I’ve been going to Dr.Tran since 2019. I was apprehensive as I’ve been misdiagnosed before, and also overmedicated before. However, Dr.Tran became my best friend. He’s truly a compassionate and understanding man and this goes for his staff as well. I would recommend him to anyone who’s going through a tough time. Lori, a licensed counselor at his office, is also a wonderful woman to work with. Everyone at his office truly just wants to help others and the environment is so friendly and welcoming.

Excellent medical staff, with a keen eye for helping me as I go through ups and downs I just cannot seem to manage. Especially intuitive to change, and helping with depression and anxiety. Finally - they are cautious working with controlled medication, but do prescribe it as needed, and at the level that has felt about right. They have been flawless dealing with the pharmacy. Its nice knowing that anything wrong, its the pharmacy thats confused.

Dr. Tran is a very knowledgeable and professional Dr. who accesses your needs in order to provide you with the care you deserve. I have been to several other doctors over the years and he is by far the only one I would highly recommend to my friends and family who many now are currently patients as well.

Dr. QH Tran treated me for several years. The last few months I was there you could only use an answering service to get a message to the office and they would call you back. It was extremely difficult to call in when I got sick with the flu. The office had a sign up for a couple of months asking patients not to come in if they were sick. I was within 24 hours of having to cancel so I had to go or they would not prescribe my medication. I tried to call but could not get through. It was extremely frustrating. After my arrival I was ushered in to the exit room because I was so sick. I was asked twice, why I came in, and why didn’t I call?! I felt like I was being scolded by the receptionist. I just looked at her, and told her to either have someone see me or not. I gave her my credit card. She was so put out, so much attitude! I just said, fine whatever, picked up my credit card, and she either tried to grab me or my credit card through the window that divided us. I freaked out. It was horrible. No one called me after the interaction, but they did however send the police to check on me because they thought I was suicidal. I was so angry I could have spit nails. I have a pretty good idea that receptionist said something to the other staff members that just simply wasn’t true to save her own butt. It was unprofessional, embarrassing, and disappointing. I never received a call from Dr. QH Tran. I had to ask for a letter to release me from his care, so I could go to a new doctor. It was really horrible. I trusted Dr. Tran and his office. Any psych patient will tell you they never want to switch doctors, it is a big hassle. I didn’t want to, but I was left with no choice. There was poor communication and lack of follow up. Really disappointing after so many years.

Im not quite sure what the people who rated Dr. Tran negatively are talking about. maybe they are the maybe we can get something for free type. I went to the Holliner group previously and they were at cattle call. Could not diagnose me to save their life, Dr. Tran listened to me my first visit and knew, off the bat, my issues and what to move forward with. I rave to him and his abilities to everyone that asks me who I go to.

Dr. Tran is a courteous, intelligent and warm person. His office is very welcoming just like the energy and behavior of his entire staff.Honestly, I have been here for quite some time and could easily write a novella about the positivity, trust and admiration for his services and staff.I will mention some of the great things about his office and my experiences.* Dr. Tran understands children! He is very aware of their own feelings and emotions and makes a difference thru the way he interacts with you and them. He always stops to listen to my lil one and also validates her by truly asking her how are you doing today and conversing with her about anything else that might be on their minds. My child isnt being treated by Dr.Tran or anyone but he is sincerely a good role model for kids to think about what their own future could be like and that Drs are definitely good ppl too!He definitely has been a blessing, in many ways including the obvious deliberate choices he made when hiring staff, that is so kind and laid back, with Crystal ( a former secretary), for instance, made me feel like I was her singular priority, although I could see her multi-tasking, she always smiled and would never rush me. She and Wendy took into consideration that honestly listening to the information I had to give was important for me and for us. I call that active listening and I appreciate the courtesy of my life being a priority and worth their time. Cheryl, too, is efficient and speedy yet friendly with an A+attitude.I actually believe in what I call the REAL trickle down theory. It starts at reception and the pr/hr at a companys website and phone. If you can give it a 10 out of a scale of 1-10. Then, generally speaking, at the top is a kind hearted, respected and respectful leader who facilitates the same energy into each person at the office. There infectious happiness rides down to the ground level where often the most length of the relationship between the patient and office can exist. Therefore, it must be easy and carefree, nurtured from above and kept in the expectancy of the flow from day to day, year to year.On the aesthetic, the offices and bathroom are always clean and classy. The waiting room is brief and it has parent approved movies and coloring activities for kids. The location is also very nice with parking right out front. Most importantly, to me, Dr. Tran also has been treated me with his own intelligent focus on my visits. I came to Dr. Tran because, my last Dr. had a terrible time remembering me and my needs. Yikes! Trying to re-aquant myself (with every new visit) with the same Dr. I had known for an extensive range of time seemed ridiculous! Ideally, some refuge there seemed hopeless. I wanted a good Dr. to patient relationship. Therefore, starting over with Dr. Tran was a godsend because I wasnt expecting to find more solace, relaxation and normality yet it happened fastest thru his ability to identify the root or cause. That my health and past needs werent being addressed. Instead, managed thru simple office visits with desentitized, ignorant or apathetic Drs prior.I was complex because Drs saw my plethora of physical health issues and disabilities and couldnt simply look clearer and pay attention to the information that would be affective in developing a good focus on the now and future me. With the help of an experienced open mind, simple office visits are definitely possible here! Thanks for your help ( Dr. Tran) and support! I am so happy to be able to move forward in life without the same constraints that I previously accepted were just my life and my weaknesses.
