Had a 1:30 appointment, walked in at 1:15, filled out my paperwork, was back in the exam room by 1:40, saw Dr. Mollibashy at 1:47, and out by 2:10! All the staff was friendly and great. Al was fantastic and to the point (dont like wishy-washy docs), gave me some homework to hopefully feel better.

Unprofessional and rude staff. Every single time there is at least a 45 minute wait. Sadly, we got stuck with this group because Dr. A was on call at Medical City when we were in a car wreck. If you have a choice do NOT choose this group. Dr. Bruce Douthit is far better with a much better staff.

I had a serious knee injury and had to go to the ER. They referred me to this office and gave me the information. Before they even opened, I got a call from them and they said they could see me today. I was like wow that is awesome. My appointment was at 3pm. I got there at roughly 255pm. I didnt get called back to shortly after 5pm. Then in that room the nurse/tech asked a quick question and left. I waited for 30min more and decided to leave. On my way out. A lady asked if I was checking out. I told her I was tired of waiting and had waited for 2.5hrs Her response was oh okay. And no one ever apologized for the terrible service, not even once. Everyone else had been waiting for a VERY long time too. I recommend you go somewhere else. If I hadnt left, I probably would have spent 4-5hours there.

5 STARS to Dr. Jessica Wingfield. She is amazing, knowledgeable, takes her time with you, and very down to earth. She is the epitome of an excellent doctor in her field. I highly recommend her ! She treats my hand with cortisone injections (it hurts a little) and I can still say highly positive words about her because she does her job so well ! Also, the staff here are professional and courteous.

Had I written this review after my first visit I would have given the staff 2 stars. My first visit was met by a girl at the desk was obviously stressed and showed it. I walk with a walker and it is obvious that I dont get around well. She handed me a chip board with forms to fill out and told me to have a seat. I indicated then that I might have difficulty standing up from their chairs and she offered no help and told me to return the papers when I was done. As I knew their chairs are too low for me and standing I could not do so I could not return the papers. She was very unhappy that I could not bring the papers to her and a kind patient in the waiting room took them to her for me. Once I was called back the nurse was not friendly. She let me struggle to stand and I finally suggested she ask someone to help us. With a little help I was able to stand right up. She put me in a room that was bare and when I said I couldnt sit in their chairs she said I could sit on the exam table but did not offer a stool to help. Fortunately I am tall and could manage to get on the table with great difficulty as I was being see for a laceration to my hand and couldnt use it to help myself. She asked a few questions, took off my dressing and left the room. Dr. Wingfield appeared she was wonderful making me change my mind that I had made a mistake coming to this office. It is a shame she works in an office that is so unprofessional because she is wonderful. My second visit went better. I arrived in my wheelchair and different staff were there. Dr. Wingfield was as great as she was before. I ask this office why an Orthopedist office does not provide seating for persons with disabilities and seemingly are not conscious of the needs of patients who cannot move as normal. Are they aware that they show little compassion or interest in us only contempt that we are there and adding to their busy day?

The surgery went great. The doctor was very knowledgeable and comforting. My only issue was he felt I could return to work without any physical therapy completed. The staff was competent and polite, no matter what the issue was. I would definitely recommend this office to everyone.

We have used these doctors for years. My son has had knee tumors since he was an infant, and has had multiple knee surgeries now. The team within this practice has done nothing but loved and helped us all these years. Cooper is now 5 and looks forward to seeing Ms. Suzy (and her always offering him crackers and juice) and Dr. Abbaschian every time an appointment comes around. The wait is super quick and we drive 2 hrs to see them multiple times a year. So sitting for 20 mins or so is no problem. We never spend more than an hour here. The nurses are so loving and gentle with him, also. We could not be more grateful for yall!

Make sure to clear your whole day schedule when you visit. They make you wait first in the waiting area more than an hour past your appt time. Then about the same time in the exam room.

On August 2016, my PCP referred me there because apparently this doctor worked with my insurance . When I get there, they accepted my insurance card and did not say I was not in the network. I paid my copay. Early this month, I received a $660.05 bill. I called and called during my lunch time but nobody answer the phone. It might be they have the same schedule I have. When I am able to call afternoon, nobody answer. Bottom line, if you know a customers insurance is not on the network, please let him/her know. Other way he/she will end up paying more money. Also, why do customers have to receive a bill after 8 months?

Dr. Nathan Gilbert is a superb reconstructive surgeon. I saw 2 surgeons before getting a recommendation to see him. The 1st did not seem capable and the 2nd said my surgical needs were too complex for him. Thats not how he said it but he made it clear that he only did simple hip replacements. I recommend Dr. Gilbertwholeheartedly and gratefully. His work allows me to have more quality of life than would be possible without his skill. Thank you Dr. Gilbert ❤

Dr. Mollabashy performed my right hip replacement on March 24, 2017. I could not be happier. The drive to get to his office from our house is 3 hours each way and I can say this. It was defiantly was worth the drive. ...he gave me back my life.

Dr. Mollabashy and his staff were nothing short of courteous and were very helpful through the whole process. I even had some of the staff stay after hours to help me with insurance claims, situating info with hospital and etc. As far as previous reviews go on insurance claims, that is the patientś responsibility to investigate beforehand not the office. Certain info such as coverage and etc can be identified quickly by staff but claims and etc are dealt via insurance companies, not Greater Orthopedics. I had a heck of a time with my insurance but the staff here even helped me situate that as well!

Tried to get our patient seen and the office staff was rude & very unapologetically adamant that our patients surgery site wound could not be looked at because she was unable to speak for herself. Unacceptable! Ive been a paramedic for 10 years & have never been treated with such disgusting authoritarian bad child like arrested development style behavior. Will never reccomended this place.

I am almost to the point of posting something not so nice. Surgery December 18, 2017 and seem to be going backwards. I do my home exercises and physical therapy. I am to the point where i wish i never had this knee replacement. To get anything out of Dr. Abbaschian is next to impossible because you have to deal with his really rude nurse or PA who none seem to read or cant find notes from the therapist. I live in Houston and the first thing she says is, well you need come in to Dallas to see him. 2 exrays have been take, i complain about the same symptoms, to me i should not have to drive to Dallas for another exray and oh you are just a little behind, but nothings getter better, I AM in pain and it is frustrating. Next post wont be so nice.

This place is full of billing scams. I too found Cyrus Abashion on my insurance as an in network provider. Upon arrival I confirmed this with the office personnel, and a call to my insurance. After a surgery was performed I saw the claims on to my insurance website as being in network. 9 months later I recieved a bill, they said also said he pulled away from Scott and white hp, they refused to say when, insurance also refused to take responsibility for false advertisement of him being in network, and they showed him as out of network 9 months later. i had reached my total out of pocket prior to ever visiting this office...there is no way in hell I would have elected planned surgery out of network. They are allllll liars. Find an office with honest billing practices...if you dont you...the sick person will be left paying for bills like you walked in the grocery store and told someone to buy as much as they want. A self pay in non emergency circumstances will pay 1/3 of the costs of what Dr.s and insurance companys are dong. I never recieved notification from insurance or Dr.s office of withdrawal from Scott and white. A good honest facility would do this...instead they ruin your credit after the fact!!! As others have had the same complaint...I would RUN from this care center. Dr. Abashion...you should know and get yourself out of there too,...that is if your not part of the problem.
