Been using off and more than half my life 16 years ! Ive gotten clean cold turkey many times longest was almost 5 years but this last time I relapsed in 2018 I just couldnt do it my usage was at an all time high i couldnt take control I was always to embarrassed to admit to my problem to my parents or anyone at that so going to a treatment was scary for me to have to admit I am an addict I was very negative at first I thought it was gonna be a waste of time I thought the medication would be useless well you never know unless you try for yourself and Ill forever be grateful for my fiance Angel pushing me to get help and my parents for being a great support system for me I started last Wednesday and here I am over a week later and I havent relapsed Im at 70 mg and I feel amazing I can finally sleep through the night I can finally wake up and get my day started with no problems no sickness my life doesnt revolve around getting my next fix trying to get some so I can go to work it feels so good to be able to wake up get ready for work n just go the staff is amazing my counselor is the best they gave me hope something I havent had in a very long time I wanted to take the easy way out and end my life but thanks to them I no longer have those thoughts thanks to them I actually have just began my life thank you so much cross roads!!

I thought this clinic was great at first but then they showed their true colors. Ive been through alot this year and had some very bad luck! I live in Mesquite and they are deep in oak cliff off of hwy 67. Its not easy for me to get there so some days I couldnt go cause I didnt have enough for my dose and gas money but they would still charge me! The whole staff is very fake! All they care about is getting your money. I was on 130 mgs and hadnt had a dose in almost 3 days! I was very sick! Im still very sick but I cant start a new clinic till Monday. I tried to pay them when I could towards my back balance but that wasnt good enough. Ill never trust another clinic like that again! This clinic is only for people that have money.

It is highly recommend to try the Dallas County Recovery Center. They are WORLDS above Crossroads. They actually go by a recovery plan and they operate way more efficient. Dallas County Recovery doesn’t mess around.Two ladies at this Crossroads like to play games with Clients when the director is away. They play games like trying to force clients to sign contracts by threatening to withhold doses. We plan on producing an on air segment about this. Some added information: Apparently if doses are missed because a client is sick and did not appear, or doses are terminated for what ever reason, the money the client payed is not refunded.Edit: It appears the director (Joseph Baiamonte) plays games too.Edit: The director continues to play more games. Were glad you found a place that treats people with severe mental health issues.To clarify the scope of Crossroads actually isnt any type of treatment at all. There are no plans. The counselors main job is to make sure the director doesnt get shot. The extent of Crossroads function is to take $12 a day and nothing more.Occasionally, we have to make tough decisions that are in the best interest of those we serve, regardless of how those decisions are interpreted.So weve heard... Tough decisions like stating that a certain client should be applying make up before each visit to the facility. Or the tough decision made by of one of your so-called counselors following said client out of the facility and confronting her in a private vehicle while verbally communicating confidential information for the general public to hear.It also must have been tough to base decisions on the words of Robert Linderman (Also known as Paul) who is a well known meth dealer from Lancaster.We are pulling for you to make the right choice(s), even though it may be an uncomfortable one. As the Director, I am in full support of our Treatment Teams decision, which includes the medical opinion of 2 highly experienced physicians.So youre in full support of your teams decision to react based on assumption that facial lesions are due to drug habit, while denying a doctors written order which proves that the lesions were in fact a product of spider bites.

The folks at Crossroads went above and beyond when it came to me moving back to Texas and needing to find another clinic a few years ago, and ever since, they have always worked with me and have truly helped guide me through my recovery every step of the way. I’m forever grateful to the entire staff, from Anna Marie and her consistently warm smile and demeanor, the counselors who want you to succeed, and the nurses whose number one priority is to make sure that you’re comfortable and taken care of in the best way possible. I have always felt welcomed and encouraged by the staff here - and without a doubt, they’ve helped me put my life back together and have shown me more compassion and concern than ANYWHERE else. The words, ‘Thank you’ will never be enough to express the gratitude and appreciation I have for them, but thank you guys!!

This place is wonderful, Annamarie the office manager is wonderful and so sweet and understanding. She always has a smile on her face and she tries everything she can to make sure your taken care of. And the counselors (all 3 of them) are highly qualified and amazing to work with. Then you have the dosing nurse. She is my favorite!! Well her and Annamarie, they tie with each other! Such a good place to not feel judged and feel cared about. Its a really far drive for me and i wont transfer cause i love this clinic and the people there!!(side note though, dont ever be late!!! Not even one minute! The doors lock right at closing time and they dont make exceptions to let you in. If your lucky they might have not locked up right at closing but do not count on it. Just be responsible and get your butt there in time.)

She has been nothing but nice and helpful, and in my experience there, seems to go out of her way to help me with anything I might need or questions I have. I would highly recommend speaking with her if you have any questions, or are thinking about getting help at this place. She will go above and beyond to help you. I transferred here from another clinic (who horribly dropped the ball on their end getting me transferred) and AnneMarie did all the leg work to ensure that I wasnt without medication by staying in constant contact with the other clinic to ensure that everything went smoothly for my transition into this clinic. She went above and beyond and Im forever grateful for the amount of work she did for me by almost making the other clinic get their $#!t together and do their job. I thank her all the time when I see her. The counselors treat you amazingly and not as just another number or addict. They care about getting you treated fairly and helping those who need help in other aspects of life, transition back in to normal life and society. I cant say enough of how Im impressed with these professionals!!! I highly reccomend this clinic!!! Thank you all for helping through my moving process and showing that you truly care!

Crossroads is a great place to get your life under control. Staff is wonderful and the clients are very respectable people. Nothing but good things to say for Crossroads.

Some days its a circus.... Not to point any fingers but more needs to be put in the care of the patients not just go in to be medicated and never challenged together as a recovery community. Maybe just my opinion but if I were to do anything it would be my passion not just to retain a check from doing so. #579

My first time in a rehab and the best place to go to for help..will not turn you down like all the other ones ..they treat me like family and the counselors are so nice and kind..this is the place to go if you realy want help..im so happy i found this place..it changed my life..im a whole different person now..Ive never been so happy....thank you jesus...
