Good doctor, when I have a problem with my eyes I have been able to get in the same day, office staff has always been nice. I would recommend this doctor

Best ophthalmologist in town! I took my elderly parents here and loved the experience. The staff is very kind, gentle, and caring. Dr.Kozlow is thorough, patient, and detail-oriented. I would definitely recommend and will be going back!

I took my wife to a month ago for surgery under her eye The doctor Kaslow office charge me $3500 three weeks later we had an Appointment to go back in a month we did but now her eyes are even worse and The doctor wants to do the surgery over again and re-charge me more but my wife does not want to do the surgery with him he did not do a good job the first time and she is afraid to do with the second surgery with his doctor he admitted and doing it over again but we would like to do it with a different doctor and he also wants to charge me again I am leaving this review it is not a money issue I just don’t want anybody else to have any problems with his doctor and him ruin peoples eyes

Purely based off one of his front desk staff. I called to asked about a prescription sent to my Pharmacy and she was incredibly rude giving me information. If the office says they weren’t called and the pharmacy says they called it warrants me calling and asking why when I need something.Kozlow himself is great Though

Noticed my vision was getting worse so I decided to go here and get checked out. I knew I needed glasses, but was told my vision was 20/20 and any problems I noticed were due to allergies. Next week I got a $300 bill in the mail. Went to an optometrist who discovered I developed astigmatism, which is now corrected and I can see great again.

Perfection at its finest. 12/10 very Knowledge doctor. Informative of procedure to patient and takes his time until the patient is comfortable. I didn’t feel anything during surgery. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you Dr. Kozlow, your team is wonderful as well. -Hassan Mazloum

From phone to front desk to test to the DOCTOR all are knowledgeable with their position. Dr was wonderful, I need eye to eye connection and he explains professionally, face to face and with all that combined, he is now m Dr also! :)) I was with OptimEyes on Ford Rd dearborn b4 but could not get in when I really needed to be seen ASAP but 4 and 5 month wait knowing my eyes issues. Staff is amazing!!! Thank God for you all...

I highly recommend Dr.Kozlow for your eyes. Hes been my doctor for years a true professional and very likeable individual. Its important that he keeps me informed about my diabetes. I fully trust in him with my aging eyes.

Dr. Kozlow did my eyelid surgery a few years ago. It was quick, painless and everyone tells me I look younger but theyre not sure why. Best part was it was covered. Dr. Kozlow continues to help me manage my eye care because I have diabetes. I like that I can always get in right away and be sure Im seeing the best doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Kozlow for eye issues and especially for any eye surgery.
