I was put on hold disconnected they couldnt even take my information correctly and now they just hang up and dont answer Ive called 10 times and was hung up on everytime. They just pick up and hang up.

Let me give you some advice. If a business is located within the confines of an Walmart, do yourself a tremendous favor - and AVOID! In case you are from Mars (and did not realize this) Walmart is not a place that is known for employing humans that know the first thing about customer service (nor do they know how to read or marry people theyre not related to). So I can assure you - if you attempt to purchase glasses at Walmart Vision & Glasses, you will end up even blinder than you were before you arrived. Plus some of the hoodrats will most likely beat you, rob you, and make non-consensual love to you.

Just don’t come. Awful customer service. I went there to order contacts and the sale people were the rudest I’ve ever met. I have ordered contacts from other Walmarts so I can tell you responsibly just don’t go there and give yourself a bad day.

I will never return here....the women who was doing my mother eye exam was the worst she was very rude to her. Told her she was being childish because she wasnt able to see the letters she spent about 10 minutes and said it was going to take to long and she had other appointments. We rescheduled with another doctor and he was very nice and was able to get her eye exam finished.

Here to pick up my glasses and the indian lady chose to frame others even tho they came in after me. Im still waiting its been 30 minutes for a glasses pickup !! Not cool if I am a paying customer i paid 250
