Absolutely wonderful staff from front office to back office and the provider. Had a great experience. Follow up appt was quick. In and out within about 10 minutes. Definitely recommend them especially because I am not a fan, at all, of dental procedures of any kind. Will definitely go back if anything else is needed.

My goodness Dr, Rector and her assistance Sihan are very competent professionals and the best at putting a patient at ease. It was such a good experience for an unpleasant situation when loosing a tooth.Sihan was so comforting and generous with warm blankets!Not enough words to express how very grateful I am to them and the entire staff.

This place is great, they are the professionals you want working on you. The Staff and Doctors exhibit excellence in there professional mannerisms, along with confidence to explain and do what they need to do. 100% confident in these folks.

Everyone was very nice and friendly....also very efficient. I got in right away, and was x-rayed right away. I no sooner sat down in the chair and Dr. Rector came in. I liked her a lot. She explained the X-rays to me. Right after that I was numbed, and shortly after that Dr. Rector came in and extracted the tooth. The entire thing took 45 minutes. I was also pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the cost was.

A facility of awesomeness from the desk to the assistant to the doctor. Will never go anywhere else for oral surgery. Most painless, comfortable extraction I’ve ever had!

Good surgeons, but if you’re 65 & older, go elsewhere. They’ve opted out of Medicare, so if you have a dental benefit, it’s useless here. Unfortunately, they are a bit deceptive about this & will play the game as if they can file claims to your insurance. Their business ethics is what gave them 3 stars.

Amazing experience with Dr. Hueser! My 10 year old did great and I think its because the staff and Dr. was so wonderful. They made him feel comfortable and were so nice! He normally doesnt do well with things like this, but he did wonderful!

I’m absolutely terrified of oral surgeons, but when I went back to my room the assistant was so comforting and answered every question and genuinely cared. Then the surgeon came in and had to put shots in my mouth he did it so quick and talked to me the whole time didn’t even feel it. These amazing people are 100% wonderful at there job. They kept me awake threw a scary Process and talked to me the whole time. I felt very important unlike most doctors that get you in and out. Thank you for for making me feel safe in a scary situation.

What an amazing job I was concerned that it would perhaps be really a struggle since the tooth is broken off at the gum but the dentist was able to just take care of it within about 15 minutes no pain whatsoever thank you dr. Houser again.

I just wanted to personally say thank you to the staff that took part in my tooth extraction on July 1st. They really eased my anxiety and made me feel alot less uncomfortable than I thought was possible under the circumstances. Shelly truly cared how I was treated and I was asked numerous times if I was ok and if I needed anything. Got my top two impacted wisdom teeth out this morning on local anesthesia, and was incredibly nervous-Dr. Hueser is incredible. It was a painless procedure that literally took 5 minutes. His assistant was super sweet too! I would recommend them to any of my friends or loved ones. In awe of their work and feel very thankful for their caring and heartfelt attitudes. Can’t say enough great things about Dr. Hueser and the people who help make him great.

Very helpful and compassionate staff. Dr. Rector is outstanding. My daughter was VERY nervous about her wisdom teeth removal. All the staff worked hard to keep her calm before and after surgery. Also very happy with their immediate response when we reported an infection after surgery. A follow-up appointment was scheduled the same day - allowing us to immediately start the antibiotics to solve the problem. Thank you all so much for all your help - especially during this pandemic!

I was having pain in my upper wisdom teeth, and had a flight to Canada in a couple days. Dr. Hueser got me in right away and extracted both upper wisdom teeth quickly without anesthesia. The process was actually quite painless and I did not have any issues after. Both he and his staff were extreme caring before, during, and after the procedure.

My 4 year old had to get some teeth pulled!! They were very pleasant to him! He is not afraid to go back there!!!!

