My procedure at Spring Park was not as stressful as I expected. Dr. Lee, Amanda and staff were all very professional and calming. I have had very little pain and Ibuprofen and Tylenol have taken care of that. I do have a small area on my top lip - right side- that is a little numb today. I will see how it feels over the next day or two and definitely get back to you if it continues. Glad its over and done with and I hope everything goes smoothly for the next 3 months. Thanks so much for excellent care.

My experience here was very good! They were able to get me in right away when I told them what the problem was and how much pain it was causing and were able to fix the issue at my appointment the same day which was perfect! They were all so kind and really fast with the actual tooth extraction. Overall I was super happy with my experience and would absolutely go back for any other teeth issues in the future.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth out and she was scared, but the staff were wonderful and reassuring towards us both. The surgery took a little longer than expected but they kept me posted throughout the procedure. Afterwards, they made sure we were informed and had all of our questions answered before we left. Went in to have two impacted teeth removed and the staff was very friendly. Nurses had great patient care and made me feel comfortable before surgery. Dr. Smith answered every question I had and put me at ease. After surgery the staff gave myself and my mom all the care info I needed for a quick recovery. Highly recommend!

Dr Lee and his associates were great. They were all very kind and caring. They made an uncomfortable procedure much easier to undergo. I would highly recommend.

They do a great job! You get your information about procedures beforehand, great options for anesthesia, professional, kind, and considerate staff. You can’t go wrong with them. One negative is making you pay full price for IV Anesthesia, and not refunding the difference up front if you switch to laughing gas. They will send a check refund after processed through insurance. They’re reliable and I’ve always gotten my refunds (wisdom teeth for myself, eye teeth for my daughter), but I prefer to have my money in hand up front.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Kayla spent a lot of time re-explaining things for me. Tiffany and Michelle were both very kind and supportive at some very vulnerable moments I was having. Dr. Lee had a lot of patience with me and took his time explaining things as he went. Keeping my fingers crossed the rest of this process goes as smoothly as the first part.

We will never go anywhere else. My son age 12 had 2 teeth removed. Staff was professional and went out of their way to make my son and I comfortable. From reception to check-out we were informed of the process. Doctor and nurse had excellent communication skills. They were busy but we never felt rushed. We were given a pamphlet of complications to look out for and a phone number we could call 24/7 with questions and concerns. They also called a couple of days later to make sure he was doing well. Its hard to find a place this excellent.

I have now had over 2 1/2 years of interaction and surgical procedures with Spring Park and Dr. Lee. I could not be more pleased with the sensitive, kind, and skilled care I have received at every level - from the phone to the front desk, to the techs and assistants, to Dr. Lee, and all through the crazy pandemic. I had my wisdom teeth taken out recently. The procedure was very quick and easy to schedule, and they were very informative and careful about everything.Moreover, they must’ve done a good job on the procedure, because my recovery has been fast and painless, even without the strong pain medication.

I am extremely afraid of going to a dentist. However I knew I would be in good hands just by speaking with the receptionist when making my appointment. I was not disappointed when I arrived for my appointment. The medical staff assisting and Dr. Lee were just what the doctor ordered! They made me feel extremly comfortable, listened to me about my fears and did everything to make me comfortable. My procedure ( tooth extraction) was explained in deph and due to my fears, I was given an IV to put me to sleep. Once I woke up Dr. Lee was there to explain post op instructions and to see how I was doing. The next day, the office called to find out how I was feeling and repeated the instructions for after care.If I ever have to have oral surgery in the future, I will definently go to this office. My 4 year old son had to get a tooth pulled and due to past very positive experiences with Spring Park Oral and Maxillofacial surgery we chose them. He was very nervous going in, but it didnt take long for the staff to put him at ease, especially nurse Tasha, she went above and beyond to help him feel comfortable and soon had him laughing. She told him about the mask, it was a a spaceman mask that he was going to get the special chance to use.(laughing gas mask) He got to look at it and practice with it. My little guy was so relaxed and enjoying his time. Dr. Walsh came In and once again this man did everything to help my son to be unafraid of the procedure. The Dr. Calmly spoke and explained some of the tools hed be using and that it was going to be fast. The Dr. Spoke to my son, not just to me, which is rare. I was allowed to stay with him till they started the procedure and then I left feeling assured that he was definitely in good hands and I was so relieved. In no time at all my little guy was done and ready to go home. They gave him a bag of goodies and a sweet personal letter for the tooth fairy from the Dr. !! I highly recommend this group. The staff is amazing, the place is very clean, with a very comfortable environment. The Dr.s are kind and take the time to make your experience as stress free as possible. The nurses are very friendly and welcoming. Dont make the mistake of going someplace else to save a few bucks, its not worth it when it comes to your teeth. Only had surgery (extraction & implant with anesthesia) yesterday but a good experience so far. Everyone has been very nice and helpful and I dont hurt nearly as bad as I thought I would. Also the doctor was the one that put the IV in! I thought that was pretty unusual but made me feel even more at ease. Instructions were given every step of the procedure. They took great care of me and I was very thankful! Thank you Dr. Lee and team!

