Extremely disappointed. I requested that my therapist wear a mask, which he did not accommodate. He also told me that he was not vaccinated because he does not believe in vaccines. Mask wearing is a health need for me due to living with an immunocompromised family member and my occupation which places others at risk if I have contact with COVID. I had to pay a cancellation fee and was told that the facility would not request that therapists wear a mask if I rescheduled.Exceptionally disappointed that this facility is unable to accommodate customers with health needs, and also with the professionalism of staff in dealing with this issue.

I called and they were able to get me in right away. When you first walk in it doesn’t give off a spa like vibe. But it gets better when you go in the back. Ashley my massage therapist was amazing. She really focused on my areas of concern. I felt a lot better when I walked out.

Super welcoming staff, love the calm vibes inside. A little confusing with Covid and some of the questions before the massage. But otherwise, I recommend!

I love going to the Massage Green Spa in Dearborn. My massage therapist is Ash and I cant see going to anyone else; he is great and I always leave out feeling like a new woman. If you dont mind a male massage therapist I would highly recommend Ash. I also use the sauna as well; its nice and clean and I get a chance to relax after a great massage. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is when Im in the room getting my massage you can hear outside noise, such as the receptionist and other coming out of their rooms talking.

In the past two months my appointments were cancelled five times (once at the Dearborn location and four times at the Allen Park location)!There are two massage therapists I prefer however I have to book them weeks in advance because they’re not available very often.The only way to get an appointment within a week or two is to “settle” for the “any female therapist” option... which means it’s anyone’s guess as to what type of massage you’ll get. I chose this option for the Dearborn location and was “tortured” for an hour by Pamela who ground her pointy elbows into my back and practically pulled me off the table with some ridiculous contortionist stretch... which is why I started going to Allen Park!

Got the best massage today by Chanelle. Best deep tissue ever. The facility was clean and the front desk was so professional and polite and also followed covid protocols which made me feel safe and comfortable. They also took my temperature and wore masks. I will be returning and highly recommend.

I had called the place on Wednesday and booked an appointment for Saturday 5/1/2021, I never received a call or a text from them to confirm or cancel, when I got there they had no appointment for me, they canceled my appointment and gave it to someone they knew and they claim that someone called and canceled my appointment, I knew the lady name Madison was BSing when she said you canceled when we called to confirm then within the same sentence she said someone called I spoke with them, they had your voice and accent lol.. I never received a call from them and I never canceled as a matter of fact I took my son out of his game early to make it.. I needed this post recovery from a recent surgery, she canceled and gave the appointment to someone else it’s very obvious. Very nasty and unprofessional behavior, I’ve had my membership for almost 8 years, once I finish my credit of hours on my account at a different massage green location, I will cancel this membership.

Went to this location a few days ago. Spa was very clean and staff was very friendly. Everyone was wearing masks which made me feel very comfortable and the front desk was constantly cleaning and disinfecting. I will definitely be signing up for a membership.

Massage was good, she did a great job.. but I was cut short on my massage time. 60 minutes with five shaved off the beginning and ten off the end...15 minutes short. That was a bummer.

After being quarantined for 2 1/2 months, I definitely needed a massage. As soon as I entered I was greeted with smiling faces. They followed all protocols for taking safety measures which made me extra comfortable. I will definitely keep going back.

Highly unprofessional and unsafe. My husband came in for a massage today and in the lobby was a woman without a mask. The customer didnt get reprimanded by staff. This is not ok. For a business not to take this pandemic seriously is negligent in so many ways! Especially in an enclosed small space.

Me and my sister went here. And the front counter ladies were super nice, and the place was very relaxing.. I got a full body massage and it probably was about 45 minutes they say 60 minutes but you’ll get more of a 45 minute one.. It was so nice and very relaxing and Peaceful the place is very clean and they have nice music playing.. and yes I will be going back and I think I had a guy name Ash!

My wife had to email them as unlike places like Planet Fitness that sent out emails stating that they would not charge our account and credit March for gym fees, this company decided to charge our account for services they are unable to provide. Highly unethical considering the circumstances and I’m not working. We’ll see what they do.

First off, if you dont mind getting a massage by a guy ladies.. I highly recommend Ash! He was so professional and took his time. I carry all my stress in my shoulders and I told him that upfront and he paid such good attention to that area... I legit thought I was having an out of body experience, I was in heaven! I honestly could not open my eyes or even formulate coherent sentences when he was finished. I signed up for a membership, booked my second appointment and requested him again!

I tried to call for the last five days they put you on hold and then hang up I think they need help over there I don’t know what’s going on I need to cancel my membership though because I can’t get through

Pam is AMAZING. I have had different female therapists here, but Pam definitley is the best. She knows exactly what spots to get. Walked in stressed and sore, walked out feeling amazing like I was floating on a cloud. If your looking for a female therapist, ask for her.

