The expertise of Dr. Adams is top notch. After much research online about the best surgeon for cohesive gel breast implants I found Dr. Adams in 2007 and am thrilled that I did. I overlooked writing a review in 2007 but 15 years later I am still as happy as I was right after surgery in 2007 and that speaks volumes. His staff is extremely professional and friendly and makes you feel like family. Christy, the patient coordinator, makes you feel so valued and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. William P. Adams Jr., he made the surgery a breeze and my only regret was waiting as long as I did to have the augmentation surgery.

I first saw Dr Adams in 2006, and returned as I want a different type of implant now. I could easily have stayed with my original set because they are gorgeous. I cannot recommend him enough. I did my research before deciding on Dr. Adams and visited 2 other doctors as well. Dr. Adams demeanor and attitude and approach far outweighed the others who tried to convince me to go bigger, ew. No woman should be pressured or judged with what she does with her own body. He and his staff advised a size that would be natural to my body type and restore them to an improved version of what I had before nursing my babies. It was professional and scientific. I am in the fitness industry and have never had any issues with the implants. And the way the procedure is done amazing--I was at a wedding DANCING the night after the surgery.

I am so disappointed to be writing this negative feedback. I hope I am able to help others not make the same mistake I did by choosing a surgeon that is not willing to do what’s best for his patients. Even if he wasn’t willing to take the blame, then he could have at least acknowledged that the results from my surgery were not right.I had a breast augmentation and liposuction in September 2018 by Dr. Adams*3 months after surgery I started to notice that I might be “bottoming out.”{Bottoming out can be caused by the following reasons: Large implants and weak breast tissue. Surgeon error of lowering the breast crease too low.}I then brought my concerns to Sydney’s (Dr. Adams’ assistant) attention immediately so that she could then share my concerns with Dr. Adams. She told me it was too early and I was still healing and I was definitely not bottoming out. I was concerned maybe my implants were too large but I was reassured they were not. Dr. Adams is actually more on the conservative side when choosing which size of implant for his patients. If I had weak breast tissue, that is fine, but he still should have addressed the issue rather dismissing it as a nonissue.*6 months after surgery the issues got worse. Again, I brought it to Sydney’s attention and she reassured me I was not bottoming out and I was still healing. Same song and dance. I trusted her observation and felt as though she had my best interest at hand. I was very wrong!While meeting with Dr. Adams (8 months after surgery), Sydney sits there with a horrible look on her face as though it’s my fault and I was in the wrong. She was extremely unprofessional. In my opinion she is not qualified to do her job. I am beyond disappointed that Dr. Adams felt that suggesting a fat transfer to fill in the ripples was the answer. Basically trying to put a band aid on the problem. What about the fact that my implants had sunk so low they were sitting on my rib cage? No suggestions made for that.Here I am 9 months after surgery and have met with 2 other surgeons and after consulting with them their immediate response was, “without a doubt you are bottoming out.” I knew all along but naively convinced myself for 8 months that Dr. Adams and Sydney were right. I was wrong again!Again, I would rather him to have taken the easy way out and blamed it on my body and how my body accepted the implants rather than acting as though there was no issue at all. I’m now left with a bigger issues than I started with, I am out $13k, and still have to pay to have a revision done. I haven’t gone into the fact that the liposuction was a complete waste of money because he didn’t address all the areas I asked him too. Fortunately I don’t have issues from that part of my procedure.While I am aware plastic surgery is an elective surgery you would think a surgeon wouldn’t want his name attached to poor work. I would not recommend Dr. Adams to anyone.

Dr. Adams and his team are the absolute BEST!! I went to Dr. Adams for a re-do after problems with my first augmentation. It was much easier than I expected and so much smoother than my first surgery; no pain, no bandages, no drains. I love my cohesive gel implants. The outcome was fabulous and the staff is amazing! I too, am an out of town patient. I was in for surgery that morning and home in my own bed that evening. I still go to Dallas 2-3 times a year to see Dr Adams and his staff for my botox. Extremely satisfied and would recommend anyone to Dr. Adams.

I had it done on a Friday and was out to dinner the same night, I was back to work on Monday. Dr. Adams is the best! I went in for a breast augmentation back in 2009, and loved the care and consideration that was put into every step of the process. I was an out of town patient, coming from Little Rock Ar. and I was able to get in be seen and have the surgery all in one weekend. I had the cohesive gel implants (which I LOVE) and had a 24 hour recovery. No drains, no bandages, no fuss. I was in and out of surgery and went out to dinner later that night. I now live in Honolulu, and went to a plastic surgeon about a tummy tuck and the Doctor even commented on how great they looked and asked who I had them done with. When I told him Dr. Adams he said ahh of course they look so good! He is the expert when it come to breast augmentations, and this was just a few weeks ago (10/2013) 4.5 years after surgery!! The whole team is great I cannot recommend them enough!!

Even though I was told that having a breast augmentation at my age (58) was like hanging a chandelier in a haunted house, I did it anyway - for me! After much research I found the best doctor who is blessed with the best staff to give me back what time and five babies had taken away from me. The surgery was performed at 11:00 and at 1:00 I was at Starbucks having a latte! Five years later I am still thrilled with the results.

