Such a great visit. I called the day of to report a disturbance in my field of vision and I was able to be seen within an hour of calling. The ladies at the front desk went above and beyond to figure out what was going on with my insurance and helped me be seen. Not only were they helpful but the kindness they showed me truly was heartfelt. The technician who took me back and dilated my eyes, Kathy, was so easy to talk to and very informative. Dr. Yu was just as sweet and answered every question I had. Im able to be at ease because of you all. Usually Im not one to post reviews but it blew me away to see the previous, negative reviews on this office, I still cannot believe them. You wont regret coming here, youre in the absolute best care at Quality Eye Care. God bless!

I have been seeing Dr Yu for many years. He has always been upfront, compassionate, informative and reassuring. His staff has always helped me pick just the right glasses for my face and personality. Even though I have moved hours away, I continue to go back to him. Thank you.

Our appointment was at 1:10 we arrived at 12:45. Watched everyone else who arrived after us going in before us and Doctor finally got to us at 2:47pm. My mom is 85 yrs old. This wait is ridiculous. We definitely will not be returning even though she has been coming here for almost 10 years.This hasnt been the first time we have waited well over an hour to be seen. Why schedule an appointment or why arrive early if we continue waiting this ridiculously long. She came for a simple eye exam. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
