I have had several laser hair removal sessions elsewhere and this is the only place that has delivered actual results with the most latest tech! I continue to feel pleased after every session. I have also had the lymphatic drainage massage with great results as my job requires me to be on my feet all day long. Amanda, Marie & Edita as well as the rest of the staff are professional, thorough, welcoming and excellent at what they do. Highly recommend this place!

A good friend told me that having procedures like Botox and lip filler is an art, not a science. Amanda at Versailles Medical Spa is a true artist.Of course, she also knows the scientific aspect of each procedure and explains each procedure with great care. She certainly “knows her stuff” when it comes to the mechanics of the procedures she performs.However, perhaps more importantly, she is facial artist. She really studied my face and made decisions based on the structure and composition of my face. Also, I have to mention that her touch was extremely light and I felt virtually no pain with each injection. I had a slight allergic reaction to the lidocaine (numbing cream) and she observed this right away and was extremely attentive.I really enjoyed my appointment with Amanda, she was so sweet and her work was simply amazing. So excited and happy that I found this place- I will definitely be coming back!

I not so recently had a couple of visits here earlier this year. Took me this long to write a review because I really wanted to know what I wanted to say and give myself some time to see results which I didn’t. While I don’t want to be rude, it may seem that way.I had lip fillers done and it took two sessions. The first session was ok I had no clue what I had gotten myself into. One side of my lip was still numb while the other was not, YES I could feel everything. Not too bad though I swelled up as to be expected I noticed a lot of imperfections that was wrong but I thought the second session will fix it. Also they were not as I wanted(keep that in mind). The second session comes around and I tell the lady doing my lip injection how unhappy I am! I didn’t like that my lips were still THE SAME EXACT SIZE as previous literally I wanna say a 5% difference and comparing that to the complete 100%. The lady did not care at all she showed me a before and after picture and I told her there’s no change. She basically told me that she only does lips the way that she likes them done a very natural way and that’s exactly what I wanted. I just didn’t want my lips to look the exact same. Lip injections are supposed to plump them up enough so that the patient can see a difference and feel and look good. Right? That’s the point of getting lip injections. Anyways she offered me to come back and get another injection at basically the same price. Thanks.Fast forwarding to current events, my lips are still uneven and they are still the same. If you want lip injections PLEASE do your research usually the ones that aren’t so full of themselves are the ones who are the BEST. There are great places out there that do such a great job! Also places who do monthly payments and when you go in you have 500 and the total price of your treatment was 250 you still have the rest. If you cancel you can even cash out the remaining amount.Hope this helps anyone that may be thinking about this place. While most were so nice I just can’t see anyone going for lip injections or microblading with Marie.

Ive come in for multiple treatments over the course of a few years and have always had a fantastic experience here. Most recently I came in for a liquid face lift with RN Amanda, and was able to work with her to find a mixture of injectable that worked best for some tightening as well as wrinkling issues Ive developed over the years. She recommended I add a micro needling procedure that absolutely improved the texture and elasticity of my skin, which I hadnt of even thought to correct. Its always a luxe experience here! Ps. check out the needless serum if you have a chance, its great.

I recommend Marie to anyone without hesitation. The micro-blade process that she has so much experience performing will provide you very natural looking results. I told her what I was looking for and I am completely happy with the decision get the procedure and even happier that I chose Marie to handle it. On the day of my arrival I was screened for a COVID-19, they took all the necessary precautions that made me feel safe and comfortable. The consultation was held by nurse-practitioner and it was very informative and helpful. I was able to book my appointment for the same day and got my service done. Called today for preliminary pricing for laser hair removal. Understandable that individual factors may lead to the need for more/less sessions, time spent, etc. but to not be able to even give a baseline felt like a way to surge prices. 5 other providers could give ranges, at very least. A big push to come in with not much empathy around not wanting to unnecessarily (given covid risks), if the minimum pricing wasnt even clear.

I had a bad experience with Versailles. I’m a Women of age and Cool Sculpting did not reduce any fat in my stomach a year after my treatment. What bothers me the most. They did not ask what medication I was taking. That should be on any medical (cosmetic) procedure application. I hope and do believe that important question is on their application now. I also left a message to Maria she need to make my wrong a right. Versailles need to have medical staff. The technicians or not Doctors. I do not recommend Versailles.👎🏼👎🏽👎🏽👎🏻👎🏻Maria /Versailles the bottom line ask what MEDICATION people take. Ask that simple question. Then tell them you may not be a candidate for this procedure. Next time you may not be so lucky. You may get sued. Are you even a USA citizen?.For the record Maria it doesn’t look like your Versailles products worked on you either. My first time ever trying Botox...I came home with large, hard welts on my forehead that didn’t go away for days and looked like horns. I also had eye swelling. I was assured this was “normal,” and shrugged off when I called to express concern. When I shared my experience with a friend who’s had Botox, she was shocked and told me to go to her place when it wore off. I was so afraid of the same thing happening that I waited a year and a half. The RN at the new place saw the pictures and was baffled. My experience at the new place was vastly different. Small welts that faded after 5 minutes. I am convinced that the girl at Versailles did something very wrong. When you are dealing with injecting things into someone’s face you can’t be too thorough, too careful, or too experienced. *EDITED to respond to owner’s reply below- I expressed concern immediately after my first treatment. Via email and phone conversation. I went back to the same place a few weeks later because my initial injection left me uneven and I still had use of some muscles which looked very off. I would not go to a different place to have an alteration made- I knew I had to go back to the girl who knew where she did the initial injections, even though I wish I had never gone to Versailles at all. A different place would not know where I was initially injected. I just wanted her to “fix” it as best she could so I could look as normal as possible until it wore off. I waited a year and a half to leave a review because that’s how long it took me to get the courage to try it again somewhere else and see how different my experience could be. My experience, along with the owners response below, should scare anyone off.

I had the absolute best experience at Versailles medical spa. After just opening again, they are fully prepared to check for COVID 19 and even offer antibody tests upon arrival. I have not seen more than one other client in the place besides me which made me feel safe. I came for a consult with Marie for microblading, who immediately wowed me with her knowledge and expertise. I also decided to get a facial with Justine, during which I learned I had never had an actual facial until I met her. Today I went back for my microblading appointment and Marie lived up to every expectation and more. She was very purposeful with every action she made. Totally transformed my face. Versailles medical spa is reasonably priced and has every treatment under the sun. So impressed. Can’t stop looking at the menu for what other treatments I can get!

I love Versailles Med. Spa ! My girlfriend referred me to this place. After my first visit of this place i was amazed by level of professionalism and knowledge what they can offer for me. I had my third laser hair removal to my underarm and i see huge difference already..... and that is amazing. After 3rd. treatment my skin is softer and only couple hair came back. AMAZING !!!!PS: And i did my eyebrow sharpening as well .... so forget the shopping mall cheap places . Summer here i come ...

I came to Versailles Medspa for laser hair removal, I trusted this practice based on their incredible reviews and once I got there I could see why theyre rated the best. First of all the facility is beautiful, and I loved how the staff welcomed me from the moment I walked in, everyone was so nice and pleasant. The wait time was very minimal after filling out my forms, and then met the nurse Kim who was so amazing at calming my nerves, she educated me on what to expect during my session and after, walked me through the entire process which was completely PAINLESS (I was shocked to be honest). I am SOOO happy that I decided to do this for myself, I wish I had done this much sooner. I definitely will be coming back to Versailles Medical Spa to try different treatments, and will be recommending to all my friends & family!
