Today I had my facial cleaning session.To be honest, it was good. But what I did not like in this clinic are the followings:1-I had to pay before doing anything, which was something weird for me... This should be the last step I think2-It was offered to me to buy some cosmetic products even before knowing what my skin type is or what I needed... This should happen after the service and as a professional advice according to the clients case3-They do not accept discover and American express credit cards... I dont know why!As a new client, these details are important to me to feel comfortable.

I went to Fusion because of a friend referral to do my face and neck only, It started all good and I liked the results for the first few weeks.. I liked how I was introduced to sessions and loved how nice everyone was! Also I enjoyed how flexible they are with the appointments.On the downside, the girls doing the sessions keep changing and I felt like everyone of them has her own style and settings, sessions did not seem harmonized at all to me. Some were setting the machine very low where I didnt feel anything, others were setting it way too high where it felt burning my skin!! and at least one session I had with a girl who just started doing it.. I happened to be the lucky one for her to practice!!!!!Overall, I would NOT suggest this place to anyone or go there again myself either. my last session with them was before 5 months and ((until today)) I still have a scar ON MY FACE! and dark spots on my neck!

Spent nearly $1,000 to see absolutely NO RESULTS!!! When I first started going they were talking about how great hair removal is and how well it works and so on and so forth and it works great after your done just gotta do a touch up once every 6 months to a year. Sounds great right? I thought it did but no not the case at all. Once I spent all that money they told me oh it’s not hair removal it’s hair reduction.. I was guaranteed hair removal at $600 then they added $300 more saying oh I promise it will work if you spend this. ALL LIES!! ALL FAKE!! I literally have more hair growing on me than I did before I started and to the point I actually have proof through pictures that there is more hair on me than there was before I started. Looking to take further action because this is ridiculous with the amount of time and money I have wasted going to there office which is 45 minutes away from home.

I was given a gift certificate for a massage here. I LOVED it! Everyone was very friendly and it was super clean. The best massage I’ve ever had!! I definitely want to go back again!

I love this place. Ive been coming here every month since my first time. I get monthly facials. Im on my 5th treatment for laser hair removal. I have not removed any hair from my face since my first treatment. It worked immediately. My skin is smoother and the dark spots from hair growth are becoming lighter. The staff is professional, considerate and knowledgeable. Im African American and this is my first experience with any type of cosmetic procedure. I wish I had done it years ago! It is a family owned business. When I went, I met 2 older ladies and they were excellent. They gave me a home-y feeling, as they were very hospitable and charismatic. I went to this location, for laser hair removal, because of my friends recommendation. She spoke highly of them, and I wasnt disappointed. The ladies were incredibly nice and very willing to work with me on pricing as I was a student. They use one of the most up-to-date laser machines, and they are very professional and good at what they do. The results are amazing, and the more you help promote their business, they more discounts you can receive! They are amazing! And I would highly recommend them!

I have been with them for almost 3 years on and off. I have more hair than I ever did before. They kept telling me I had hormone issues....had them checked...no hormone issues. Found out later my friend who initially recommended them moved away from them because they told her the same thing. Both of us have more facial.hair than when we started. Also I was breaking out in cyst-like pimples. I had to take heavy duty antibiotics to make it go away. The doctor told me that only happens if the machine is not sterile. Go figure. Just read the post from the other reviewer about not sterilizing between patients,

This company has bad customer service, messed my face up horribly, I walked in better the I walked out, created scabs on my face real deep, unprofessional, and will never return. The lady who did my facial told me don’t touch my face I went the whole day without doing anything to my face woke up the next day with scabs everywhere. I was not satisfied I went back the next day and found out they was suppose to give me medication. They over charged me and gave me a acne facial when I had no acne she just created problems. This is the worst spa in MICHIGAN DO NOT GO HERE !

This was actually my first time ever getting laser hair removal treatment. My sister talked me into going with her. Fay helped us, she was really nice, friendly and she made us feel very comfortable. As a beginner I was scared but she was patient with me and made it easier. I have indian skin (light brown). I did my full hands, underarms, and upper lip as a start. I had a good experience. I have only had one session and I have more hair so I am looking forward to getting few more sessions in and see the result. I definitely recommend this place to anyone whos considering laser hair removal treatment. At least go for consultation and check out the technology they use.

Ive been to fusion med spa about 6 times now for full body hair removal. The ladies who work there are very friendly and know what theyre doing. The office is clean. They work around your time for appointments and sometimes stay a little later than their office hours if you need them to. I am very satisfied with my results. some body parts still have hair such as my upper lip but she said I can go in every 2 weeks for a free touch up until it is gone.-Sarah.

