I love this place! Everyone is so friendly, and honest. Always suggesting more affordable ways than I even knew about or came in for. Im a single mother, & still always try to keep up myself. I just wanted to share my experience at Laser Duet: amazing. I started out with micro needling and bio peel. They spent more time and were so very thorough, gentle, and kind. Then I got my first dose of Botox which I was very nervous about but I’m so glad that I did. Today I left after doing hydro facial and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone who I’ve had the pleasure of working with at Laser Duet has truly made my goal of being comfortable and happy in my own skin. I have been there twice now and both times were fantastic. I had hair removal and it was completely painless and extremely effective on my underarms. Ive had barely any hair growth between my visits. Its a scam to trick you out of your money. I received service from them a year ago by Groupon for laser surgery, and the ending result was that I am still shaving that same area that they over charged me for doing, they wanted me to pay even more money for more sessions to fix it.Dont go there because I see from a lot of other customers that they do the same thing to.Look out for Faye, shes the top scammer!

My boyfriend bought me a Groupon for here for Christmas, so I finally decided to make an appointment. No wonder the Groupon is so cheap because it’s in a bad area in Dearborn. Luckily I was able to get in and out quickly. I definitely won’t be back.

This place is wonderful. Everyone is very friendly and helpful in making sure that you choose the right procedures and products for your needs, while also helping find discounts and specials you can use. All of the ladies that I have met have been really fabulous and caring. They know what they are talking about when discussing procedures and seem invested in knowing that you are happy with your treatment. And the results Ive gotten have been beautiful. I had 40 units of botox to help lift my brow and remove my worry lines. Almost 3 months later and it still looks amazing. The doctor did a fantastic job of choosing the correct placement for my face to give me the look I wanted. I also had lip fillers done and I absolutely love the results. The doctor made sure that I was plenty numb before injecting which I sincerely appreciate. He truly is an artist. My lips are gorgeous! I also purchased a lash treatment to help grow my lashes and even though I had never heard of it, it really has worked, and was way more affordable than Latisse. If youre into improving your face with less invasive measures, give them a call. Im happy to have found them!

I absolutely love this place!!!! But let me give you a detail rundown of myself and my experience:I am African American and I was suffering from mild/borderline severe hyperpigmentation. And anybody especially skin of color knows how hard it is to get rid of it. I had been to another place before but the level of care and expertise did not match. So now on to my procedure. I received a 3 package deal and what it includes is a chemical peel/micro needling, another chemical peel after 2 weeks and then a another chemical peel/micro needling after another 2 weeks. The name of the peel is biorepeel. It’s an Italian peel that has NO DOWNTIME!!! You heard me no downtime so you can go outside the next day.. with sunscreen of course! Also there is no irritation with this peel whatsoever like a typical peel. It comes with a hydrating serum and cream for post care. Now when you get the peel and micro needling I won’t lie it does sting for the first 3-5 minutes but that’s because the needle is pushing the serum down into your skin so it can really do it’s job. But getting the peel alone DOES not hurt. You may or may not shed depending on the amount of dead skin you have to shed. I did shed but it was light and minimal. Now to the wonderful aesthetician that did my peel. Her name is Faye. She is a nice sweet woman and she explains and answers all my questions in detail and truly cares about my skin and the outcome. They don’t believe in peels that burn and cause irritation and they put quality over a quick buck. My skin has done a total 360 and I am so in love with my skin and will continue to go back for maintenance peels/needling. If you are hesitant about going please don’t you won’t regret it and it’s so worth your money!! And book Faye please she’s amazing😀😀😀

The staff seemed confused when I arrived even though I had an appointment set but they were all nice/friendly. I had a microdermabrasion and I’ve never had one done quite like this and I don’t mean that in a good way. They kept trying to sell me microneedling and after doing my research I don’t plan on getting. Overall they are friendly people but I don’t plan on returning.

Have been getting Botox at this facility for over a year now. Always leave happy, love the slight eyebrow arch that is achieved, haven’t found any other injector able to give me this. Will be coming here for years to come.

