Very happy with the office staff, nurses and doc!

The Doctor is fabulous. Ive recommended him many many times.The staff that answers the phone are far from being acceptable.I have sat on hold for over 15 minutes as their automated system tells you, you are caller 1 (one) for the entire time you are waiting.That to me is UNACCEPTABLE, leaving a patient on the phone that long. I just wonder if the Doctor knows what his patients deal with, just to have him as a Doctor.Im so disappointed to be treated this watby his staff. Ive offered to work for him to answer calls in a timely manner.

I love doctor locassio, he is a great doctor and is willing to work with you based on what you want. He has a sense of humor