Ive read the negative and positive reviews. As an African American woman, I can honestly say that I saw results after my 1st session! Thats the only reason why Ive been back for additional sessions as well as adding more areas for laser hair removal. Again 100% good results, they say they have the latest technology 2. This is the only place that Ive been to so I cant compare to others in terms of pricing, service, results, etc. Now unfortunately...they have some major customer service flaws. Hopefully they can improve in that area if they care at all. Its a very clean place to me. I highly highly highly recommend Fatme for services. Shes the most professional employee there, very clean and sanitary during your service. I just added another laser stretch mark removal service and hope its not a waste of time or $$$. Good luck everyoneI just wanted to add that if your laser happens to hurt PLEASE ASK THEM TO TURN IT DOWN ASAP and to use ICE!!! Also use real aloe vera to soothe not the man made version.

I love fusion, this is my third place that ive gotten my laser treatment done by and Fay is the best! Will never go anywhere else!I had 8 treatments done in a previous office, and i had so much hair remaining on my body people would often ask if I even got laser done.I then went to another office within the Dearborn area, and the technician was a joke. She missed spots on my body, and would often rush me!Fay took her time! She was patient with me, and diligent! She never missed areas, and she has a technique that only a pro could master! I am seriously so thankful my friend told me about fusion! Or id still be a hairy women at 24!I had only 4 treatments for FULL BODY and all my hair is gone!!The pricing is amazing, the office is extremely clean, and the staff is really nice!Go here if you want to see results and be taken care of!

I’ve came here 9 times already for laser hair removal and this is my experience..You’ll walk in they’ll promise you a 6 session hair removal and then the “come bak in 4-6 months “ and you’ll fall into it until the 6 session comes they’ll act like they never said that ..and they’ll tell u to come bak every monthFatima well say she’ll take care of u then she’ll work very unprofessional on u, She does it to fast like she’s in a hurry !!She never tries to listen to u calmly and nicely she just wants everything her way!ALL MY HAIR IS BACK FROM EVERY PART OF MY BODY IVE PAID MORE THEN 1000!They’ll come in and respond “honey it’s cuz of your body”.. no I had plenty of family members who came here and same with them “ALL HAIR BACK”!They’ll tell u not all of it we’ll be gone only a percentage of it there percentage is probably 10%!!

I have very course dark hair and had laser treatments in the past with so so results. After treatments in a different state, my underarms still had in-grown hairs and dark scars from bumps. I found a Groupon for Fusion and thought I would give it another try. I initially thought that they did not know what they were doing, especially when their technique was not as precise as I previously experienced. However, the results have been exceptional!! With each treatment, I did see the scars from in-grown hairs get a little more visible. But they disappeared within days. Im assuming the laser exposes a little of the skin, thus exposing the hair to fall off. Doesnt matter, the point is that everyone is different and I would consider my situation a difficult case and I am happy.P.S. This is a real review, and I am nowhere near a relative (unless you know something I dont)

Purchased a Groupon for a facial. Called 2 days later to schedule my appointment, only to be told they dont accept Groupons anymore! When I told the lady that I had JUST purchased it,she said I can take it up with Groupon and can come in and get a facial at full price. Thanks,but no thanks!

They damaged my skin so bad! I paid treatment in full, after 3rd treatment they burned my skin and I asked for the rest of my money back since there’s no way I’m going back. Maya wanted me to sign a paper stating nothing happened I declined to do it they kept my money.

Got burned twice. Unfortunately very unsanitary and unprofessional. Response to owner: yes you wouldn’t be able to find my file just from the name Hanan K, I’m not even sure why you would spend time trying to find a file with basically no contact info instead of perhaps contacting me directly- at which point I could have provided it. To clarify the burning: the first time I was burned, your own staff later informed that I was put on the wrong setting and that the technician didn’t know what she was doing. Your clinic gave me cortisone and and an unlabeled pill to help with the burns. This is also the first and only location I’ve ever been to that doesn’t use a white liner to mark the body and will aggressively and randomly jump from one part of the body to the other without any rhyme or reason. I was told what happened with the first technician was out of the norm and this would never happen again - but I was burned again. The solution at that point was to offer discounted service which does not address how and why you continue to burn. To address sanitation : the haphazard manner in which you laser (they’ll leave you with an ice pack for 15-20 min at a time in the middle of a session - I’ve been to MANY laser places across the country and literally no one else does this ), the technician will leave the ice on the thin paper bed cover which - as you can imagine - destroys the paper quickly leaving you exposed to the unsanitary bed that I’ve seen only gets covered and not thoroughly wiped down between uses. You also subscribe to the faulty understanding that more pain = better hair removal - this is not true and why you continue to burn clients. You also lasered areas I did not ask to be lasered which induced hair growth. I did communicate all of this in person , but no change happened , and I can’t in good conscience dismiss a place that is as neglectful as this considering you are dealing with people and their skin — you can and should do better. You can’t just dismiss these situations when you run the kind of business you are running. You need to take active responsible measures and re visit your entire protocol

