I would give zero stars if I was able to. Came here as my last option, but they gave me a prescription that was four times stronger than it was supposed to be. I re-did my exam and she gave me the exact same prescription. One year later I go to another doctor and they told me that my prescription is way too high than supposed. And was surprised my eyes didn’t spasm over how high it was. DO NOT recommend getting eye exams here. Buy glasses if you want but do not get your prescription from here!!!

My wife and I both purchased glasses here and we were very impressed with the cheerful, professional service we received. We were also surprised at the cleanliness of the eyeware showroom. We would definitely recommend this business to folks wanting quality eyeware and outstanding service from seasoned, knowledgeable technicians!

She wouldnt do anything for my broken frames. She wouldnt even look at them.

I admit I do not shop at Walmart as a rule. It is typically crowded and they seem to have as few customer service clerks as they can get away with. The company also does not have a great track record with the people who work for them but the Vision Center there was covered by my insurance. Totally different experience. The people who have helped me there were so friendly and personable and made me feel like a valued customer. I recommend it!

My daughter broke her glasses and they are still under warranty. Her mom is having to take her to Martinsville to resolve the issue. They claim they arent doing any repairs and limited on what they can do but in all actuality it seems like laziness to me. No other Walmart Vision center is claiming this!
