this is one of the best!

Carole, Erika, Tahseen and Dr Dudley are the best medical professionals in their field.They return calls in a timely manner, they are incredibly caring, knowledgeable and genuinely kind people.Due to the outstanding scheduling system they have in place, I am seen promptly and as scheduled, very little waiting time.The office staff are organized, personable and always willing to help.I Love this team!!

They not only care about your physical health but your mental health as well. They always take the time to ask how things are going which is something I have rarely seen. They also offer acupuncture which can be a great alternative to more invasive procedures. From the first phone call to make the appointment, to seeing the doctor or one of his wonderful physician assistants, to his nurses and medical assistants. This is a first-class operation I would recommend to everybody. Dr. Dudley and his staff have proven there are still physicians out there who care about their patients and obviously got in the medical field to heal and help. You guys are the best!!

Carol the Np and Dr Dudley are the best. The office is impeccable the staff goes the extra mile best office in the country. As most great companies or business they made some new changes this year to upgrade the patient experience. Prior to anyone writing a negative review I would recommend you go to the website with your concern and let the Doctor know what the issue is during my last visit the wait was a little longer due to the changes taking place but I was also given extra time and the followup was amazing when using the portal. I am confident you will not find better care than in this office. Happy New Year

We transplanted from South Carolina six years ago and were used to smaller populations and very caring doctors/medical teams. We fully expected that we would not find that in the busy South Florida area, but we were wrong. Dr. Dudley and his entire team are truly caring individuals. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I never wait more than a few minutes for a visit and having blood drawn in the office is such a great service benefit (while most other medical offices direct you to an external Quest office). Thanks to the entire team on your caring attitude, genuine friendly approach and quick service! You guys are the best!

I had a new patient appointment with Erica, she is very knowledgeable and was very thorough in her work. I really appreciate how she explained everything and made me feel comfortable. I have lived here in South Florida for 5 years now and have been trying to find a friendly primary care physician that I liked and felt comfortable with. I found this with Dr. Dudley. He is super friendly, listens, asks questions and is very knowledgable. He made me feel like I wasnt just another number. I definitely plan on making Dr. Dudley my primary care physician for good. All of the nurses and office staff were friendly as well. The only downside I could say is that it did take 2 months to get an appointment with him but its my understanding that this is just for new patient visits. I was able to schedule a follow up in 3 weeks no problem. I would definitely recommend Dr. Dudley to anyone looking for an awesome Doctor!

I have been seeing Dr. Dudley for ten years. I am staying in NH most of the year but still see Dr. Dudley for my yearly check-ups. I feel very comfortable with him. He takes time and listens to me, he never rushes me and you can tell that he genuinely cares. I went to a GP in Mass because Im having some problems - she did not listen to me-and rushed me out of her office. I will never give Dr. Dudley up as my GP. I will travel thousands of miles to see him.

Always on time; excellent staff (clinical staff has remained the same for the 6 years I have been a patient); quality care by Dr. Dudley and/or nurse practitioners, particularly Carol Huber; always responsive to my questions or problems. This practice was my fourth since my relocation to Florida. My previous attempts to locate an office that fit my needs were an exercise in futility. Dr. Dudley and staff are a perfect fit.

Ive switched PCP offices a few times for moves or other reasons and this is one of the best Ive been to. Roshini CNP is amazing. She is very thorough and knowledgeable, always taking enough time to fully understand whats going on. Very friendly and compassionate. No one likes being sick or going to the Dr, but its also very important when you need it. I knew from my 1st visit I would stay with this office!

I would never recommend using this doctor!! First, just to schedule an appointment is a nightmare. You are constantly left on hold for a minimum of ten minutes. (And thats being generous) Second, plan on waiting at least two hours. I have been coming here for over three years and have never had a problem until about 6 months ago. The front desk is beyond rude and very unprofessional.

Dr. Dudley is a great doctor and has a great time of specialists who work with him. I have been a patient since 2002 when I relocated from Rhode Island. In 2007 to 2010, I lived in Las Vegas and needed his assistance with my new doctor and Dr. Dudley was there for me. In 2010, I relocated back to Florida and Dr. Dudley is my doctor and I am an extremely happy patient.

My father is 78 and he has had many doctors. My father says that this is the only doctor in 10 years that actually listened to his issues and cured his terrible skin problem that no other doctor was able to help. Dr. Dudley is caring and sympathetic and I would recommend him to anyone who wants a doctor who truly cares about people.

As someone who is doctor phobic Dr. Dudley put me right at ease by being very personable, willing to explain stuff to me and generally non-threatening. I also like that he focuses on facts and medical care not guilt trips.