I came here in 2010 to get juvederm in my lips before my wedding. Years later Ive discovered they used a mix of juvederm and silicone. I wondered why my lips never shrank back. You can feel a gelatinous product inside my lips at the vermilion. This was WITHOUT my consent. I only consented to juvederm which they said would go away after a few months. It is 9 years later and I still have palpable product in my lips and some bumps underneath. AVOID THIS PLACE.

I was introduced to Fusion by a Groupon deal. I had my lower legs treated. The results are fantastic--no hair left on my legs, which had coarse black hair that grew back quickly after shaving. I am so pleased with the results that I have returned to retreat areas that grew back from other laser removal centers. Zaineb is very efficient with the laser machines, and she knows her laser hair removal well. I have been to 5 different laser removal centers, and this is the best one when combining customer service, prices, and quality of machines.

Ive been to fusion 5 times for laser hair removal with a groupon. Getting appointments was very convenient and they are very flexible if you need to reschedule. The staff is always kind and prompt. Ive had no problems.

I have been seeing Fatima for laser hair removal for about 6 months now and am amazed with my results. I am fair skinned with dark hair (some fine and some coarse). I have a very low pain tolerance and at times I can feel the pinch/snap of the laser working, but Fatima works quickly and is sensitive to my reactions. I have paid for laser treatments elsewhere and have either paid high $$$$ or not seen very good results or, actually been burnt by the laser itself. I would definitely recommend, and do so with my friends and family, Fusion Med Spa to everyone interested in comfortable and lasting hair removal treaments. Thanks Fatima!! The owner Fatme Chebli and her daughter Maya are two of the most unprofessional people ive ever seen. i did many laser treatments at their spa which resulted in my back being burnt. Once i let people know how they damaged my skin they began trying to cover up for themselves, by trying to ruin my reputation. They began calling my work place in Canada and my family complaining about me. Then they started to send viruses to my phone and hack my Facebook account so i would delete the posts ive made about them.by the way the customers get $10 off if they write a positive review, so dont believe everything you read 😜

I went back for an extra session and the results are the same. This place just wants to steal your money! The staff are rude and I’m certainly disappointed in everything!

I was referred to Fusion Med Spa by my cousin, I used a different place before. Fusion Med Spa has the newer technology, they used Gentlemax Pro for my full body laser hair removal and I was really surprised how pain-free it was. I had few sessions on the Gentlemax regular one prior to this and it was quite painful. Fay helped me and my sister, it was our first visit. She made us feel very comfortable and worked with our busy schedule to set an appointment for us. We really had a great experience, I highly recommend this place to anyone considering getting beauty treatments. They also have light sheer duet, and other newer technologies thats out in the market.

Went in and waited in empty waiting room for about an hour until I was acknowledged while the owner and staff talked and laughed. Wanted a microdermabrasion done but she looked at my skin and said a chemical peel would be better but I would need to get a facial first then do the chemical peel I agreed after charging me $40 for the facial she gave me a little jar and said apply this once a day and turned around and left. I was still wating for the $75 chemical peel. After about ten minute I got tired of waiting and went asked when the treament was gonna start she looked at me and said your still here I was shocked at how annoyed she looked telling that the chemical peel is in the little jar go home and just apply it I said I dont know how thats y came to the spa and paid you,but I want my money back for the chemical peel and you can have your jar back , but she refused and said its been mixed and she cant take it back! Horrible experience!

Waste of money, I went in got a full body package and at first it worked wonders and I kept going and the hairs just grew faster. I got my last session and by a week they grew back thicker . I did half a year of session and I was noticing that it did nothing. I will be going somewhere else because on top of that they do not act like professionals. Bad costumer service, the secretary acts so rude when ever you ask a question, they take forever to get you in (even with an app) . Not flexible . Such a bad experience and waste of money.
