Let me just say the staff and doctors are PHENOMENAL! the staff greet you nicely, and explain very thoroughly what your insurance accepts and doesnt. they follow the covid guidelines in a very correct way, HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

They are the worst in customer service. Im on the bus line and have called numerous time at different times. Always voice mail and never recieved a call back. Ive called after opening hours. Same results. I have health insurance and just wanted to make sure they accept it. Im not going to waste my time and money just to be told Im not covered. They suck!

I don’t even live over here anymore but I will continue to come to these guys each year. They are all genuinely pleasant to work with! The selection is decent and prices are competitive.

Ive been going to him for about 3 years. He is great. He is very knowledgeable and professional. His staff is very professional and helpful. He hasnt changed one bit. He has the latest in diagnostic and testing equipment which is a plus!! He gets you in and out. The facility is very clean and neat inside. The wait time is maybe seconds if not that!! Not over crowded at all inside because everyone would rather schedule appointments and his service is so fast. He does except walk Ins Ive been satisfied since the day I walked through the door. I will be ordering more contacts for the year in a week or so an all I have to do is call and pay over the phone and they will call me as soon as they arrive.

I did not have my insurance info over the phone. I was told I could not schedule an appointment. I have insurance but I didnt info handy? How is that possible? I guess customer service does not exist here. I am so mad. Must be nice having the option to tu n away business like that.

I got as good an eye exam and service here, as I have gotten anywhere else. Ive been to optometrists throughout Texas, the U.S., and the military system; and I think this place is in the top two. I was seen soon after arriving, and the doctor (whos from Oak Cliff) couldnt have been more personable or professional. They have the latest in diagnostic and testing equipment, and a full selection of trial contacts and/or glasses. Id have no problem sending family and friends here.

I didnt have an appointment. So they do accept walk-ins. It wasnt a long wait. They do accept insurance. Not sure which ones, but they did accept blue cross. Answered all my questions and were very friendly. I recommend this nice, quiet, and easy place.
