DO NOT SEND ANYONE YOU LOVE TO THIS PHYSICIAN!!! I have been seeing this doctor for 4 years and never got better. Just got a lot of pills. I told her I needed an MRI or some kind of test to see what was wrong with me. She insisted I did not need an MRI. That I was just having back spasms and needed a message and muscle relaxers. By the time I got to see another doctor I needed emergency surgery to have stints put in for not 1 but 2 major blocked arteries 95% on my LAD and 90% on another and now needed back surgery on the disk. Thank GOD I went somewhere else. DO NOT TRUST HER WITH YOUR LIFE. YOU WILL MAY NOT LIVE TO REGRET IT.

I really liked Dr Welch. She answered all of my concerns without any hesitation. I had a list of things I wanted to discuss as a new patient and she was very helpful. She made me feel comfortable. She knew what she was doing and that help me to relax.

I had a horrible cough for four months and Dr.Welch made me take three Covid tests before I expressed that want not taking another Covid test and that I needed medical treatment. Another time we agreed on a treatment plan to treat another illness; however, she referred me out before ever attempting the treatment plan. I am currently in the hospital and you think she has called to check on her patient...NOPE. Should have read the reviews on Dr.welch first.

Dr Lisa is a great Doctor,I transferred to her from another Doctor I was kinda apprehensive being a Senior I had trust issues, in everything you do or go you have to have a positive attitude I havent regretted my choice not once when I had problems with my heart she sent me to the best Heart Dr and when she found a issues with my kidney I was sent to the best

I should have checked the reviews first. First appointment she was very common. I didnt know if she was just down to earth or unprofessional. I was actually a little hesitant to schedule my 2nd appointment, but after being hospitalized, I NEEDED it. I was hospitalized in FL. Covid tested negative. Went to the hospital for surgical Complications. They urged me to see my pcp when I got out. I walked Into Dr Welchs office and was questioned. They seen me in pain. Because I had gone to FL in the past 3 wks, she refused to see me. Are you kidding?! Youre suppose to help heal people. Poor customer service and a lack of care. Never again!

If I could give the doctor a zero I would, Yesterday she made feel very uncomfortable being in the room with my husband. As she enter in the room she didnt even attempt to speak or recognize that I was present. My husband had to tell her that I was his wife, and she had the nerve to say with an attitude oh I know that already, she still didnt speak how rude is that, she went straight to him and started asking question, When she was finish talking to my husband I decided to ask question about his blood pressure, she gave me a smirk with an attitude saying was you listening to anything I was saying to him, what doctor says that to her patient wife, I was heated with her because she was acting like she was mad that I was there with him. At that point I just had to leave the room and the office before I snap on her, my husband had to apologize to me on her behalf stating that how she is, bump that she needs to respect me as his wife and I have the right to ask question about my husband health issue. I will not recommend any of my family members or myself to her establishment I will go to grady hospital instead.my husband will not get my support going with him up there anymore I dont care to hear anything she has to say to him it felt strange being there .

I love this office! The Doctors are personable & very funny actually. Just double check with reception about any results from tests from other clinics or hospitals...

Very unprofessional. Was laughed at in the phone when asking if the doctor could provide a specific procedure before going in. I understand if I need to see the doctor but I do not appreciate getting laughed at while talking about a medical condition. I decided to take my business elsewhere where I was treated with respect.

Dr. Welch uses language that is disrespectful of patients. She berated my mother, who is almost 80, for calling the after hours service. Very unprofessional!

If you would like a positive doctor experience - choose another doctor’s office. To begin with - this office staff is rude and impersonable (the front desk associate must be Dr.welch’s cousin because she has received several complaints and has not been let go yet)Besides the rude attitude of the front desk attendant (who has been known to hang up the phone when she is annoyed with your questions) dr.lisa Welch is not one to truly listen to the patients concerns. If you are having any issues - they will be blown off or you will be given a random prescription instead of her actually working to help you figure out what is wrong.Please, choose another doctor. I have found another and had a much more pleasant experience

My first visit was very pleasant and the staff was nice. Dr. Welch is a very caring doctor and I like she down to earth plus straight forward about your health.

I felt comfortable with her from the very beginning and I can discuss anything regarding my healthcare without reserve. My experience has been very positive. I was recommended to her by a coworker and I am so grateful for it. I trust her and I believe she has my best interest at heart as she has guided me to a optimum healthy lifestyle. My experience at this office was not a pleasant one. It was horrible to be honest. If youre sick, not feeling well, and you make an appointment to go to see the doctor you expect a level of professionalism, integrity, compassion, a healthcare provider that you can relate to, trust, have your best interest at heart when it comes to your healthcare and well being. If thats what you want in healthcare provider which I think most people do, I would not recommend her to anyone.

Their systems are horrible. You pay what they say PRIOR to your appointment. You arrive, you dont get seen because they say you owe more...Even when the staff admits they gave you incorrect information.
