Our baby had a tongue tie and needed a revision ASAP. They were able to get us in the following day. Dr Constantine was very professional and helped us feel at ease about the procedure. It was over quickly and we didn’t have any problems with it reattaching. I would recommend her to any other mothers struggling with this with their babes!

They say ENT and they are not. They do not treat ears!!!! FYI! Lady at desk was very nice but said they don’t do ears in an Ear Nose and Throat Clinic! What in the world?!?!?!

If I could give zero stars I would. At my first appointment, I had to wait 50 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. And I was the first patient of the day. We agreed to have a sinus CT. I had to follow up on the results and was told a diagnosis by her nurse over the phone that wasnt even what I was seeing Dr. Constantine for. Our plan was to make a follow up visit to review my CT Images. This was three weeks ago. Ive still yet to hear back from her. Dr. Constantines nurse could not be any more unprofessional if she tried. I will not be going back to this office.

Dr. Constantine is an amazing physician and surgeon. Being a physician myself I had high expectations and she superseded all of them. Her staff was also very pleasant and polite.

Dr. Weprin has been great, as Ive been seeing him since I was almost 11 years old. Ive been seeing him even when he had an office in Garland. He was very excepting to my being blind, and has, and still does tell me what hes doing each time I see him. Keep up the great work.

Dr. Constantine evaluated me in March of 2015 for a deviated septum and nasal repair surgery. She was very warm and polite and was patient with all of my questions and concerns. She gave me very reasonable expectations and walked me through the surgical process very carefully. What I appreciated the most of this part was when it came time to sign the papers. She took several minutes to explain each part of what I was signing instead of handing me over a stack of papers. I thought that was a very classy move.On the day of surgery, Dr. Constantine reviewed with me what was going to take place and what my recovery would look like and spent several moments with me to answer any questions me or my wife had at the time. She and her husband, Fadi Constantine, teamed up on the surgery and the results have been outstanding. In addition to a perfectly straight nose, I have had the distinct pleasure of breathing for the first time in my life. I cannot tell you what a difference it has made for me.Today was my final follow up appointment and I received a clean bill of health. Should I ever have any problems with my ears, nose or throat I will return to Dr. Constantine without hesitation. Highly recommended for her outstanding surgical skills but also because she is such a pleasant person.

Dr. Constantine is awesome, she is one of the best Ive ever dealt with. but office people are extremely careless. the day I called for an appointment, they were able to take me in the same day which is great, I was told they will email me the paperwork so I can fill it before I go in so I save some time. paperwork never came in, as soon as I got out of the car in front of the hospital, then I am receiving an email. anyways, I go in get everything checked up with Dr. Constantine and walk out pay an leave. later I received another bill, I called the billing office twice and left 2 VM, still no answer or nobody called me back. called the office and explained the situation, they confirmed over the phone that they billed me wrong, they even told me that the billing office is backed up, your refund check will be on the way within a few days. then one day billing office called back, they said the billing was correct and not sure why the office told me the billing was wrong. I told the billing lady I am willing to pay whatever I owe, but you and the doctors office need to figure out which one is right, then please call me back and I will pay, it has been passed a month nobody called back. and I ended up getting the bill in the mail again and showing as past due. I am going to pay the bill, but will never go back to deal with this type of office again. and the only reason I gave it stars its because of Dr. Constantine, the office deserves ZERO star.

Worst experience ever. I came in and was charged my co-pay and then required to pay my insurance companys portion as well before I was able to leave the office. My insurance company then paid their portion in full and the office refused to refund my portion. It has now been over a month. I will never go back to this office.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. The office staff is incompetent and apathetic. Here is how my office visit went: I checked in early online, drove 40 minutes to her office, called and spoke to the office staff about parking, got up to her office only to check in again, wait and then be told Dr. Constantine wasn’t there that day and I would need to reschedule. Office staff told me they tried calling once 3 days before but “couldn’t get through” or whatever that means, and made no other efforts to tell me my appointment was canceled. I should have known not to come here based on trying to get ahold of the office staff to make the appointment in the first place. I called them 10 times over several weeks to try to schedule an appointment and 9 out of 10 times I was directed straight to voicemail after choosing the extension for Dr. Constantine, only to have the voicemails never returned. The last time I called I was able to speak to a person to make the appointment that they ended up canceling without notice. I have never written a review before but I feel so strongly about how poorly I was treated as a patient that I need to warn others NOT to try to come here. I never actually met Dr. Constantine, so she might be lovely, but absolutely not worth dealing with her office staff.

