The office was running VERY behind one day. I vented my frustration to Dr. Light and he was genuine in his apology. He took it the extra mile to send a card to my house (signed by the staff) expressing that he is extremely sorry for the excessive wait.The man isnt just a good Doctor, but a good person as well.

I was having trouble with sinus infections that would come back every time I stopped antibiotics. My breathing was also poor and when I got a small cold it would almost always turn into a sinus infection. Dr. Light offered a surgical option to fix my nose and maxillary sinus problems. I dont go for surgery without weighing the pros and cons, but in my case, it was pretty clear that something needed to be done. This was several years back, and I can honestly say that the surgery Dr. Light did for me improved my life. I get sick much less often now, and when I do, its much easier to get over it. I can also breathe a lot better than before. I found Dr. Light to be excellent in all my interactions with him, and I appreciate the care I received at his practice. Highly recommended.

I can honestly say that Dr. Light and his staff are the most elite staff around. I cant brag on them enough! I live in Huntsville, Alabama and still drive to Decatur, Alabama for my treatments. I have never and will never consider going anywhere else! Trusting someone with your face is a big deal...dont make a mistake and go to the wrong person. He is a specialist for a reason!

Dr. Light is great. He has taken care of both my boys and always provided the best care. Sometimes you so have to wait to be seen, but I am okay with that because when its your turn to be seen you are not rushed, he sits down and explains treatment options and you dont feel rushed. Never had a bad experience. Great with my boys!!

Dr. Light is by far one of the best when it comes to non surgical injectables. I recently have received botox from his practice and I am very ecstatic with my results. I love his demeanor and his concern for a natural look rather than an over processed plastic look. His staff is also wonderful. Shawna and Lauren are always so inviting and help you to decide what is best for you ,according to ur concerns. I will definitely be a returning patient to this wonderful practice ☺️

Awesome staff with excellent service and knowledge. Has been a great experience for me. I’ve not had previous procedures and was a bit nervous, but after my first consultation I felt at ease. My results this far has been great!

Ive always had a good experience with Dr. Light, but the scheduling and check in process is currently a nightmare! The current staff at the front desk is severely lacking in customer service skills. Wait times (with toddlers and children) are upwards of an hour. If your time is valuable and youre a fan of good customer service, I would find a different provider.

Very rude and uncaring physician. His major concern is $$$$$$. He treated me with little dignity and literally brushed me off and sent me away from his office without providing treatment to my condition because another surgeon did a procedure that he felt like he should have done. He was dragging his feet in being attentive to my needs. Gave off a nonchalant attitude. It appears his main goal was to drain me with co-pays. I will never recommend him for any human in need. He doesn’t deserve 1 star.

Dr. Light is a great doctor. He really cares about his patients. Ive been a patient of his for many years now. I was sickened by mold, and Ive never been the same, but he did everything he possibly could. I believe I would be dead now if not for him writing a letter for me demanding that my workplace move me out of the building that was making me so sick.
