Dr. Salam is a rare gem of a human being and doctor. She is precise, delicate, honest & intelligent. It is obvious to me that she cares about the quality of her work and the well being of her patients. Her staff is always polite and productive. The facility is clean and modern, with big windows for natural lighting, which beings ease and relaxation to the experience.

Smile Pro dental offer outstanding services. Our first visit was for my mother’s dental exam, she needed to be seen immediately due to swelling in her gum. The office managed to get her seen within a couple of hours which is rare for a first visit and a new patient with no file on hand. From the minute that you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile. We felt welcomed and cared for. After checking in with the front desk, my mothers temperature was checked and taken in to the next exam room with minimal to no exposure to other patients. The office follows all safety precautions that the state is enforcing so need need to worry about getting your teeth checked.Dana at the front desk is very helpful. She is a bee! She fills out all required paperwork for you immediately minimizing wait times. She made sure my mother was well taken care of. The best part is that if a medical clearance is needed (for my mom it was a must) she made sure she contacted the doctor and followed up on the paperwork progress and called us for the appointment.Dr. Salam on the other hand is an amazing, caring, knowledgeable and very well rounded doctor. She made sure that my mother’s medical history is covered and reviewed all medications before determining a medical procedure.I highly recommend Smile Pro Dental. It was a great experience for us both.

I had a filling fall out friday. I contacted smile pro dental and dana told me the can get me in first thing Monday morning. DR. Awad was so great! I didnt have to wait to be seen! My appointment was at 9am and I was seen at the same time. They didnt request for me to have unnecessary procedures like other dental offices. I definitely recommend Dr.Awad and Alicia the dental hygienist!

Dr Awad extracted a tooth of mine the other day. It was a tooth that she did a root canal on then didn’t have the cash for a crown so I had her fill it temporarily. Well I waited too long n the tooth broke in half and then a few months later the filling came out eating something sticky. She couldn’t save the tooth at this point so she had to extract what was left of the tooth. She numbed me up really good and I didn’t have any pain through the whole thing! Great work! Thank you Doctor Awad!

I had very powerful pain all night didn’t sleep at all I start searching early that day on Saturday called at least 6 to 7 places in deferent cities around me some of them are operating through 3rd party company wants your personal information to forward it so you get a call back and most of them wants to take advantage to make a lot of money since they discovered I have a lot of pain and I have to pay .I didn’t gave up kept searching and suddenly everything changed what a place with wonderful honest people simply the best in every step of the way to the end God bless them all they show and confirm to me that life is not about what you take it’s about what you can give they really demonstrate in outstanding manners. One more thing maybe if it’s important for you to know I was charged a small portion of what others asked for the same service.

I am very disappointed they don’t accept Medicaid. I have been going to this dentist since I was a child when it was Dr. Kirk and it’s very sad that now that these people took over, they discriminate against low income families. So many people lost their jobs due to the pandemic and have to use Medicaid temporarily and they have no compassion. I will never go back here, even when I get my regular insurance back.