Where do I even begin. Spring Park Oral Surgery has exceeded my expectations in ALL areas. I am a healthcare worker, so patient satisfaction and expectations is drilled in to my brain daily, and this facility displayed ALL things that makes a patient have a remarkable experience. I was miserable from tooth pain, and from my initial call Monday morning to get an appt, until I walked out of there Wednesday with my tooth extracted, I was pleased. Scheduling & front desk personnel, Trisha, was so pleasant to speak with and extremely flexible with me. My nurse, Tiffany, had such a sweet, caring personality that put me at ease while in the procedure room. Dr Link was professional, yet not intimidating, which is extremely important on first opinions of meeting a doctor. He was able to joke around, while taking great care of me and fixing the problem at hand. There were many other employees I came in contact with the 2 days I was there and every single one was pleasant and had smiles on their face. The whole process was seamless. Thank you!!

If I could give the service more stars, I would! From my first consultation that I had, they answered all of my questions and doubts about using I/V anesthesia for my wisdom tooth removal. I left feeling sure about operating day. The day of operation they continued very helpful with my questions and the process itself ran very smoothly. Days after pain and swelling have been at an absolute minimum, if not obsolete. Thanks Spring Park Oral Surgeons ! Doctor Lee is an absolute expert at what he does. I am now in a lot less pain having my wisdom teeth removed and could not be more satisfied with the work that was done. 👍

She had never had surgery and did not know what to expect. I was referred to Spring Park for an implant from my dentist. I was a little nervous to have the implant as I also had to have 2 teeth removed, a baby tooth and the permanent one behind it. I opted to not have anesthesia to cut down costs on my overall bill so this made me even more nervous. The staff and Dr. Lee made me comfortable for the whole process and were all very welcoming and helped calm my nerves. They followed up with me the day after to see how I was doing and if I had any additional questions. The follow up appointments have all been great as well. Dr. Lee and all the staff there are exceptional and I would highly recommend them.

I had an extraordinarily great experience with this facility and Dr. Lee. Their staff and team were absolutely professional and welcoming. A hard balance to find. A doctor who can balance professionalism and good bed side manner; the ability to make a patient feel comfortable in the surroundings. I rarely recommend but with facility and Dr. Lee, 5 stars!!!!

I will admit that these types of procedures are not my favorite at all. I was very nervous and reluctant to follow through. Dr. Lee and his nurses took a lot of time to answer all my questions and make me feel as comfortable as possible. My main concern was pain control and that is exactly what I got. I have zero pain. The team at Spring Park welcomed me in with genuine compassion & zero judgment about my condition. They were the epitome of kindness, sincerity & professionalism for both my consultation & the surgical procedure. Most importantly, they made me feel *safe* & for someone with high anxiety, you cant put a price tag on that. Ive had numerous IVs in my life & Dr. Lee placed perhaps the smoothest, quickest IV that Ive ever had! Not so much as a mark afterwards! They had me laughing, totally at ease & I was OUT in seconds. He must have wicked skill, because Ive had 2 previous oral surgeries at other places, & this is the least pain or discomfort & the quickest recovery Ive ever experienced. I cannot recommend them enough & am so eternally grateful for what they have done for me. I hope to never need these services again, but should that happen, I wont go anywhere else.If youre like me & have dental anxiety & want a professional team that will treat you with consideration & care, Spring Park is *the* place to go.

I would recommend this place to anyone! From the front desk all the way to the surgeon himself, everyone was respectful, happy, and helpful. The place is bright and peaceful. I cant tell you how much that alone helps with anxiety. Everything was explained well and i was given all the time I needed to speak and ask questions. Although, I hope to never have another dental issue lol...if I do,this is where Im going.

My 6 year old required an impacted molar to be removed. We were called before the visit and everything was explained in detail and all questions answered (a couple of times when I was unsure if which route of sedation I wanted to use). When we went in person, everyone from the front office staff to the nurses and the doctor made sure that we were comfortable with every step and that my daughter and I both understood what was happening. My daughter felt so comfortable with the nurse that she invited her over to our house to do her hair. There’s nothing better as a mother than having medical staff that your kiddos are comfortable with. I am extremely satisfied with our visit and the procedure and have and will recommend them for the future. Dr. Walsh was who performed the quick and effective baby molar removal.

I was referred to Spring Park to have three damaged teeth removed. I felt safe and well cared for. The oral surgeon explained what he was going to do, safely administered anesthetic, and removed my teeth. I had no swelling or pain and they called to check on me the next day. I would absolutely recommend then to anyone.