Dr William Adams is for sure one of the best Dallas plastic surgeons. I was looking for a good surgeon in to get my breast augmentation done in Dallas and i was recommended to visit Dr William. I made up my mind there and then to get my surgery done by him. My whole experience with him pre and post surgery was great. Never had any issues and most importantly the results were great !

Service has been great. I came in January 2017 and wanted a lift and to be able to not wear a bra. First few months looked great. I expressed concern in October that they were not lifted and starting to sag. I paid 10k they advised me to come in nov- dec to show concern and then again at one year. Yes have they improved but I asked for them to be lifted. They advised my skin was stretchy. I’m 36 and no kids. They advised for 5k more I could get it corrected. It’s a big investment and I have to wear a bra everyday that’s not what I asked for and showed pictures of what I wanted

I would definitely recommend Dr. Adams for any breast augmentation surgery (i.e. boob job, lift or reconstructive surgery)! I was referred to him by a friend of mine who had hers done & explained to me she had a 24 hour recovery period, no pain, no discomfort, no complications & the work he did was beautiful & natural looking.After not being from Dallas, I did extensive research & found there was no better plastic surgeon than Dr. Adams who specializes on breast augmentations. If you follow his post surgery instructions, you will heal in no time. I was walking around & eating that same day & felt normal. You could easily be back to work 2-3 days later. I was even back in the gym working out 6 weeks post surgery. Now, its been 3 months since my surgery & im fully healed & my boobs have completely settled. Most surgeons say 4-6 months until they look natural on your body; however Dr. Adams procedure only took 2.5 months.I am the biggest baby about pain and I promise, there wasnt one hour I ever felt any pain. Several friends of mine have had their surgerys conducted by other really well known doctors in Dallas and yet they complain of nights waking up screaming in so much pain taking weeks off work. I had implant exchange surgery (leaking saline implant) and a neck tightening procedure done with Dr Adams in Jan 2018. Both ending with very poor results! My breast now sit very low and the right breast has no support at all...have to wear support bra at all times or hold them in place. This was not the case when I went in for consult with Dr Adams. Even with leaking implant my breast look way better in before pics than they do after surgery! My chin has a huge scar with flaps of skin running down neck. Looks deformed! I expressed my concerns from the very beginning and it was very obvious that Dr Adams had no intention of taking responsibility for the poor outcome. He and his staff were very indifferent and showed no interest in patient satisfaction!! In one of the visits I was actually told my one of his staff that she would be more than happy to refer me to another surgeon. In final visit he said he would refer me to another surgeon to fix my neck and that the only thing he would do for breast is a lift (which I didnt need before). All at my expense. I already spent 14k with Dr Adams. I am having 2 other surgeons fix this bad outcome, making Dr Adams a very disappointing, costly, and all-around bad choice in plastic surgeons!!!!!

If you are looking for breast augmentation Dallas, Dr Adams should be your only option. Excellent plastic surgeon and he for sure specializes in Liposuction and breast augmentation. I went through most of his case studies and was really impressed with the results he delivered.

I had breast reduction surgery done by Dr. Adams in June 2017. I went in with the initial consultation stating that yes I wanted to be smaller than the H/I cup that I was, but still wanted to have large breasts approximately a DD/DDD. He tells me he cant guarantee cup size, but will go with what he feels is appropriate for my frame. I question the need for small implants in addition to the reduction as Ive seen others that end up looking pancakey and lack upper fullness after reductions. He assures me that I have plenty of natural breast tissue and will not need implants to maintain shape and upper fullness.I proceed with surgery and at my first post OP appointment question the large amount of lateral tissue remaining under my arms when supposedly he had liposuctioned the area. Im told it is swelling and will go down. I go in for several follow ups over the following months, rarely ever seeing the Dr only his assistant. Lateral tissue remains unchanged and Im also now questioning the dog ears at the ends of my incisions. Im told by the assistant that he intentionally closes that way so the scars dont over correct and pucker in and they should flatten over time with their scar therapy. I used Bio Corneum and Mepiform strips both recommend by them that made no difference at all.Fast forward to my one year follow up...dog ears still present and large amount of lateral tissue present. Zero upper fullness in my breasts you could literally feel bone, no breast tissue whatsoever and Im a C/D cup now at best mainly due to width not projection which is way smaller than I said I wanted, and they basically just look like sad pancakes. Not at all the results I had hoped and spent over $12,000 on. So we talk about revision of the scars and putting in some small implants he NOW agrees I need for upper fullness. Then I get the quote of $8500 for this, and $4500 of that is for scar revision! I understand paying for the implants, but excuse me, the horrible purple keloids with dog ears on a fair skinned person like myself are your fault, not mine!Therefore, I had my revision done by another surgeon with excellent results. He couldnt believe how horrible the incisions were and said the dog ears were just pure laziness on Dr. Adams part. World of difference with the other surgeon and my breasts are beautiful now. Its only been a short time since that surgery and you can already barely see the scars. Any idiot can slap in a pair of implants and call themselves an authority on breast augmentation, but it takes true skill to do reductions, reconstructions, or revisions. Choose wisely ladies or learn the hard expensive way like I did!
