Bad experience right off the bat. I didnt want my weight taken, and I gave my correct weight! She bullied me on to the scale! Pretty sure Im the one paying her, and if I dont want to get on a scale, I shouldnt have to. I think it was a personal thing with her given her appearance. Would give negative stars if I could!

Love Dr. Motto and her staff. She has been mindful and taken great care of me and my health while we arrived in the Quad Cities. Would definitely recommend her to anyone.

This dr does not believe in fibromyalgia. I lost a lot because of this dr. I just battled breast cancer. I was ill and she didnt believe.

It has been nearly 2 years since Dr. Motto has been in the office at the time I have needed to see her. The office hours are terrible for someone who has a daily medication and no time off work. I waited 2 separate times in her office for 2 hours and had to leave due to work and my babys doctor appointment without being seen. My recent problem is that Dr. Motto doesnt have enough availability to see me and the doctors in the practice refuse to step in and help out a long-standing patient. I expressed my dissatisfaction and my concerns were met with curt responses and excuses. I noticed a contradiction in their policies as stated to me and pointed it out over the phone today and the woman on the other end of the phone was ehhh, ummm-ing looking for another excuse after being stuck in her own lie. I am highly unsatisfied with the care over the past 3-4 years given by Dr. Motto.

Dr. Amanda Motto will actually spend time with her patients, the staff is prompt at returning phone calls and processing needed documents... Overall great environment and team!