I had a great experience with Laser Duet. I saw BIG results even after the 3rd zerona treatment. I lost 2 dress sizes by the time I had my 6th zerona treatment (in 1 week and a half). I love Laser Duet, and the staff is the best! It is very clean and everyone is very knowledgeable about the services they offer. I tried the Zerona treatment to jumpstart getting ready for pool season, and in two weeks had to tighten my belt buckle 2 notches, so it definitely works as long as you follow the instructions (drink ALOT of water). I will definitely continue using Laser Duet for all my “upkeep” beauty procedures!

This place is only after money. They told me I needed 40 units of Botox for my forehead and 40 for my jaw. I knew nothing about Botox so I listened and paid 750. I went to a few other places and everyone let me know I got ripped off Im not even 30. I am looking to sue right now. I was told there was no way they even used 40 units on my whole face, let alone 80. They made me pay double and maybe used half. I think they are desperate for money and do not care about their customers.

There were some issues/concerns with my first visit. After speaking with someone my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction.

Not even a one star! Do not recommend this place. This place is not trustworthy.I just asked them to do my chin, and before I go there, I make sure that I shave each hair on my chin. I go there and she asked me to sit, and even I don’t have any hair she grab a razor, and I told her that please don’t use this razor on my face, I already shave it. She said ok and started treating. She covered my eyes so I didn’t know what she was doing.. she suddenly said I am shaving below your chin area because you have some light hair,, I said no but she already shaved it.. that wasn’t big deal until I realized that now all light hair I had there are now coming back very dark black and now I have to wax or thread this area every week for my life!!I wish I can add pictures and show you here.. but I don’t know how to do that.I don’t think this is safe place because Sometimes they cover my eyes saying m, these laser are not good for your eyes.. and some times they don’t give any cover for same kind of treatment.I think both owners don’t communicate with their employees about what is right and what’s not.They constantly try to sell their other package even after you say you are not interested.They also turn down the heat (or whatever it’s call) when you just have two more treatments left because now they will ask you to do 6 more treatments! So In short this place is not trustworthy

I became a customer to lose fat from my stomach and back area. Before I started I was 219 and at the end of my 18 session I am now 198 . It only took 3 weeks to finish , i did a combo of the vaser and the zarona “might not be spelled correctly lol” but I made sure to drink a gallon of water a day and everything worked .. so happy and overall thankful .

I’ve been doing zerona cold laser treatment here for two weeks and I already notice a difference! I do it with watching what I eat but not dieting strictly and drinking 2 liters- a gallon of water a day. I only had 5 treatments and lost 5lb so far.

I had an appointment today at this spa with a gentleman ( I forgot his name I’m sorry), for Botox and fillers. The office was clean , the women at the front desk for friendly and welcoming. I was 15 minutes late to my appointment because the traffic out that way is ridiculous, I’d say that’s the only downfall with this location is the traffic is crazy crazy busy and slow . The women at the front desk had me fill out paperwork and I was instantly taken to a room after! Where the gentleman doing my fillers and Botox went over everything With me and made me feel super comfortable! He wasn’t trying to push services I didn’t need to get more money out of pocket! It was a little pricey but it was my first time getting work done so I didn’t really check around for best prices! But either way he did a really good job and I would definitely recommend and come back ! Thanks guys

Good appointment. It wasnt difficult to make an appointment. Once I was there, I didnt have to wait long to be seen. The practitioner gave me good advice on what was need to accomplish my goal. The treatment has been a success (2 months ago). Their prices were reasonable too! Ill be returning for future treatments!

When I say I have never had a business make me feel so cared for and genuinely liked at as a human, I mean it.I made an appointment for botox from Groupon for 40 units and when I arrived I was greeted by an amazingly friendly woman who gave me the simple paperwork and walked me to the room.The doctor came in, chatted for a min and then was a pro! Boom, boom, boom, 10 injections down like clockwork, with 2 left.Then it happened. I started feeling warm and light headed. The entire staff was immediately there with juice and some type of Flatbread (best bread Ive ever had btw), let me lay down for a min because I did completely black out.So embarrassing. And yet they kept reassuring me I was no burden, it happened often and to take my time.I will be continuing with them regularly and maybe try some other services!Thank you guys again!
