Huge lack of communication skills in the office workplace. My son was in the NICU, and the doctors there could not get ahold of him. This led to pressure sores on a 4 week old baby under the eeg leads.Once discharged, they failed to fax the office paperwork to our pediatrician, and wouldnt book an appointment more than 1 month out.Weaned my son off his seizure medicine, with no plan of follow up! And did not return any calls to schedule until we showed frustration. They also moved offices, and failed to let their patients know!Look, we have about 15 doctors for my son, and this office is the worst run office out of them all. Very unprofessional. Look for another doctor in the area, because you wont get a response from this one!

Dr. Majeed listens, shows concern, and never rushes through our appointments. He has been able to give my son a huge amount of relief from migraines. I would recommend this doctor to any parent who has a child struggling with headaches.

Dr. Majeed is kind, patient, careful, and thorough. Ive never had a doctor listen as carefully as he does to my daughter as she describes symptoms and answers his questions. Every exam is concluded with asking if we have any more questions and/or if we understand the treatment plan.

Dr. Majeed is very patient and kind, and I am happy he was my daughters doctor. He knows his stuff, and diagnosed my daughter long before all the official test results came through. It felt wonderful to have a doctor who had solid knowledge of a rare condition. In our many visits to him (in a short time), he never once made me feel rushed or short-changed. (I did notice that the cost for the visit increases after the 30-minute mark). It was relatively easy to get an opening in his schedule when we needed one. He listened to my concerns and adjusted my daughters treatment with consideration to my concerns. There are some staff in his office that made communication with him a bit labored/difficult--sometimes there was miscommunication because of this, which was not desirable considiering the fragile nature of my daughters condition. This ultimately led to my decision to move my daughters care to a nearby specialty clinic for children with her condition, thought Majeeds office is much more convenient. However, everyone in the office is kind and caring, and I know they were all looking for the best for my daughter.I hardly ever had a wait time for this office, but in the little time I did spend waiting (in the small waiting room or in the exam room), I would dream about ways the out-of-date office and surroundings could catch up with the rest of the world.
