I have been a Patient of Dr. Malcolm Clark for 14 years. To give some background into my dental history, My Parent’s were unable to afford dental care for me growing up. I lost my all my back teeth molars. I also had crooked teeth with my two front teeth. I found myself having to get root canals implants and crowns. Also as it relates to my dental history having not been exposed to Dentist I had anxiety. I also was born with a cleft pallet and always had anxiety due to having surgery for correction of my cleft pallet.I have anxiety. My first appointment with Dr. Clark was AMAZING! He goes over and beyond to assist in my anxieties and extremely professional and explaining my dental care plan. I have had extensive dental procedures with Dr. Clark. 10 crowns 3 root canals and implants in all of these procedures I have had 100% satisfaction and complete confidence in Dr. Clark. To also mention his fees are very affordable. I also would like to add his staff goes over and beyond to meet all my expectations from scheduling my appointments to the Dental Hygienist to Dr. Clark’s Dental Assistant’s. I brought both my sisters in law to Clark Family Dentistry and they could not be happier. The only good thing he did in his career was the referral to another Dr. . We are very thankful for Dr. Monge who was given by receptionist. However, my family will forever be displeased and the treatment of elderly patients and overall professionalism that Dr. Clark and his team represented.

I just want to say that I do not like going to the dentist, but I do like having teeth, so I go regularly. I have been unsatisfied with my past two dentists. Dr. Clark was recommended to me by someone I trust very well, so I decided to give him a try.The waiting room was clean and comfortable, the office staff were friendly and nice. I thought the hygienist was thorough and as gentle as possible. Dr. Clark was very clear about the work I needed done and answered any questions that I had. His conduct was professional and his work flow appeared to be very efficient.Ive been using Dr. Clark for about 2 years now. Hes done 3 filings and one crown. The tooth with the crown didnt require a root canal, although he says he does those too if necessary.I am very happy with Dr. Clark and will continue using him to help keep my mouth healthy!

I have been a patient of Dr. Clarks for over 25 years. He and his staff have always been professional, caring, and punctual. Communication is exceptional. I have seen others dentist at times but no one compares to Clark Family Dentistry. I drive over an hour. Its worth it! Prices are fair. Dr. Clark is exceptional with children and with patients who have anxiety. He is excellent at what he does.

I had an incredible experience with Dr. Clarks office. I broke my ill fitting partial and went to Dr. Clark for a new one. It fit so great l decided to replace my even more ill fitting denture. I now have a partial plate and a denture that fit so well l will be throwing the poligrip away. Their attention to detail was unbelievable and l had my new teeth in 2 days. My husband is so impressed with them that hes getting new dentures made too. I think that says it all. Thank you Dr. Clark and your wonderful staff.

Born and raised in Decatur Alabama and I have never been more disappointed in a medical licensed physician in my life. The “professionalism” shown within the staffing and Doctor Clark himself could be considered grossly negligent. My 86 year old grandfather - who was only taken because he could pay upfront (red flag), was left with sutures in 7 days after they were supposed to be removed. He was never contacted the first time the doctor didn’t show up to the office, never given notice of his cancelation. Could not get ahold of staff to see what was going on, by the calling of the landlord which resulted in the return of his receptionist calling roughly around 4:45pm which was 6 hours after the surgery was supposed to take place. She then rescheduled the appointment for the following Tuesday only to result in a call at 8pm canceling the appointment the night before. Do not under any circumstance use this practice, if anything avoid at all cost.

Drilled for minor filling on my wife so deep that her entire jaw has been hurting and now needs root canals because they drilled INTO THE ROOT!!!!! Update. New dentist said there filling had also fallen out. THIER 3 WEEK OLD FILLING FELL OUT!!!!!!!!!

I have never had such a great experience, as I did at Clark Family Dental. I had implants put in and a new upper plate made. The attention to detail that Dr. Clark has, was amazing. He was awesome. He explained everything step, until I understood the procedure. Ive worn dentures for almost 20 years and have always had ill fitting dentures, using literally tons of adhesive. This is the first time I have not had to use adhesive on my dentures. Dr. Clark is patient and gentle. Please if you need dentures or implant, check out Clark Family Dental. The staff is also amazing, friendly and helpful. Go see Dr. Clark. It will be worth it for you.

