Jordan the lady who cut my moms hair was great! She listened to her and has good with her being in her motorized wheelchair. Every working that day were super friendly.

Online check-in made my visit simple, quick, and stress free. Got my text saying be there in 15 min, and I was seen within 5 min of arrival. Haircut was thorough and quick.

I should have read the reviews. I tried to take two of my younger children in. As we walked in, the front desk person was visibly annoyed as I checked in with the wrong name. The kids have a tendency to be apprehensive about haircuts and had some difficulty getting into the chair. The stylists made little attempt to help make them feel comfortable and had a demeanor that were not excited to assist smaller children. We ended up leaving and won’t be back sadly.

I wouldn’t take my hairless cat to get a haircut here. They absolutely just butchered my son’s hair. Took over an hour. Stylist didn’t have a clue watch she was doing. He looks like his hair was cut by a blind person - stunningly uneven and far too short. Didn’t listen to a thing we said. We’re supposed to go on vacation next week and now he doesn’t want to go. The woman should be fired.

Whoever the two individuals were that closed tonight (2/18/21) were openly rude about me walking in at 7:06 for a simple mens haircut because they close at 7:30. Lots of sighing and complaining that they couldnt count the money yet because of me. Also gave me a rushed haircut.

Make sure to ask for Allison! She is very experienced cutting hair and will make sure to give you what you want. Everyone was very friendly and the place was very clean. As someone who has immune compromised family, I felt safe with their Covid and sanitation measures!

I took my two young boys into this location (not our regular one) to get simple haircuts. Checked in online both boys and walked in as there was a no wait time. We got in we were greeted and the one lady said whats the name. I told her and she said there was no names associated with the last name in their computer. (Which definitely shouldve been my red flag). Even though my sons name were up on their screen. She then asked for a phone number which again it wasnt in the system (which we have been to locations in CA and Iowa) and its come up everytime except this time (which AGAIN, shouldve been another red flag). She hand typed our name in and then asked for what kind of cut for the first boy. I asked for my 7 year old a 2 on top and a 1 on the sides like his dad always gets and she then directed him back to the chair. Mind you my son looked at me as if he were affriad, but I encouraged him to go with her. The second lady came up to me and asked what kind of cut for my younger 3 year old son, I told her a 2 on top and to taper it down on the sides similar to his brother. Both ladies were unsure. But did it anyways which I was ok with. However, there was no small talk, both ladies didnt talk to the kids, told them to hold still and relax. They were taking the clippers so fast up and down on their heads that they both looked very uncomfortable, they didnt take their time, completely rude to me which I had my 1 year old with me too. I was unable to go back with them because they said oh COVID-19 rules. Both boys were shaking, they had razor burn on the tops of their head and necks, they looked so uncomfortable in the chairs. My 3 year old was shaking so bad that I stood next to him when I saw he looked terrified just to try and calm him down.Both ladies may have spent 5 to 7 minutes with each boy. Literally, felt as though they were getting haircuts at basic training with the terrible manner they were treated. They never swept up after each client. There was hair everywhere. They again after one boy was done told me I needed to be by the door because of COVID-19 rules, thats BS. Your salon was covered in hair and I never saw any one sanitize after each client was sitting their in the time frame we were there.Now, I not one to give bad reviews or complain, but my boys were uncomfortable in the chair and the manner in which we were treated was unacceptable. I know people are weirded out by this virus, but can you not treat kids like they are cattle. Bring them in then shoving them out as fast as possible.I would have said something in the salon when we were there. But Im sure it wouldnt matter. Im not some crazy psycho mom that thinks Im entitled and my kids were probably screaming and rude to them. My kids are way better than that and so am I. The way we were treated was wrong.Of course my boys are ok. But were left confused as to why they were pushed out so quickly and why they couldnt be together like always while getting the haircut. We have been to Great Clips during this pandemic and have NEVER been treated like this and especially my boys.I would have given no stars. But you have to give something.Needless, to say I will always go to the location we have been going to for 4 years. My advice, dont use this location for kids.

