Very professional, friendly and quick. Dentist is friendly, professional and quick. He had 1Cavity completed in 5 minutes. I’m very satisfied, and that’s why my whole family comes here.

I was very impressed with River Oaks Dental. Was experiencing pain on my upper left side. I have Healthy Michigan Dental. In the past I have had a difficult time finding a good dentist who accepts my insurance. Sadly a lot of doctors phone it in knowing it’s a state plan. This is definitely not the case with River Oaks Dental. I contacted them via email on a Thursday night, complaining of tooth pain and needing a cleaning. I was able to get in Friday afternoon. Received my cleaning, a fluoride treatment, and I was even able to get a filling taken care of (the sore of said pain). Everyone was kind and courteous. Very clean. I officially found my new dentist.

I made a same day appointment witch was great ... after waiting 30mins I get in the back to wait a total of almost 2hours to only have x-rays done im livid

All staff was very professional, kind and caring. I was in and out in a very timely fashion. Precautions for covid pandemic were taken. Temperature check, mask wearing and social distancing were adhered to. I highly recommend the River Oaks dental practice👍👍

Only reason i’m putting a 5 star review is cause of the dental assistant that does work here.. i had a very good experience with one named bean and the dentist here is one of the best i’ve had.. doctor mallah is one of the reasons i’ll be coming back since most dentist freak me out and he had a very calming presence

No heat a cold filthy office and complete disregard for even general and moderate care. Would be better off doing your own dental work at home. I wouldnt bring mu dog here for care. I’ve been coming here to this Dentist Office From 2016.The ladies here at the front desk always friendly and make me feel welcome.There is one particular Lady that works the front desk she’s the one that goes over your plan with you,, she’s always friendly smiling and thorough,Dr.Yazbak, he may be young and he ‘s nice on the eyes. But all kidding aside he is a good doctor.When I leave the office . I’m satisfied with what I had done for the day

Very unprofessional office very dirty theyre not straightforward with the client it is disgusting and the staff very rude doctors dont stay there and misrepresent the treatments I went in then have any problem but I wanted a bridge now I have more problems and I need to root canal on top of all the money that I have already paid what the four Bridge they messed up my teeth now I need more work their dentist is very unprofessional not very knowledgeable I wouldnt recommend them

I was referred by a coworker so I called to see if they were accepting new patients and accepted my insurance and the lady who answered the phone was so sweet and helpful. I was in and out for my cleaning and everyone was so professional. The doctor was thorough and informative. He gave me different routes to handle filling in the 4 cavities I had. I went in the following week and they were once again, so efficient and kind. I have never felt more comfortable at a dentist, especially considering the work I needed done. So thank you to Dr. Yazback & staff!!

I called several times first thing in the morning and sent a text message to the office asking if I can push my appointment to later the afternoon on the same day but no one called me back. I called back a couple hours later and a women by the name of Star answered. She stated there were no other appointments for the day. I asked if I could reschedule, in which Star responded with a poor attitude letting me know I was a new patient and since I canceled within 24 hours she will not be booking another appointment. I asked to reschedule it’s not like I no showed or I didn’t actually want to come in. Do they not understand things in life happen unexpectedly? It was all about her tone of voice, it’s not what you said it’s how you said it. Star was not understanding to the situation at all even though I made attempts to contact the office. In fact the office even noted they are not open on Wednesday, so how can I cancel within 24 hours? You won’t even respond to me while your in the building. Star felt the need to state “again again i will not be booking a appointment”, I heard what you said there was no need for that.

The staff were very friendly and I felt comfortable with talking to them. The dentist who took care of me was a young man who was kind as well. Also, they had a good radio station playing as well.

My dental appointment this week was one for the books. The faculty was really professional with everything. Dr.Yazback is one of the most professional doctors that I have come across. As a new graduate doctor of dentistry, his skills have already has surpassed skills of dentists that have been doing it for years. This is only the beginning for this guy. He takes dentistry practice to a whole new level. Get an appointment with him while you still can, you will not regret it one bit!

Staff is very friendly. The office manager Kim was so helpful she helped me understand my dental coverage and I knew exactly what I would have to pay out of pocket. The dentists were great too! Would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Me and my son both had appointments..and they did absolutely nothing for us period on the first visit. I tried to give them another chance so me and my son went back and again they did nothing for him at all now because they didnt fix his wisdom now he has an abscess so big his whole jaw and face is swollen. The front staff and dental assistants are wonderful but the Dentist themselves are horrible, incompetent, and uncaring. I will be reporting both of those Dentists to my insurance provider and to the state.