I was able to book a same day appointment with Amanda. She was an amazing masseuse, explained my problem area and why they were problem areas, she was extremely professional, made sure I was comfortable the entire time and I left there feeling amazing.

Best experience I have ever had! Pamela has a great and unique style, she reminded me of yoga. I recommend her big time if you want to deep stretch, relax and meditate.

I really like this place, and recommend Angie or Helen to anyone. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. However, I had to cancel my membership because they increased the rate. Im not sure if this is a result of the location renovation or the increasing popularity, but it was time for me to switch. Still, you will get a relaxing message if you dont mind their new prices.

Its been 3 years since my visit, the staff was extremely friendly. The massage was just ok, during my visit a few years ago i dozed off because it felt so good. But this time i was wide awake. Ill give this place another try with another therapist before i make a decision to not visit this location again. It was pretty awkward to see people standing outside the door staring at you as you walk out.

I am changing my previous review. I booked a specific therapist. I even CALLED the day of to confirm her, I spend 20 minutes digging my car out the snow. Only to show up and they moved my appointment to a DIFFERENT therapist! And they even continued to charge me upon my dissatisfaction. This has happened to me 3 times now, including completely canceling my birthday appointment. Why make an appt if they will just change up on you?? Did I mention their prices have almost DOUBLED since I became a member? Dont waste your time. Find yourself a good therapist and support that person. Seems so hard to keep a good thing going these days...I wonder now will they even honor the rest of my credits? Stay tuned...

I have had a membership for years so I schedule a massage whenever I can my job and the hours that I work are up and down some days I can make a massage in the next day I have to cancel it because of my work schedule so in the meantime I accumulated about five massages and finally they called me and said hey if you dont use these were going to have to suspend your account I said okay and then I told him I said well I really had been considering on canceling the account and they said if I cancel the account then I lose the massages that were already charged to my account so the bottom line is this everyone f*** this place I had my credit card charged I paid for these massages and because I canceled it I had to surrender 8 massages so I cant say nothing good about this f****** place they cut my damn money

You will be lucky if someone answered the phone. Could not get any response when emergency arised to cancel my appointment. Lost the cost of the treatment because THEY didnt answer the phone. Will not return. Do not recommend whatsoever. Avoid this place at all costs.

Its ok, nothing special. You only get 50 minutes hands on. The massage therapist they milk the clock a little bit. So basically your getting 45 minutes. Once a therapist gave me 40 minute massage cause I had to sign the paperwork.Every minute counts

I am going to review my last review. I have been doing trigger point therapy with Crystal. She does a fantastic job and helps me with my severe chronic back pain. I always go to her at least twice a month to get my back adjusted very well for an hour and a half. Great job Crystal youre the best!

Went to this location today only to find out that I should have received a phone call that they cancelled our appointment. I never received one. The reason why was because they said they were not accepting the Groupon deal today and yesterday. I purchased a deal through Groupon to use on February 15th without any prior knowledge or written information stating that this location was not accepting the Groupon deal for February 14-15. Then the woman at the front desk did not apologize. She did nothing to accommodate us or reschedule us. All she said was we should have received a phone call. We did not. Good customer service would make it right and do something to make up for your wrongdoing. Not telling us that we should have received a phone call and then just sit there and do nothing about it. Horrible customer service. Figure it out.

Got a pedicure the $35.00 one and it was nice with the sea salt oil and I also got a gel mood changing nail polish on my nails and toes and its nice its turned from purple to aqua blue. They were fast and funny and friendly

Its ok. Nothing special. I HATE their parking lot. The ladies up front are nice but if you have a voucher you may need to explain to them a few times what your voucher covers.The place is quite and the seating is tight. The sauna is ok - it does what its suppose to. I hate coming out of the room and immediately having all eyes on me... Its creepy.Ive had the stretch session twice and its very nice. Better than a massage.

Friendly staff that made my wife and I feel welcome for our first visit and great massage therapists that do wonders for your body and mind. If you need to turn off and relax this is the place to do it.

This was the worst experience I have had at massage green thus far. I have had my membership since 2013. I’ve been getting massages at least 1-2 times a month. tonight I had an appointment with the — to get a facial. the actual facial it’s self (while rushed) felt really good, and that is where the 2 stars are going; everything else.. was no where near acceptable. my appointment was at 7:30, I got there at 7:30 exactly. I payed for my appointment (because according to the girl at the front I didn’t not have any free ones; even though I am pretty sure I had at least 1, but ok I paid.) and I went into the back room where you apparently wait for the therapist to come out & get you. I waited for 10 minutes before she came out & got me. She took me to her room & since I hadn’t gotten a facial in a few months; she asked me a bunch of questions & told me to undress from the waist up and left. she did not come back inside & actually START on my facial until 7:50. She ended my facial at 8:28. when I got dressed & walked back out to the front the girl in the front was doing her make up at the front desk! she had a ring light up! And she was FaceTiming with someone when I walked out. when she saw me she said “oh sorry, I have to get ready!!” at this point I was so over being there I can not believe the management in this salon allows this kind of behavior. & how many other people don’t get their full hour? for the prices you charge I’d like my full service time. I will not be returning to this salon & I will be sharing my experience with others.