I felt the lady that cut my hair rushed it and didnt cut my hair evenly . Left uncut hair .and then said ok youre done you can get up now when she hadnt even brushed the hair off of me or my head or my clothes. My sideburns I asked her to trim she cut unevenly and with a slant . I was unsatisfied after asking things to be fixed and didnt get fixed I just left . Never had a bad experience at any other locations so I probably wont be going to this location again

After arriving, I went directly to receive my haircut, without making an appointment.The lady who cut my hair did an outstanding job and is very friendly and professional.I will definitely be returning for my haircuts.

My stylist had no personality. They were all sitting around talking and didnt even say hi when I walked in the door. Hair cut was mediocre and she cut my ear. There are other great clips in town... avoid this one.

I did not get the stylists name but it says Dezzy on the receipt. She was amazing. My hair was looking a little bit like an unwanted mullet was starting to appear when I walked in and the grow out process was not much fun at this point. She shaped it up and had it looking awesome before I walked out the door. I definitely would recommend coming here.

Ive been a GreatClips customer for a while and my haircuts are usually rushed. A few times after coming home, I found problems with my haircut, but dont have time to return to the shop for corrections. I understand that stylists are pushed to perform to meet a customer quota/hour, and to produce more profits, but I need good haircuts and service.

I told the hair dresser what I wanted and even showed. Picture yet didnt get what I wanted

We went in today and got my partner a hair cut, we been going to this location for two years including taking my clients there...NO MORE..there was a sale on shampoo and styling products, the young lady who served us asked for help on how to do the discount, the store manager just looked at her, and just sat in one of the chairs and continue to look on her phone...then after another girl helped her the discount was not showing up. Then the manager spoked and said that was last months promotion..but their signs are still up next to the product with no expiration date..then that was all she said...the lady waiting on us was speechless...i had people with me so I did not complain, because the manager was more into what was going on with her phone then our issue...her team were really busting their tail, why she kept interupting them to show them what was ever on her phone...i am going to reach out to corporate about this because if the sale was over in September, then the signs should of been removed, and i could be like no big deal if it was a day or two but 13 days to be advertising a promotion past its expiration date and not a sorry or anything...wont be back...

I have been going to Great Clips for quite a few years now and have a favorite stylist. I like the salon as it is very clean and organized. I usually call first to make sure my stylist will be because it is a walk-in salon.

Went to 2192 W Kimberly for a haircut. Never again. Got it friday 3/9/2018. Sideburns uneven, a good quarter inch. Looks like someone put a bowl over my head. If there was a 0 star rating wouldve given that. People commenting and laughing. Suggest you dont go to that location unless you want to look like Mo from the three from the three stooges. Going back to North Park mall Great Clips to re do haircut to my satisfaction.

Took my 2 year old to get his first haircut. He was scared and started crying... She didnt even try, said unless he stopped crying, she couldnt cut his hair. We left and took our business elswhere (Cost Cutters)

Worst haircut Ive received ever. Long hairs all over my head and they didnt trim my neck hair. Had to have my girlfriend cut it when I got home. Easiest haircut (high and tight) but even they screwed that up

I have taken my son to this location only a couple of times and everytime they mess it up. This last time I was there was on 1/10/17 and it was the worst yet. I didnt notice until i got in my car. It was so bad I went back inside and asked for a refund. The stylist said I would have to wait for manager to come back for refund. I didnt want to wait because it was 8p. I left my number for manager. I called back the next day after work because I had not received a call from the manager. When I call the manager was not there. So I explain why I was calling and the lady rudely said the manager said she call me back in a day or two. Im pretty sure it was the same stylist the messed my son hair up. I still have not received a call back or refund. Worst place ever.

The lady that cut my hair just used a buzzer when I specifically told her that I wanted clippers on the sides and scissors on top. Not to mention she was in the phone throughout the duration of the haircut. Very disappointed.

I generally am not a fan of any franchise, but they seem to be the only place that gets my dry, thin, grey (I prefer platinum) hair and it doesnt seem to matter which location I visit!

My husband took my son to get a haircut here and did not realize it was close to closing time, he got there at 445 and they closed at 5 and the open sign was still on, yet some female that worked there had the nerve to tell him that they are closing early. Are you kidding me? How can you turn away our business because you may be stuck there past 5. Never going here again and neither will my family any longer.