This is the first time I have written a Google review for anyone but it is deserving. I had nothing but a magnificent experiences while going to see Dr.Yazback. Him and his team were Superb and he did a great job explaining everything that he was doing and listening to what I had to say. He kept me calm during all of my appointments and answered all of my questions. After seeing many different dentists I can say that Dr.Yazback and his team are the best I have seen and I will continue to go there and would highly recommend them to anyone.

When I originally came my insurance only covered my cleanings and fill ins. But I needed several root canals. The finance team worked with me and my insurance to try to get it covered. After my insurance told me they wouldnt cover my root canal procedure, they aided me with switching my coverage to a plan that would would. Amanda is awesome and I greatly appreciate the knowledgeable staff.

One of the nicest offices i have taken my family too! clean, new, and the staff was very welcoming and caring. dentist was gently and did what was necessary. everything was reviewed with me and we didnt wait more than a few minutes before they took us back for our appointments. They have a nice team over there and we really had a great experience!

Staff was very nice. Dr. Adam was very professional. Unlike my old dentist Dr. Adam took his time and explained everything to me. He also found cavities that my last dentist didnt even see 2 weeks ago.

Horrible experience! My appointment took me 3 hours to complete. I came in becuase a peice of my tooth chipped off so thats all I wanted to address, but instead they insisted on me getting a cleaning and full mouth x-rays. There was only one dentist and he was trying to work on everyone at the same time. After waiting for three hours he tells me he wont be able to fix my tooth and to come back the next day. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.

Dr.Yazback is by far the best dentist I have been to, he made sure everything was done with delicacy and perfection. I highly recommend everyone to go check him out!!!

Being a health professional is not an easy job, but Dr. Adam Yazback sure did make it look easy with my first visit at River oak dental. For my first experience there Dr. Yazback was professional with his work ethics and made me feel comfortable for someone who does not like dental visits. He was very compliant with my needs and made sure I went home happy. Not only does he treat his patients with respect, he treats his staff members with respect as well. Every employee is always super friendly! This practice has been my dentist for over 4 years and I have even moved to the new office with them. Kim at the front desk is always super accommodating with appointments and working around my busy schedule.

Leaving reviews isn’t something I tend to do but I had encountered Dr. Yazback DDS and thought it would be a must. When it comes to dentistry Dr. Yazback is a pro and aims to please each patient with their needs leaving them with a fresh bright smile. I highly recommend giving him and the office a try.

The wait is insane. Then they put you in the chair and you wait ANOTHER 30-40 minutes and everyone is real callous about it.What waste of time. After waiting over an hour PAST my appointment time that i was early for and after the staff told me a few minutes, 10 minutes, 2 minutes, and STILL didnt come, the dentist said it wasnt his fault because he did not do the scheduling they sent the receptionist back there to try to talk to me like that was going to help which it did not because she had a nasty attitude and shouldnt have overscheduled everyone like that. at least 2 other people walked out while i was there. this was my 2nd visit, the 1st visit took even longer. I will never return.

I think the people are very nice I like the facility its close to home and they allow me to come in stay at the moment if need be I think its a neat place and very helpful to our neighborhood not just a neighborhood for all glad to be a part

I have never been to a dentist that has had to replace the work they do over and over again!! Poor service and even more poor of dental work. I was trapped into choosing them due to my insurance. Do NOT allow them to do anything but clean your teeth!!Now here we have the office manager scrambling to make up BS regarding what was said and done! I was never told about any replacement tooth lol... I just left another office and they second the poor job done by your office on my last visit. You can not bully your patients into saying what u want them to say Kim. Lol and if you knew sooo much about dental work you wouldn’t be answering the phone or emails you would be working on teeth! So please save your nonsense. It was poor work done and you got called out for it. Instead of making excuses and trying to cover up your name... put that much effort into fixing the problem!!!

Kristen you should report them to the LARA license bureua I did they are crooks, if we dont report these doctors then they will stay doing shady stuff. REPORT THEM i did for the dentists saying I have 15 cavities I went else where and my daughter only had 3.

Worse place for anyone.Especially children.My 3 year old niece had a cavity, so the dentist filled it. The problem was she over filled it and it ended up giving my niece an infection in her tooth and with a second opinion, we have to now remove her tooth. For a dentist to put your childs health at risk is beyond horrible.
