The staff is extremely rude on the phone and in person. Wow...we will be looking for a different place immediately. Just ridiculous to treat people so rudely!

Went to have the first visit for my son today, the doctor was very rude, had a bad attitude, and did not tolerate kids well at all. I do not recommend taking kids to this doctor. She should retire or not treat kids if she cant handle it. We will not be going back and have cancelled all other appointments. I have told my family doctor to not refer people there and how bad the experience was. It was a total waste of time and my copay. We now have to be referred to another doctor and wait for those appointment times to come available. I have talked to others today about my experience, and they all had the same thing happen with their children they had taken there, and they all found different doctors as well. I wish I would have talked to others before going and I could have saved myself and son from the bad doctor experience. There were also no reviews that I could find, so I am leaving this one. I hope it helps another parent to not waste their time and money.

I had the same experience a couple years ago with Dr. Maves. At least the appt was for me. My grandson, who was 7 at the time, flicked the door stop. She told him to STOP THAT IMMEDIATELY!! Thank goodness that Ive had her asst. (Ms?) Hopkins since then. Hopkins is a complete joy. Also, if you pass by Maves, she doesnt even acknowledge you, no smile, nothing. I did say hi to her and I was blessed by her with a hello.
