Dr. Heather is an absolutely amazing acupuncturist! She always listens to what is going on and adjusts treatment as needed. The front desk and doctors here are fantastic and I am so happy with my treatment so far. I would highly recommend this location for acupuncture.

Can not say enough great things about this practice!! The staff is always welcoming and professional. I’ve always felt safe in their office throughout covid. They have really helped treat my issues and always work with me to develop an optimal treatment plan during each session. I’ve been to other acupuncturists prior and never felt comfortable or got the proper treatment protocols until coming here. Thank you Acupuncture Associates!

Covid-19 regulations are not being followed at this office. Some of the staff did not wear face masks properly and it made me quite uncomfortable. I do not recommend this office, if you need to get treated go to Alive and Well Acupuncture 10/10 recommend this office.

Dr. Susan is very nasty and rude. I found roaches in her office when I went to get my back treated. They require a credit card to hold your spot and that made me very uncomfortable. On top of that, the lady who answered my call was not very friendly. I will not be returning to this office. I advice people to look else where.

I would give 20 stars if I could.. the care that Ive received from the entire staff at Acupuncture Associates is beyond measure. From Lisa who runs the office, to Dr. Schiff, Dr. Heather, and Dr. Sarah, the compassion and healing that EACH of them give is unprecedented in a business. Over the past year, they treated me as I went from a darker place of infertility and lack of self-care to now holding my happy, healthy, 9-day-old baby in my arms. I truly believe in the power of acupuncture and could not have chosen better care. I love you all so much! I will bring him in to visit soon!

I have been going to see the staff at Acupuncture Associates of Delray Beach shortly after I moved down south from NJ. The entire staff is professional, friendly, prompt and courteous. I have sought help from Susan and her staff for two different issues. On both occasions, Dr. Susan and Dr. Heather have walked me through the process and explained how their techniques would help me. I feel indebted to the entire staff and especially to Dr Susan Schiff and Dr Heather Koerner for helping me over the past year. I would highly recommend them and acupuncture in order to alleviate any discomfort or pain you may be experiencing.

I met Dr. Susan Schiff 18 years ago while she was taken care of patients at the Fertility Clinic I was working at that time. Her bedside manners, kindness, compassion as well as her patients comments made me decide to try Acupuncture. I have Multiple Sclerosis, the side effects from the medication I was taken were almost bad as the disease itself. I was afraid that I could not continue to work as well as to loose my independence (mobility as well as other functions that MS can take away) and soon I could no t be able to take care of my family. Dr. Schiff has been taken care of me ever since. My MS side effects, a bad car accident that injured my spine, as well as stress related problems, bad allergies and, now age related symptoms are all relieved by the wonderful doctors of Acupuncture Associates. I still work full time, and sometimes even forget that I have MS. I go to Acupuncture now about every other week and look forward to it. They also had taken care of my family who are also firm believers and grateful patients of Acupuncture Associates.

Starting with Lisa who runs the office, she goes out of her way to make you feel welcome, excited to be there and when you walk in for your appointment each week - you feel very comfortable. Dr Schiff, Dr Heather & Dr Sara are who I see and I feel incredible after the treatment. They are all so knowledgeable with whatever you have questions on how to reach your acupuncture goals. I am so thankful for such a great team during this IVF process! Don’t look anywhere else-it works!!!!!

Dr. Susan Schiff treated me for herniated discs in my neck and lower back. I was told by a neurosurgeon that my neck required fusion of 2-3 discs and I would eventually need lower back surgery. After several acupuncture treatments and physical therapy, I avoided surgery and I am back to my normal activities. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Schiff and her staff.

Susan Schiff is the owner of the practice and is a very caring and nurturing soul. The team at this practice never makes you wait and are super friendly. They have a very busy practice and it’s full of relaxation, zen & amazing artwork! Susan helped me along my journey helping me sift through all of the medical diagnostics and help me make some sense of it all and give me advice on what to do. She even went as far as consulting a referral partner of hers on my behalf and although he turned her down she at least tried to help me out and I’m very grateful for her support. I’ll be sending everyone I know who needs Accupunture to her practice!

As an avid (and somewhat serious) golfer I have had tendinitis in both elbows. In 2008 I battled it in my left elbow so severely that I ultimately chose to have it surgically repaired. In the early fall of 2015 it started in my right elbow. I went to a chiropractor/sports doctor and went to over 12 sessions of adjustments, electric stimulation, H-wave therapy, physical therapy, massage and heat / ice treatments. I spent over 2 months going this route. In early December I went to Dr. Schiff (and Dr. Garcia) and found relief almost immediately. In fact, after 5 treatment sessions my pain was completely gone and I got my golf game back on track!I had never tried acupuncture prior to this experience. Since then I have referred at least 4 people to the practice and am currently working with the Acupuncture team to help relieve back and neck spasms that have mysteriously appeared over the last few weeks. I know they will get me back into playing shape!Are you a skeptic? Dont be!

The best decision I made in my baby journey was to incorporate weekly visits at AAofD. Dr. Schiff and her staff are incredibly knowledgeable and an invaluable source of calm and guidance. They were there for me before, during, and after. I cant recommend enough. The facility itself is beautiful and has a great feel to it. I looked forward to each appointment as the long lasting restorative effects of the treatments (and the time spent with this group of knowledgeable, informative, and caring professionals) made a huge difference in my body. And yes, my baby dream became a reality :)

I have been getting Acupunture treatments there for more than a year and I am very pleased with the results and the excellent service.Ashley is a sweetheart and a great Nutritionist and Dr. Schiff and Dr. Garcia are very professional and they care a lot about their patiences. I feel comfortable and I look forward to my next session, really helps me.
