My insurance keeps changing what doctors I can see. I was angry the last time because I had a doctor I really liked. Now, I am so happy they had me change. He does not order unnecessary tests or waste time but listens to whatever you have to say. I never feel rushed. Dr Persson is such a nice man, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. I look forward to my visits.

Dr. Persson is great listener and doesnt order useless tests. He is great with kids too! He is able to get us in for same day appointments when one of them is sick, and helps to make sure were all on track with preventative cares.

At first I was impressed with Dr. Persson at his old location on Division. At my last visit with him, I dont know if he was stressed out or just not as comfortable in his new setting (which I honestly DO NOT like myself) but he seemed kind of irritated with my questions and concerns with my son. Sometimes I feel he will dismiss concerns I have and even give off a vibe that I am being extra. Hes actually really good with my kids though and usually has a great nature about him but that visit rubbed me wrong. With the fluke things that can go wrong with people and the happenings where medical professionals miss or dismiss actual RED FLAGS I need to be thoroughly assured that my family is healthy and ok. I need to know that serious attention if being given to any possibilities. I am still going to Dr. Persson and am going to give him the benefit of that doubt that maybe it was an off day for him, and I hope so bc I do not want to switch to a new Dr. but my familys health is a #1 concern in my book and I need our Dr to feel the same as with any of his patients.

Tried setting up a follow up appointment and the nurse on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. Spoke to me in a condescending manner because I missed an appointment due to my grandma passing away. When telling her she was being rude I was told to go elsewhere. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The staff clearly doesn’t believe in customer service.

Very good experiences