Initially made an appointment for 10:30AM, when I showed up— they stated that my appointment was for 10:00AM, when the lady and I clearly agreed to 10:30AM over the phone. Make sure you’re 1000% clear when you schedule an appointment or you’ll get screwed.

It was kind of awefull.I asked the massage therapist to focus on three parts, my left leg, my butt, and my back.I asked them to avoid head, and hands.What she did is treat all my body parts the same. She did not work on my left leg as I asked. She did not give me a butt massage at all. She only focused on the back a little bit.She did avoid my head and hands tho!She started 7 mins after and finished 1 min before.I will not go again.

I went here for a 90-minute massage I usually went to the one in Ann Arbor, but since they closed this was the closest one to me! I had an appointment at 2 oclock the lady came back about 2:20 to get me, by the time we started it was 2:30, and she quit at 2:50.. now I dont know about you but thats only 20 minutes long, I was not quite happy!! When I told them that I had 90 minutes only received 20 the reception is pretty much Shrugged their shoulders but gave me a gift card for 30 minutes!! Not satisfying to me especially when I paid for 90 and got 20 even with the 30 minutes that they gave me for free thats still only its at 50 mins so I pretty much got robbed 90 minutes.. I would not suggest going here, theyre not very honest people nor are they very Timely!!

Very disappointed in the services and staff. I purchased 3 massage packages through Groupon! Money gone down the drain. I purchased for my mother and 2 aunts for mother’s day. I chose Dearborn but it gave me directions else where to Woodhaven. So I sent them there. Dearborn never gave address never confirmed anything. I live in Columbus Ohio by the way. So they went to the address Groupon had for Dearborn and ended up in Woodhaven. They were aware that my mom and sisters were on time but was directed to the wrong location. The staff was rude took my money and now we’re no longer able to reach the masseuse to see about rescheduling because there was a big misunderstanding but this people are careless and unwilling to accommodate anyone under uncontrollable circumstances. Have not received 1 phone relating to their services. I will never recommend Massage Green to anyone. Hell of a Mother’s Day present!

I have been a member with massage green for a long time now.. I always get my massage with schamere who is amazing and I am never disappointed. I love this place and it is very affordable compared to some places that have a higher price range for a terrible massage. Definitely reccomend and always ask them to give you a recommendation if you are looking for a specific type of massage!!!

I and my husband drove all the way to dearborn, 50 minutes drive almost.On our arrival at 2:55 pm, we were told our reservation was not at Dearborn location but at Troy location!!! Are you kidding me??I called Troy office and call was handled by a very low IQ level representative, who wouldnot undertand my conversation. Our conversation was as below:Me: I called earlier and I was told my appointment is confirmed at Dearborn location and I confirmed with the previous representative about groupon and location.Representative: Ma’am we dont accept groupon at Troy location but your reservation is at Troy location.Me: what do you mean? I am the only person who I know who has ever had something bad to say about Massage Green, so take this for what its worth. I went once about two years ago, which was a good experience, and once last week, which was pretty terrible. I have been training for a long distance run and was especially sore after a really long run. It was a Sunday and the only place nearby that I could find open was Massage Green. It was $70 since I wasnt a member and had been there before, and it was one of the worst massages Ive ever had. I was really disappointed because it was supposed to be a sports massage and it was more like getting pet. Sad to say, but I wont be going back.

Beware people. bait and switch on their monthly membership fees. signed up in august 2014 for 39.95 a month, now they tell me they are raising their prices without serving proper notice as per the agrrement i.e. contract. services are fine depending on who you use. manager was RUDE when trying to discuss this change with her.

Worst massage I had ever, had deep tissue massage here, they did it very badly and she didnt do for complete 60 min and finished within 45 min.Also I had severe neck pain after the massage.Simply to say Waste of money and time.

I have been to both Dearborn and Dearborn Heights locations. I first would like to say I am very happy with both places. However, Dearborn location needs a little work. The waiting room was a little cramed and walls were white and all marked up. The massuse was unbelievable. The best massage I had ever gotten. I feel that made up for it. The Livonia location was clean, quiet, warm, and friendly. The massage I received was not as good as Dearborn location, but still good. I did sign up for a membership because I feel thats an unbeatable deal and even though it dont have all the fu fu stuff many other spas offer, the massage and convience is worth it.
