I had no idea there was an ophthalmologist in Dallas! I definitely recommend Dr Crowley!! He was fantastic. The whole experience was wonderful, from the physician to the front desk. Ive already made an appointment for eye exam in February. If youre looking for a great doctor/optician this is it.... I give it a 10!!!!

There are two word that I would use to describes Dr. Crowley and his staff. Those words are Always Excellent.My first visit to Cobb Eye Center was in 2014 when my primary doctor referred me to Dr. Crowley to insure that my case of facial Shingles had not affected my eyes. When I arrived at the office, the building resembled a cozy cottage with cheerful flower filled pots to brighten the entry. Once I opened the door, a parlor like area lead to the reception desk where the staff greeted me with smiles and efficiency. The office atmosphere is kind and accepting with an at home feeling.In the years that I have visited Cobb Eye Center, I have always been serviced in a kind and professional matter. The staff is always helpful, especially when I have had a need for an emergency visit, or a refill on eye drops.Dr Crowley is a knowledgeable doctor and a down to earth human being who genuinely cares about people. He listens to my concerns about my eyes and allows me to ask questions without making me feel guilty about doing so. He also has a wonderful way of stating medical results first and then explaining in common words what the issues are. Again, always excellent. I highly recommend Cobb Eye Center for vision needs.

First time visiting this doctor and facility. Staff cordial, office warm inviting and clean. Doctors assistant kind, patient and efficient. The doctor himself didnt Rush the process but took time to do proper studies and evaluation of the new patient and properly explained current process and future planned procedure. This turned out to be a delightful experience.

I have been seeing Dr. Bruce Crowley at Cobb Eye Center for many years and consider him the best. He has performed cataract surgery on both eyes and laser surgery on one, and all were very successful. He makes you feel as if you are his only patient. Cobb Eye center is an efficient eyeexamination site. Dr parada is a well-qualified physician for treatment of diabetics and for cataract surgery. His personality is all business. So if youre looking for a welcome and comment it will not happen. He will discuss any diagnosis or problems that you may be having in full detail. Your staff is excellent and will take good care of you.

Yearly check up and everyone there is terrific. Friendly atmosphere and clean surroundings.Thanks again and Ill see you next year!

My visit today at Cobb Eye -Dallas was a pleasant experience! I was long overdue for an eye exam, new glasses & contacts, and today was the first time I was seen at this practice. My visit, from reception, to each portion of the eye exam, to glasses and contact lenses selection was friendly & professional. So glad to have “found” Cobb Eye Dallas!

The staff was courteous or not but doctor Crowley was rude and late and Im not giving him any stars.. doctor Carly has no bedside manner

I accompanied my wife on her scheduled visit. I had been experiencing some discomfort for the last two days. They were able to see me immediately, without an appointment, and prescribed something for me.

The front desk staff could have been a little more friendlier.. but the people in the back were very kind and patience.

Dr. Parada is absolutely wonderful. He takes his time with each patient and he genuinely cares about your total health. The entire staff are always kind and friendly. Sometimes the appointments can be lengthy but thats because they Dr. Parada is giving you his full attention and being as thorough as possible.

I had an appointment to look at a spot on my eyeball. They coded my visit as my 2 yr. annual visit so when I went in for my 2 yr. annual visit, which is free every two years, they tried to charge me for it and I had to fight them to have it recoded so it would be covered. The doctor also, at that time, told me I didnt need the refraction to determine the strength of my prescription. I guess he was running behind so I didnt get it. Now Ill have to go pay someone else because I do feel I need glasses for driving at night. Would never go back to this place. Not to mention I waited an hour for my appointment and the entire staff was not very friendly.

Dr Crowley was a pleasure as always. All office staff are very nice.

I was not happy with Dr. Parada. He was very abrupt and quite frankly rude. I do not feel like he really listened to me. He repeated questions that I had already answered and he was not sensitive to my Parkinsons symptoms when I couldnt hold my head straight.

Dr Crowley is TOP NOTCH...We have been going to him for Years!!!

Office was able to work me in very quickly.

These people will not work with your insurance company they only gave me a prescription good for one year. My insurance only covered me getting my eye exam every two years. Went to get glasses and asked if they would update it to a two-year prescription and they refused. My prescription has not changed in 37 years

I have been seeing Dr Crowley for quiet awhile!! He is a very good Doctor and has performed several surgeries on my eyes, could not have been more confident in a doctor! He is a total professional and cares about the patient always!!

I had an appointment on Jan 25, 2019, for a routine eye exam and was billed $100, even thou I told them I owed ONLY a co payment of $60! They said they would refund my $40 after the bill was submitted to the insurance company.Here we are now JULY 11, 2019, and haven’t seen my refund ! Been calling the billing department at least once a week and being told they are waiting for corporate office to send it!Really!!! If it was reversed I would already have unlimited phones calls & letters of harassment!!! And then be submitted to a bill collector with interest with more harassment !!Well I’ll be going there soon in person, and my $40 check BEST be ready!Soo my thought of this business is.....the service is fine but the billing department is another issue all it’s own!!Julie W

Person at front desk rude and seemed to be troubled with having to look up my insurance. I called my insurance provider last week and confirmed that they no longer issue insurance cards and they confirmed that there wouldnt be any issues - that I can let Cobb Eye Center know who the provider is and they can look it up via my SSN. The lady at the front desk seemed off-put by this, but I was just there a year ago. She said something about their computers being changed. I heard her speaking to customers ahead of me and didnt like the tone. Wont go there again. Something about this place has changed dramatically in the year since Ive been.

They billed my insurance wrong and refused to fix it, will not ever use this place again because they cant fix a simple problem.

Oh My God the staff is awesome. I come 1 hour to come to the eye doctor and its worth it. Awesome customer service

My husband went here and they refused to give him his script and said that he would have to get his glasses or contacts at the office. This place is a joke and very unprofessional