My 9 year old had to have an emergency tooth extraction on a Friday morning. Her regular dentist was closed and she has never been seen by this office, so she was not an established patient. To top that off, our insurance is not the greatest so I was expecting to pay a ton. I called every other place in the area, and this was the only oral surgeon willing to squeeze her in right away. They said they could see her if we could leave the house within the next 5 minutes. So we did and they were super quick and so friendly to both of us. They worked great together to get her some much needed relief and were happy to do so. Not to mention, they gave her a Whitey’s gift certificate for free ice cream when she was done. It’s been a long time since I’ve been so impressed by an office like that, especially considering the circumstance and she had never been a patient there before. They definitely get 5 stars!

I was a bit nervous when I went in since Id never had anything like this done before. They put me right at ease and before I knew it, it was over. And virtually painless. I was awake during my wisdom tooth removal and as easily as it went he could’ve done all four like that. I highly recommend Dr. Hueser. Ended up breaking a tooth and my dentist referred me to the other center in town and they couldn’t get me in for 3 weeks. Reached out to Mississippi Valley Oral Surgery and after hearing my situation they figured out a time to get me in the next day. Dr. Hueser made me extremely comfortable and worked quickly and confidently to remove my tooth. He did such a great job I had no pain after and healed very quickly. Will not hesitate to go back and would recommend to anyone.

I was nervous for the procedure I was going to have. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming. They were caring and made me feel very comfortable.

First, I have to remind the owner that I saw Dr. Hueser on January 11, 2021. I had a 2:30 PM appointment. I was left waiting in a frigid exam room for an hour. Extremely overpriced. Charges $2,160 to put in one titanium screw for a dental implant (doesnt cover crown). Save your money. Affordable Dentures & Implants in East Moline will do the exact same procedure for less than half the price.

You dont even know your patients! I saw Dr. Hueser on Monday January 11, 2021. I had a 2:30 PM appointment. He saw me at 3:30 PM. There was no medical emergency. He walked in laughing and said he thought I had a 3:15 PM appointment.

Dr. Hueser has a wonderful and genuine patient rapport, he takes the time to answer every question that I have had, let me know that if I have any concerns to call at any time. I know he has other patients, but I have never felt rushed. When I have had issues they have made time to get me into the office to see him right away. I would absolutely recommend him!

Dr. Rector is an excellent oral surgeon! I am completely satisfied with her surgical intervention and care. The staff are all very personable and work together as a team.

In and out in no time at all had a broken tooth removed. Went for a consult and Dr said he could do it right then. Had it removed without any discomfort and was on my way home all within half an hour. This is the place to go. All staff friendly and helpful.

I had a broken tooth extracted last year, and just received the first step of my dental implant. The front office is great they are welcoming and efficient. The nurse and Dr. Hueser both have wonderful bedside manners and really made things comfortable. I felt very informed about the procedures and I would highly recommend them.

My dad who had Parkinsons and dementia needed 5 teeth pulled. He was absolutely terrified of getting this done and with his health he had them all done with local anesthesia. Dr. Hueser was amazing with my dad. He explained everything and put him at ease. His personality and bedside manner were just what my dad needed. He kept it relaxed and light hearted while constantly making sure my dad was ok during the entire procedure. The numbing was the worst part and after that, he didnt feel any pain from the 5 teeth being removed. He made sure that we knew to call with any problems, questions, or concerns. No doubt, the friendliest and most efficient staff to have care for you during the pandemic. Both the initial and follow-up visits were quick with no waiting. I cannot guarantee that all will be 5 minutes, but it will be quick and efficient.

I absolutely hate getting my teeth worked on. I have had to go here twice for separate issues. Dr. Hueser and his staff made me feel at ease before, during and after the procedures. He also made sure that I knew he was available for questions during recovery. Which was remarkably short. I would tell anyone I know to go to Dr. Hueser’s office. My son has already had his wisdom teeth taken out by Dr Hueser and I will be sending my other two sons here as well.

Today I came in to have 2 wisdom teeth removed.Dr. Rector and Amber (her dental assistant) were amazing! They were both extremely friendly and professional. I was made aware of everything that would be happening during and after the procedure and had every question answered. From the time it took Dr. Rector to numb me, to the time she was all finished with the extractions was about 20 minutes. I felt no pain during the procedure and it went extremely smooth. I walked out of the office completely pain free and very happy! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!