Worst service in my life! Made an appointment 2 weeks ago for a cleaning. Well today I arrive for my appointment after driving 50 minutes to get there just to be told their hygienist has left for the day!!! And the lady that answered the phone said, “ I tried calling you this morning to see if you could come in early I left a voicemail” let me tell you no where in that voicemail did she say that they couldn’t see my at my appointment time. I attached a picture of the voicemail they left me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

I really like Dr. Clark and his staff! It is a personable environment with highly trained personnel! They are organized and work together as a team. From the beginning, making the appointment with the front desk, I knew I had found my dentist.The lady at the front desk is sweet, joyful and competent (and always makes me laugh)... and they send appt. reminders which really helps me stay organized. The X-ray tech (or dental assistant - I dont know the latest terms) is very nice and efficient. The lovely women who cleaned my teeth was very gentle - she did not rush the job - she did it right and was outstanding! Later I heard her working on a child and she was so sweet and spoke in a manner a child could comprehend - I was very impressed.Dr. Clark is an experienced, skilled and a perfectionist dentist (my kind of dentist).... and a little secret, once you get to know him a little he has a wonderful personality too. :)They all take their jobs very serious, are very competent, and are a fine running team.I give them an A++

This is the best Dentist I have ever found. The office is nice and clean. Everyone there is professional and friendly. They get you in and out fast. Their prices are cheaper then other Dentists and very reasonable. I have told all my friends and family to go there. I drive from Huntsville just to see him. They are the best!

Absolutely cannot say enough about Dr.Clark and his staff. Such kind, caring and professional people. On top of that their pricing is very affordable. I highly recommended them to anyone in need of dental care.

Staff is kind and doctor is great for basic care. But we would NOT recommend for any kind of urgent work, particularly with children.We strove for two months to get care for our daughter. We have now had to switch to another dentist and she will need a tooth extraction.-In response to the posted reply, my child was not highly anxious (she went of her free will into the dental area and only cried softly for the first couple of minutes before going back) and I was not inconvenienced. I was and am incredibly disappointed in the lack of attention to a very serious matter.

I am new to the area and am in need of major dental work. After searching high and low for a dentist with reasonable prices and good bedside manor(having tryed 3 other dentists) I found Dr. Clark. To say the least he and his staff are amazing. Had a dental emergency and was told to come in asap. I was not even an established patient at that point. After arriving, I was immediately taken back to a room to begin the exam(zero wait time). He was extremely informative and listened to every concern that I had. I have had dental issues my entire life and have never had a dentist more compassionate and concerned as Dr. Clark. Would recommend him to anyone that wants a great dentist and its a plus that his prices are extremely reasonable. Thank you Dr. Clark and staff for making a worrisome time completely bearable.

Very nice staff and quality service, great place to go especially if you dont enjoy waiting. One of the best dentist offices in Decatur, AL. The office is conveniently located right off of Central Parkway- its very easy to get to. They pick up your phone calls, get back to you with information regarding your insurance and estimate costs or other questions quickly, and are HONEST- which is what I am always looking for when it comes to my health. Also, I have never waited more than a minute or two for my name to be called in and to get started on and Ive been there two times.I have been in twice for cleaning, and I have always been greeted warmly upon my arrival. I had the same hygienist twice which I thought was great and she was friendly AND very knowledgeable. She took her time and gave great suggestions to me about my tooth sensitivity and overall healthy tooth maintenance. I also consulted with the doctor about a cosmetic procedure I was interested in and he called me back quickly advising me of what the best option would be. I appreciated that they listen there and they dont push you for procedures even if they suggest them. Lastly, they make the entire dental experience enjoyable...the staff is very friendly and always shows patients that they care about them.As long as Im living in Decatur Im going to be a patient at Clark Family Dentistry, and I would recommend them to everyone.

I never liked going to the dentist but I will tell you if you must go i would urge you to use Dr. Clark he is the best one, he is very caring and he has never hurt me.I went to him when I had to have 14 teeth pulled at once I never felt any pain at all. In June of 2014 I went to a local dentist in Priceville to get my 1st set of dentures. It was the single most horrible experience of my life. Horrific pain and after all was said and dome my new perfect teethe I had waited my whole life for were crooked and painful to even wear. I went to several other dentists in Decatur trying to get them fixed to no avail. Fast forward. I found Dr. Clark. He went in and did a whole new set of dentures for me and placed implants in the lower to hold them in. I never felt a second of pain during the placement of the implants and my dentures were perfect. If that wasnt enough, after the implants healed, I went back to have the work completed and he made another better fitting new denture for the implants. Finally I am not only not embarrassed to smile but I can eat and chew without fear of my denture coming loose. I couldnt be happier. Far as I am concerned Dr. Clark is our family dentist forever.

I was embarrassed about my smile when I first went to see Dr. Clark. I never smiled so people thought I was unfriendly. Now I smile all the time & dont even think about it. Dr. Clark did two crowns on my upper front teeth, and a couple of fillings. Liesel did gum treatments for me. The whole staff is great. Very friendly and easy to work with. Cant say enough. Theyre the best!

Originally I had given 5 stars until a recent phone call from the lady in the office Beth! She obviously doesnt like her job and is very rude!!! My whole famiy has been coming to Dr Clark for years and we all absolutely love him and his staff with the exception of Beth. Maybe a little customer service training would help her out.
