I went to the Aesthetic Center to have a mole removed and I paid out of pocket for the procedure in full. Even though the procedure was fully paid for at the time of my appointment. The Aesthetic Center proceeded to charge my insurance $17,400.00 for a $1,500.00 procedure- (Again I had already paid the full cost of $1,500.00 at the time of my procedure).When I called the office to ask for an explanation on how an error of this magnitude could occur, I was not given one, the financial director did not even apologize for this “mistake”.Needless to say, errors like this are not acceptable and come off as blatant insurance fraud.Not to mention a week after my procedure I was asked to email a photo of my stitches to the office nurse to see how they were healing. During this email interaction, the nurse offered to send me scar tape to help with the healing process. At no point did the nurse disclose that the scar tape was not part of the procedure aftercare, or that it would be an additional cost. Therefore, I was confused when my card was charged $48. When the tape arrived in the mail, I was shocked to see that they had charged me $48 for a strip of tape (not a roll) but an actual strip of tape.After my experience I would highly advise others to look at other alternatives and save yourself the headache of dealing with this kind of fraudulent and money hungry behavior.

It is difficult to be succinct about my experience with Dr Passaretti and the entire staff of the Aesthetic Center. From my first appointment to my follow up after surgery, I always felt well taken care of and informed. Everyone I met along the way was kind, professional, and they made me feel safe & secure in my choice.The procedure I chose absolutely changed my life. I have wanted to do it for more than 15 years. I will be 7 weeks post-op tomorrow, and I cannot believe the results. From the ease of the healing process, to the overall shape created by Dr Passaretti, to the boost in how I feel about myself….I would do it again and pay double. He basically waved a magic wand as far as I am concerned.If you are considering plastic surgery, do it…and certainly choose Dr Passaretti!

Website advertises Transgender lower surgery, so i made an appointment in mid July asking for a consultation. Saw Leo Otake, whom at first acted like a surgeon that performed lower surgery until l asked how many surgeries he had performed. As it turns out, he is not a surgeon and seemed only interested in selling other procedures, as well as not being fully aware of what the outcome of the surgery should be (Was told that scrotal skin grafts would not re-gain sensitivity and later on was corrected in the matter)Im sure they had no problem billing my insurance for the visit, though. I would have considered going there for breast augmentation, but the deceptive business practices have left a sour taste in my mouth.

Dr. Otake preformed my Diep Flap surgery two years ago for recurring beast cancer. At 46 I was very worried about how the reconstruction would look and feel and I can say I could not be more happy with my results! The team is amazing! They have handled all my insurance stuff for me allowing me to focus on getting back to 100%.

Dr. Newman has performed several procedures on me, some complex, some straightforward. He is the best in every possible way. His skill has been perfected. He doesnt so much as touch you without first telling you whats coming next, reducing anxiety. His office is comfortable and beautiful with plenty of free parking. His staff is polite, friendly, supportive, comforting and helpful to the last man . . . or woman. I would never go to any other plastic surgeon. He is the best and that is reflected in his office practice.

How do even begin to describe how happy Dr. David Passaretti has made me. The moment I stepped into the Aesthetic Center I felt safe. The staff was caring and compassionate. I had so many questions in regards to my Beast reduction and all my questions were happily answered with clarity and confidence. It has been 1 month since my surgery and I am ecstatic with my results. I have my confidence back. Dr Passaretti listened to my concerns and requests. I would gladly go back if I needed anything else done.

I came to the Aesthetic Center for reconstruction following a breast cancer diagnosis. The doctors and staff were wonderful; warm and kind. I had an insurance issue and the entire team fought on my behalf. I feel they went above and beyond to help me throughout this entire process and made a potentially awful situation into a positive one. I cant praise them enough.

Everyone was so kind from the receptionist to the nurses to the doctor. They explained the procedure clearly. I didn’t have to wait long. The nurse kept the pain to a minimum. I knew what to expect and what to do when i went home. It was a positive experience.

I want to start out by saying this is one of the best things Ive ever done for myself I felt like a whole new person and on a Euphoria when I left. Ive spent thousands of dollars on anti-wrinkle creams and use them religiously and saw no difference and I felt like I kept getting older and more weathered. I came in and saw doctor David Passaretti and he was incredible. He gave me the right amount of Botox and my face looks and I look young again and in my twenties I am so happy with the results and I will definitely go back in the future for more. I recommend this to anybody who wants to feel better about themselves and wants to feel as good as they do on theinside on the out.

I had a wonderful hydrafacial treatment which made my skin feel young and fresh again! Definitely going back for another one soon.

Recently visited the Aesthetic Center in CT for laser resurfacing (BBL and Sciton Halo laser, dual treatment.) So professional and knowledgeable....and nice! 5 days later, my face is glowing! Quick recovery - and a great way to refresh your skin - its almost like photoshop in real life! Amazing!