Saw Dr. Constantine in Feb of this year. I will say this, she was pleasant and easy to talk to. However, the camera she used to check out my sinus cavity gave me one of the worst sinus infections I have had in years. I asked to be referred to an audiologist at the end of that appt. I am a musician, just got health insurance and wanted to have my ears checked out. They referred me to someone that didnt take my insurance after I specifically asked them if they did.Month and a half ago, late May, I called to see if they did allergy tests or if they could refer me to someone who did. I was told they did the tests. I also asked if they could check with my insurance to find out how much it would be, office said sure. Fast forward to this week, early July, and I call the day before my appointment to find out how much, if anything, it was going to cost me since they never called me back. After being on hold for 20 minutes, the nurse finally gets on the phone. I ask her about the payment, back on hold for 5 minutes, then she tells me that they dont do allergy tests. No apology, no seeing what they can do to make this right, just nope we dont do that. I ask for a referral and she gives me another doctor that doesnt take my insurance, and then asks if I want to cancel my appt. Yes, I believe I will cancel the appt. I guess my main question is when were they planning on telling me that they didnt do allergy tests? After I take a day off work, have been off my allergy meds for two weeks, and I show up at their office? As a small business owner myself, if I treated my clients like this I would not be getting their business anymore.

Extremely upset with the way this appointment was handled. I had an appointment scheduled came right on time to find out the doctor was going to be an HOUR late... now, granted things happen, but if I was the party that was late I wouldve been hit with all sort of fees, meanwhile... hes an hour late. And the fact that I took off work for this crap is beyond me, thats not how you run a business then for you all to think Id wait in the office for him to potentially come is hilarious. The receptionist was nice though, but Id definitely find another ENT!!!! You think that I would plan another appointment with a facility that didnt care about my business (and money)? Im sorry ght wont be happening and Ill be advising my doctors offices so they can let their patients know as well. This is crazy.

After recent events, I am changing my review.Dr. Constantine’s nurse was absolutely incredible, the office staff was top notch and Dr. Constantine was very nice. With that being said, I have a complicated set of symptoms that are in fact inner ear. I was sent off for testing at another location and the woman that did the testing was 100% sure that I had an inner ear condition. She told me that there are other tests that should be ran and she was sure that the doctor would order them. She sent my info back to the doctor and I received a call telling me that it wasn’t inner ear without even bothering to run any other tests. All in all, it was a waste of money to pay for an office visit fee to see this doctor only to have to go off and find another specialist who will run the other tests and diagnose me. Again, they were all really sweet and her nurse was absolutely incredible but to pay money for an office visit with someone that doesn’t seem to know much about more complicated ear conditions or doesn’t even consider running further testing to get down to the bottom of this is really irritating.

I had a chronic and debilitating cough when I spoke that nobody could help me with. Over six months of tests, medications, xrays and more--no help.Then I saw Kim Coker, speech pathologist at ENT Consultants of North Texas, and Dr. Arviso. My problem was diagnosed in ten minutes, treated easily over a couple of months with exercises by Ms. Coker, and cured.I was very impressed with them and with their staff. These are extremely competent and compassionate people. If youve got a voice problem, this is where you want to go, period.

Dr. Constantine enabled me to BREATHE! Due to a severely deviated septum that I had suffered from for 10+ years, I had almost an 80% blockage of my left nostril and similarly little in the right. I therefore got many sinus infections, was a chronic mouth-breather and snorer, and was becoming increasingly unhappy about it. I origianlly sought the help of her husband, plastic surgeon: Dr. Fadi Constantine M.D., in order to straighten my crooked nose; I was then recommended to Kristin Constantine to do what she does best. Between the two, I now can breathe clearer than ever. Additionally, I really have enjoyed my visits, (both pre-op, the day of surgery, and post-op) thanks to Dr. Constantines amazing people skills. She always made me feel comfortable and I can honestly say that after undergoing my procedure, I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. Amazing doctor.

The doctor was nice enough, but it boiled down to $250 being an expensive office visit fee for her to essentially tell me to go walk it off.