I would recommend Dr. Hoyle to anyone who’s a wonderful family physician and his staff are top-notch very kind and caring

Dudley is arrogant. And his practice is mired in his arrogance. When I visited him, it felt like it was meeting with the principal.Lets get to the money. Here they overcharged me and have not returned my money for months. Laura, their in office accounting person, is either incompetent or not properly trained. She promised me a refund in a few days. Then after the weeks when I called to inquire, she told me she cant do anything, told me to call their remote and centralized accounting to get my money back. Good luck if you have accounting issue - as you likely will.I will sue them in small claims court in February 2019 to get my money, attorney fees, and expenses back. More hassles.They do not follow up on their referrals either. They refer you and forget you. No one cares to call, to follow up, to call and ask how it went. I waited three weeks for a chest X-Ray because no one followed up.If you expect competant medical care, I would go someplace else. If you want to see how money is made in medicine go to Dr. Duddley, et al.

I have been going to see Carole Huber for several years, she is the best, she cares, and goes out of her way to do everything she can for you. She spends time with you, so if i have to wait i understand, because she is spending time with someone else, i have seen Dr, Dudley also and he is also great and a couple of other Drs. when Carole was unavailable, and all equally nice. I am just more comfortable with Carole. I recommend her to everyone i know. and sometimes i get in right away if i am the 1st appointment of the day or after lunch, so if in a hurry try for those appointments, but if you want a dr. or PA. or RN, that spends time with you, then you sometimes will have to wait. or just go to any dr, there are plenty out there that will write you a script and send you on your way. i give them 5 stars.

Worst experience in the office ever. The girls in the office are either overworked or underpaid. Never received referrals or results on time . Especially when it comes to STAT. Very unprofessional, Dr Dudley is more worried about BOTOX then health. I had to call the l office to remind them of what to do consistently including blood work and MRIs. Its seems they want to stay in their own network not a local hospital. Unacceptable in this day and age.

This doc is the best his NP Carol is the best the location is the best the waiting time is the best if you want the best doctor and staff this is the best place to go

Havent been a patient long but I had to comment after seeing the negative comments about the front desk. I have never seen them be rude. They dont roll out a red carpet but they do their job and are courteous. No office is perfect but I had to refute that one.

The worst customer service imaginable. The girls that work the front desk are the rudest I have ever encountered. One even proceeded to yell at me in front of my children. Not to mention for a standard WELL check you are guaranteed to wait an hour plus! Stay away! Horrible.

After trying other MDs in the area and being quite unhappy, I finally found a doctor who is up to date on the most recent information on both illnesses and medications, but he and the NPs are all on the same page and communicate so your record is up to date, for the most part. I also find it refreshing to have someone know so much about older conditions. With the old and the new combined I have found a home for my base healthcare. In other words MSPB is the heartbeat of my care.Special thanks Dr. Dudley. Nurse Practitioner Carol ?Huber? and Brenda, Precious, and ?Tisa?. You show you care. Dr Dudley is a great primary care doc. I usually have my appointments with either him or Christina Amoroso, his nurse practitioner, who is just as knowledgeable and friendly. The wait time is always pretty quick. Then once I see Dr Dudley or Christina, I never feel rushed. I can ask as many questions that come to mind and they are more than happy to answer every and all questions. The visits always go by pretty quick and smooth, without feeling rushed. Their office is definitely one of the most efficient doctors office I have been to! I also like the fact that you can ask questions via email as well after an appointment to follow up. They respond to emails within a day. I have also called and left voicemails that got returned by the end of the day, or the following day. The most progress i have made with my health is being diagnosed with sleep apnea by Dr. Dudley and Christina, which has caused many health related issues that I have experienced. So i now have a cpap machine to treat my sleep apnea. Its also refreshing to have a doctor that also promotes being healthy so that you dont spend the rest of your life on medication. Christina always encourages diet and exercise. Overall, I am ecstatic to have Dr Dudley as my primary care doc.

I am very disappointed as a patient how many times I have to call to get a prescription refiled. The pharmacy says they sent it and noone ever calls back. I feel like I am begging to get someone to help me and that is a terrible feeling...lisa blane

Horrible experience! I went in for my annual exam and I was charged my copay.

My first and only visit, they submitted and billed my insurance incorrectly, I asked then to resubmit, I was met with terrible rudeness, I asked to speak with the nurse practitioner who provided the care . I was ignored, now Im getting sued by bill collectors for a bill I do not owe,Obviously Dr. Dudley doesnt care about his patients if he allows them to be treated as unprofessionally as he does by his billing people,Go anywhere else Bethesda satellite is better and doesnt gouge you with bill and submits properly
