I have been there three times this year. Twice I received a nice haircut from two different stylists. Today got a haircut from a third different stylist and my haircut is a mess. Very choppy and way shorter than I wanted. Not much of an attempt at styling my hair, just a chop job.

Never had my hair done here lets just start there. Never had the pleasure. Im sure the employees are lovely but this is my first impression. Have walked in on 3 different occasions, all weekdays, around 9am-ish. Have never been created, just stared at. After I say hello then they spoke to me. Asked what I needed help with, I stated just basic hair cut. Were booked till 1 is the answer I got each time. I know I can make an appt but I figured thats what these places are for, easy, quick walk-ins. Not saying they do a bad job or anything just inconvenient.

Had the best help yesterday! Went in for simple cut, and changed my mind to get perm in to my hair. She didnt get an attitude, was making sure her other customers were taken care of at same time. I will be going back!

I really liked the person who cut my hair, did it just liked I asked. The salon could have been cleaner.

Ive been using the same place for years. Only time I ever had an issue was when they had new temp girls. Wont go anywhere else unless their services suddenly decline.They tend to be very LGBT friendly and willing to learn.

I did a walk in today for a eyebrow wax. Not only was there no wait but also went very fast and my brows came out awesome! I would recommend. A little more pricey then some places for eyebrow waxs but ill go back for how good they came out.

Never using these people again!!!!!!! Not only did the lady, Julie, cut his neck up, she was completely rude about it and treated him with so much disrespect. She was rough with a simple buzz cut and profiled us the entire time. She also took part of his beard off. Accused us of not going to pay after she hurt him. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!

I had an appointment for 12:15. I told them over the phone what I needed and they said they put it down. I come in and the girl who is greeting me (some girl with black and teal hair. I don’t remember her name), 15 minutes after I come in, asked what I wanted. As I’m telling her, she’s interrupting me and saying “just a cut?” over and over. Like okay well if you would let me finish, you’d know what I want. After she finally lets me explain, she says they don’t have time for that. I told her I called and they said they had time and that they put my appointment in the book for 12:15. She told me I called a different Cost Cutters. I told her I called that store. She continued to tell me I was wrong, until I pulled it up on my phone and read the number to her. Only after ALL of this does she use her eyeballs to actually LOOK at the appointment book and see that I am, in fact, scheduled for everything I just explained to her. She said the girl I had an appointment with wanted to leave and I would have to call and schedule another appointment with her for next week. What a complete bust. I drove across town after making an appointment, was treated very rudely, and then sent away and told to schedule another appointment with the same person who just blew off my appointment today. I am obviously not going to do that because it didn’t work this time so why would I drive there and think it would work next time? Garbage customer service.

Went in for a buzz cut and received razor burn and cuts all over my head and neck! Woman named Julie and when i complained she said why cuz i nicked you a little, i kinda expected you not to pay anyways contacted the franchisee and he tells me maby cost cutters isnt the place for you Never go here youll get assaulted! Will be uploading pictures and contacting the media

They do a really nice job with men and little boy haircuts.

If you are wanting to get a perm done, don’t make the same mistake I did! Don’t go here for a perm, I got one done in October by Jessica and it was horrible. I talked to someone about how unhappy I was and the only thing they wanted to do is redo my hair. I have spent so much money on products to get my hair healthy again, and am having so much hair loss now. So I would really not recommend this place at all!

Took my 2 year old in for first haircut. The hair stylest was very good with him and went the extra mile to make him comfortable

Adrina is an amazing stylist and I would recommend her to anyone! She fixed the copper box color ombré I did to my own hair and the colors blend amazing and the cut is just perfect for my face! I would rate a 10/10!

I’ve been a regular clinic of Adrina’s for about a year now. I’ve been a loyal clinic since the first time this amazing hair stylish touched my hair. From the moment I step foot in the salon I’m treated professionally. I’m extremely impressed with Adrina’s appearance as she represents herself like a true hairstylist should. The laughter and vibe in this store always has me smiling when I leave, not to mention my hair is silky soft and gorgeous. I literally feel like a million bucks! I recommend Adrina to all my friends and family. My Mom even see’s her regularly for all her glamour needs. Cost Cutters in the Kimberly Common is lucky to have such an amazing, beautiful person working for them. They will always have my business as long as Adrina works there.

Absolutely horrible!!!!!!!!! I got my haircut by Adrina and she did the worst job I have ever seen. My hair looks chopped..like a 4 year old just took scissors to my hair. I am surprised she has a job as a hairstylist. She needs to go back to cosmetology school! Be warned. I will never ever ever go here again. Worst place ever.

Should of known not to go here, the lady with the red hair gave me an uneven haircut I had to line up myself when I got home. Also the lady next to her was laughing at the haircut the whole time.
