I am very please to recommend Dr Carmen Wright and staff for your hearing needs. I find that Dr Carmen and staff are most efficient with all our your hearing needs , answering all of my concerns and putting me at ease with the changes I have experienced in my hearing this past year. Professional to a fault. I did not know that to expect but having the Wight Doctor on your side having your best interest in making your hearing top priority is most appreciative. It takes time a patience and Dr.Wright wants to make it the best possible outcome for those of us who have experienced a change in their hearing.

My experiences was excellent. They were consist. Warm, friendly, safe. A family welcome home with professional quality care. Atlanta Hearing Aid was the third place I visited and my last. Meaning the staff and service is excellent. Take the words of a person whos not only wearing these light and comfortable hearing aid. I am able to live and interact with my family and others with out any hearing difficulty.

From my initial call for an appointment to being assessed by Dr. Kilgore, I was treated with professionalism. Each assessment was explained beforehand, and all my questions were answered when the results were given. Future options were presented with no pressure to make an immediate decision, which I appreciated. Hearing aids were recommended and I plan on returning to follow Dr. Kilgore’s medical advice.

Explained everything clearly, was very patient and accomodating. Loved the fact that my dad could try the hearing aids for a week before committing to them.

As a nurse I required a pair of top notch hearing aides . You dont get the doctors orders wrong... period. I went with a different brand the Oticon top of their line. , but not until I got the Audiologist approval. It turns out these are the best hearing aides I have ever owned. Of course I received impeccable health care. However, I am use to receiving this type of care from this facility from a previous pair of hearing aids from them. If there is ever a problem they will not stop until it is fixed.

I have been suffering and that is a understatement from tinnitus for months. I have very good insurance so I had been to dozens of different doctors in many different field with all saying the same thing you just have to deal with it(tinnitus). It had made my like a living HELL... I thought I was going to go crazy and not in a good way and was just about to lose my job. When I read about Atlanta hearing associates. I was able to contact them and was able to be seen in just 3 days and oh my God these people have save my life!!! 20 mins after I walked in I was on the road to living again. Being a patient here is always reassuring and the staff and offices are very well presented.during the virus the staff is most cooperative and does much of their work in the parking lot when appropriate

We actually look forward to going to the ear doctor, because of this practice. The doctor is extremely kind, thorough, professional and thoughtful, as is the staff. We have had nothing but perfect experiences at this practice. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I most certainly would.

This is a great office. The receptionist was helpful on the phone and quickly found a good time for me to be seen. When I arrived, they were able to see me quickly and were very informative with a lot of different information. I went to see about hearing protection for work and play. I want to be able to enjoy music and life for a long time and I cant have my ears failing early. Next week, my new hearing protection will arrive. Wonderful doctor. Great bedside manner. A procedure that could have been uncomfortable was pretty easy due to the calming nature of Dr Kilgore.

De Kilgore is very knowledgeable. She was very patient with me evaluating and discussing my hearing issues and where a particular hearing aid could help me. She is concerned that what i purchase will help me to return to activities my hearing loss forced me stop. I also felt no sales pressure to purchase more than i need. Dr Kilgore was kind enough to search the web to find out how i could get TTY on my cell phone. I will be buying my Phonak from Atlanta Hearing and am confident she and the rest of the staff are all on board to help me get the best result. My ENT Doctor Imhof highly recommended Dr Kilgore and I left a message thanking him. This is a bit long however my prior experience with hearing aids was frustrating and a large financial loss. PS. The receptionist is very pleasant and helpful and i was not kept waiting.

After a recent onset of tinnitus, I found it frustrating hearing from my ENT to just live with it with absolutely no follow up on how to live with this debilitating diagnosis. I had soooo many questions and concerns ... and quite frankly was a nervous wreck. I made an appointment with Atlanta Hearing Associates to purchase some musician earplugs to help protect my ears from future noise levels. I am so thankful that I found Dr. Kilgore in the process. What I thought would be a quick appointment turned into a wonderful educational session. I got ALL of my questions answered about tinnitus with tips, recommendations, and things to avoid. My anxiety went from a 10 to a 5 under her care. She was quite empathetic, very professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I am thankful I met her.

I have been a client of Dr. Melissa Wycroff at Atlanta Hearing Associates for about 6 months and have rediscovered so much of the world which I had lost due to degenerative hearing loss. I love my Oticon hearing aides which are comfortable and hidden from view. Life has greatly improved for me since I can now hear so many little things I missed, like leaves rustling and birds singing.
